Told me my car needed spark plugs cuz the scanner said so. Car isn't fixed. If you need 5W30 pins oil and you want the full synthetic go to Walmart instead it's almost $14 cheaper this place is a rip off update April 1st 2024 and sadly this is not an April fool's just joke

Wife stopped there with battery issues. They told her that she had to shut off the car to test it. Only 10% rated. They would sell her a new battery but would not install the new one or jump start her car. She was over an hour away from home. I was at work and unable to assist.While she waited for a friend to come and install it, took him 15 minutes to install, she watched employees install batteries for other people???????

Decent experience today at AutoZone. Stopped in for replacement taillight bulbs for my Harley Street Glide Special. Was searching for correct bulb, had to Google it. Overhead a lot of laughing and talking, but nobody stopped to see if I needed assistance. Cashier was friendly when I checked out. I've had to change an alternater in their parking lot before.

Jose is awesome. I ve worked with him when he was in Delaware and made a trip today to ask him his thoughts on an issue in Marion. He s helped me with several issues on this truck and my last truck. Only guy I like to deal with because he s an honest guy not playing guessing games. Great guy to work with and cares about finding the solution.

Headliner adhesion spray, windshield wipers, fuel treatment, candy bars, chips, lights sterio parts, paints oil, synthetic, high mileage fom bumper to bumper! If you meed codes read, they have the unit they can plug into your dash and show you what's up, they just let you know what it is.. They won't reset but will absolutely help you with your issue by showing you parts and if you need help the friendly staff will guide you through it! They are knowledgeable and their knowledge combined with experience.. Let's just say, yooutuub has nothing in them. I highly recommend this place, any day of the week. And hey, it might just be a lot less than you think

They are short helpful an the manager an assistant manager we great. They clearly have been doing this for awhile an know exactly how to help me an get what I need everytime I'm in there.

They were quick with the service and even helped install my battery I purchased. I would've given a 5 but I had some issues with checkout because the guy didn't hear me say I was going to do a split payment and it held me up an extra 5-10 minutes. Other than that they were spectacular!!

Had to buy a new Battery for my wife's Jeep, the the guys was very helpful and fast too. I installed it myself, but was told later that AutoZone installs for free IF you buy the battery from them. Ohh well... Maybe next time.......

We brought my mom's older model car to this AutoZone. She needed a new battery. Another store had told us it was too difficult for them to replace. It was hard work, but Mark D. was successful! Appreciate his positive attitude. First rate employee for AutoZone! Thank you, Mark.

This is in no way a review about the store its self. This is about online and their horrible rewards system. First you can't use you're rewards for instore purchases. Then you can't use you're points for instore pick up. Then you can't use you're rewards dollars for next day delivery. The only way you can use the points is by normal delivery and that's fine so I try to purchase the item normal delivery and it won't let me apply them at all. Wth so I call customer service and she states that she can't help me that I have to place the order online. I said I get that but it's all white out and won't let me apply my rewards for the order. I said should I just stop buying from auto zone e. Her response was well I can try to do it for you but you would need to give me your password for you're account so I can try to purchase the items for you. Sorry but I will never give out passwords to my account. Sorry but I will go somewhere else from now on this is ridiculous.

Rushed in after noticing coolant light on. Staff was helpful looking up type my Jetta takes and even let me use their funnel. Made it to works on time. Thanks for fast helpful service.

Had a car tore down in a friend's driveway. Needed a part that It said they had online. I went there and they said they had it but they didn't know where it was. So they didn't want to look for it and told me I would have to wait a day. I'll never go back there again. Go to Advance. They aren't douches, and they will actually help you.

I'm not sure whom hired the current employees but oh my. I stood in line for 15 minutes with not one single person in front of me. Had a part on hold. When the guy went to look for it he couldn't find it. He seemed as if he couldn't even use the computer. Took him forever to count my change back. Please help your employeesGet better.

The employees are Always so helpful !! I needed a new headlight & the young man removed my burnt out light, got the one I needed, cashed me out & then went out to my car and replaced it. Great customer service !! Much Appreciated !!

Friendly service and staff, Cynthia is one of the best people I've ever had help me figure out my car, she was so helpful and friendly and cleared up all of my confusion even showing me how my headlight assembly works. She went above and beyond by far!

Extremely unprofessional. As I was driving with a view of the back of the store I saw two employees kissing and rubbing on each other. A small little dark haired girl and a younger looking make employee. So disgusted

I gave a 3 star rating only due to the fact that a part I picked up was defective and had to drive a significant distance to exchange it for one that wasn't. Now I understand that this store does not make car parts but the parts that they decide to carry are, at times, sub par. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue and it has made me take my business to other, more expensive, but more reliable parts sources.

Needed wiper blades an gentleman was very quick to pick them. Asked if I want the more expensive or the cheaper. He put them on in a very timely matter!!

Listen, I know nothing about cars, but John was really nice to me, and didn't make me feel stupid whatsoever. He was rather enjoyable, and he answered all of my questions. I only went in for windshield wipers, but it was fast. All around a very nice experience!

The staff was very helpful. They were detailed in their explanations and helped me choose the right items for my vehicle. They even installed my replacement headlamp at no additional charge!
