I would not recommend going to Walmart to get tires. They torque them down so heavily that s what my tire iron looks like in my failed. Attempt of trying to remove the Lugnuts. They also rounded off three of the Lugnuts. I m glad I wasn t on the side of the road needing to change a flat. But you very well could be.Service: TiresService: Tires

I took a tire in to have patched. The person at the front desk didn t seem to have a clue what was going on. We brought the tire in the garage and leaned it against the wall. They said they would call when it was done- a 15 minute job at most. After wondering around the store for 45 minutes we went to check on it. Front desk person said he tried to call- he did not. Said they couldnt patch the tire and had new tire options laid out for me. This tire is a month old- so absolutely not. We went to get the tire and it was in the exact spot we left it. They never looked at it. Complete waste of time! Just go to Mahones for your tire services.

They denied changing my flat tire in parking lot so lost the sale of 2 new tires. Suggested having it towed across the parking lot into their center.

The employees here are awful. They are extremely rude. They tried to say that I didn t have the warranty when I had the paperwork on hand. It was excuse after excuse why they couldn t fix my tire. I will absolutely never be returning to this location again. There was a family and another lady waiting to have their tires done as well. They were all upset because of the absolute disrespect from the employees.Service: Tires

Have to travel for work tomorrow and have a flat tire. They close at 7:00 and I called at 6:00, knowing full well that I might be too late but thought it wouldn t hurt to ask.. sat on hold for 23 minutes, but not even on hold, just had the phone laying down on a table or something, I could hear all conversations and some sounded as though they had picked up the phone for someone else, answering questions and giving prices, the girl never bothered to check on me or let me know it would be a few more minutes or to apologize for my wait. 23 minutes later, I hung up because I wasted the last bit of time I had. I ve never left a bad review ever in my life because I have always had decent or very good customer service but this just really hit me differently. The one time I really needed to speak with someone and it was a huge letdown. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

You order tires and go to get them put on and the lady behind the counter is rude and Noone there acts like they want to do there job well if it weren't for us customers they wouldn't have a pay check I think they all need re training in customer service

These people are idiots. There s just no nice way to put it. I ve gotten tires and a battery here before, but went to get an oil change and pull up like normal and a man that works there starts laying on a car horn at me, telling me to move. I couldn t even see him and he was in a customers car so I didn t know he was even addressing me. Just unprofessional and rude. It never takes as long as they say it will. The worst place in Marietta to get service.

They didn't peel the stickers off my tires after they were installed so I had to pull over because of the noise it was making and take them off myself and while in the process of doing this I had noticed that they didn't put my lug nut covers back on my rim so I had to go back to the store and get them.I wouldn't recommend these clowns for any type of work.Service: Tires

Bought 4 tires and had installed and I also had my oil changed, everything done in less than an hour and a half, good service and friendly, thumbs up Auto service dept.

If you go to Walmart auto you should go to the Vieanna, Wv store. They are so much nicer, & so.ao much Faster, just all around better experience at Vieanna than Mtta the (1 star Is for the Mtta store.) Go to Vieanna store much better

Dropped my Audi off to change the tires around 2:35pm and came back at 6 pm to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. Overall bad service.
