Giving them a star isn't worth it. Order a part for my 07 honda fit. Not only did they order the wrong part but would not give me a refund for the part that I returned. I won't do business with them ever again. The young man who waited on me didn't seem to know anything that should have been the first clue but I was trying to give the benefit of doubt to him. I called their customer support to find out why and basically got a run around about saying I had returned parts in the past which I have not so that too was a lie from them. Buyer beware of Advance Auto. They didn't even try to make it right with me. So That's a big NO that I won't ever shop there again

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered. Will not be reccomending will never come back. I understand that things can be harder to do in person but they lied to me directly about what my husband saw even though I was on the phone with him the whole time Absolutely ridiculous !!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Thank you to the costumer service agent Jada .H. that I talked to for a whole two mins that helped me out !! They get five stars !

The cashier did not even attempt to leave the register to help me find a product, he was eating. He was rude. I have never been treated like this before. People who are in customer service should be helpful or go find another job.

Loved itMarion store was where I bought the CarQuest reman starter for my Ram 1500 5.7 on their recommendation saved a lot of moneyFew weeks later stopped in at the Carlisle store to return the old one for a core credit great help and serviceEven got a $20 discount for the day on a purchsse of $100 or moreUnfortunately it was almost closing time and couldn't think of anything else I neededIt would be cool if that discount would be extended lol oh well still a great experienceI'm a Canadian shopper got great value for my money thanks for the help

I visited this location last evening to purchase a resistor for my blower fan that went out recently. While speaking with an employee named Cody, he informed me about lifetime replacement on this part. He asked if I had the part with me for an even exchange, and I told him it was still in my truck. He proceeded to tell me if he could count on me coming back, he would let me take the new one, and he would cover the cost if I didn t . So I immediately went home and changed it and brought the old one back. This is pretty unheard of in this world in these crazy times. Anyway, I asked to speak with the manager, but was unavailable, to compliment his employee, Cody. I will be following up with the manager when he is available. Great service young man!! Hopefully, your employer compensates you well enough to keep you around!!!

Great service, I bought a battery jump start box which unfortunately didn't work and I had to return it. Both visit were quick and easy. Warning if you purchase an item using a credit card then return you will need to wait a few days to receive a refund.

I've been learning how to repair and maintain my own vehicles. There is always a knowledgeable employee on staff here. I'm always surprised by how close in price they are compared to buying online. %80 of the time you'll get what you need for less or the same price you'd pay online, but you get the stuff same day. It's a great value.

Poor. I was given the wrong part. When I called to see if they gave me the wrong part or if I needed a different part the manager in training told me that I needed a different part. Had to wait another day for the part to come in. Paid for it separately. Then when I went to take the first one back I was told the part # didn't match the receipt so the Manager in training told me she would have to give me store credit and still could not understand she gave me the wrong part. Finally she figured out it was her mistake and I got a refund. Coat me a day of my vacation and an extra 30 mile round trip.This USED to be my favorite auto parts store. It all depends on the employees. I understand mistakes but when they don't listen or very bad with numbers it's different.

My first trip to get new wiper blades for my car did not fair well but when I returned to have them look at my problem with the new blades purchased the night before, the young lady that looked into my problem identified the error immediately and got me the correct blades on my car with satisfactory results.Thank you Advance Auto Zone for your assistance in getting me back on the road with windows I can see out of when it rains.

Service may be great but fact is this is an awful place to buy parts.They cannot get a front brake hose to fit my truck. Cannot get a windshield wiper transmission for my car.Needed wheel bearings and they were $450 ea where another place had exact same brand for $147. I cant pay 600 bucks per transaction for great service.

Knowledgeable staff for what I needed quick service ordered online and picked up everytime with no problems just wish the system vs store inventory was more up to date. I've had it happen twice where I tried to order something online and the system said they were out of the item but called and they had it in stock...so call the stores to see who has it in stock first and the promo codes along with speady perks are awesome!!!

I was 30 miles from home and my right front brake caliper lost a mounting bolt. I carefully made it off the highway and into their parking lot. I didn't have any tools in my truck that day. They had the bolt I needed. They also loaned me the tools to put my caliper back together. Very helpful.

The gentleman looked up size of my wiper blades and help me choose and brand and installed them. Inwas very appreciative because my husband is on Hospice and cannot do things like that anymore.

I went here today to try to figure out if I needed a battery or a alternator. No one wanted to help me, no one else was in the store. The guy behind the counter said he didn't want to check to see what it was, he said the other guy can do it. So, when the guy did look at it, he told me to take my vehicle home and charge the battery. I decided to get a battery, they still didn't want to help me. They were more then glad to send me to Auto Zone when I asked where was one at, cause of the poor service I was getting at and auto. So, the LADY at Auto Zone really helped me. These guys at advance auto are lazy! Guess they were too worried about eating their Wendy's food they just got! Never will I go there again. Auto Zone is where to go. And it was a bad battery.

I just took an alternator that is gotten from the junk yard for them to test it. They were awesome. They tested it for me and had me on my way within 15 min.

Had to wait forever for answer first time at least 15 minutes. Got a faulty part called to have it picked up next day ten minutes until close and they didn't even answer. Appearently these guys are lazy. Going back to autozone. Atleast they can answer a phone. One star bad business. If you like a await go here.
