This is a 2 part review. I ve purchased a lot of vehicles from Jason Varner over the years. It s always been a pleasant experience and I always felt like the dealership appreciated my business. Once again I ordered a car from Jason and his communication was fantastic. He made the sale as easy as possible. That being said, Victory does not feel like the same dealership. It has a cold and corporate feeling to it. Nobody really seems like they enjoy being there and honestly if Jason wasn t my salesman, the dealership would have tried to scam me into extras I didn t want. As long as Jason is there, I ll remain a customer. If he ever leaves, Victory hasn t earned my business and probably never will.

I had an enjoyable and effortless time shopping for my new vehicle with Bob Ludwig at C&C Toyota. He s got decades in the industry and has been selling Toyotas specifically for most of those years, so, he s very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their lineup. Additionally, he s very friendly, engaging, and transparent about every step of the car buying process. The entire staff at c&c was very accommodating and friendly. They even sent someone to pick me up in a hard-to-find location over an hour away from the dealership the day my new vehicle arrived and was ready for me to come and seal the deal. Don t spend hours wondering if online inventories are accurate or if you are going to be able to find that new or lightly used car you re looking for. I discovered that it s much better to just give a dealership like this a call, and they can tell you what they have and what s on the way.Overall: excellent buying experience. Entirely pleasant, very simple, and they ll never make you feel like they re trying to take you for an extra buck or to sell you on something other than what you came looking to buy. Just tell them what you want and they ll get you in that driver s seat as soon as they can get the inventory. It s a tough time to car hunt!Thanks, Bob, and all staff at C&C. You were all fun to chat with during the minimal downtime there was during the paperwork process, and during the long car ride down to Marietta.I m loving my vehicle, and I m glad I held out for the color I wanted! I ll see you all for my free oil change and checkup in five thousand miles!

Great oil change but if you want any other work on you vehicle I would chose another location. I can go on about the lack of customer service and lack of experienced mechanics/ Techs ? I stopped using them C and C years ago however my wife stayed loyal until they worked a recall. Dodge sent me a letter on a air bag recall which I had to debate over the phone and wait till the service manager it was a real recall(took 1 day). We made an appointment to have them replaced and when we dropped off the vehicle was told not to worry we do several of these a week confusing as the service manager said he never heard of the recall lol. We waited all day after dropping off our vehicle at 0800 only to find out our over head cover "fell down hit the mirror and cracked the window" on a vehicle with only 50,596 on a 2016 mint condition Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. The service manager said it would take a week to replace the windshield but he would pull some strings and have it done by Monday almost one week later. which I can have done in a day without the contacts and resources of a dealership. So we now our simple fix is a 6 day wait. We got the vehicle back needless to say the headliner has oil or grease stains on it and after a month i notice a 4 inch paint repair I missed when looked over for a month till washing the vehicle. If anyone one wanted to debate this I took before and after video of the vehicle because of the poor service and customer service. They now have new owners but if they kept the same systems and personal it is just a different name with the sane results. Wonder why it was sold and name changed ? I am sure I am not the only person with issues and poor customer service. This post is 11 months late but has been a sore point every time I pass by the dealership

Guess they treat you good if you buy from them! Dealerships are not what they used to be! I remember a time you could talk to someone in a parts department and they know their job!

Mr.Riggs was an amazing sales man! I am a young buyer coming from out of state and bought a Corolla Hatchback from him. My family has bought many cars out of state and always seem to run into issues with car dealerships. This was NOT the case with Mr.Riggs. The process was very smooth and he was extremely attentive to all my questions and needs by responding to my messages within a few minuets of me texting him. I did not go through the normal procedures of buying a new car and chose to complete all the paperwork myself and ran into no issues. If you are out of state and are looking for a car, I would highly recommend working with Mr.Riggs. He was always respectful of me despite my age and assertiveness towards the buying process.

Drove from TN to purchase our Highlander from Jason. Easiest transaction ever, and he was wonderful and patient working on the out of state title. We so appreciated that he masked when we were with him, knowing we have Covid worries. Highly recommend no matter where you live! We ll be back for a Tundra soon!

We are genuinely pleased with the purchase of our new Tundra. Our saleman, Jason, was really helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for us as out-of-state buyers. Not only did he help us coordinate the pick up of our Tundra, but he also got us in and out within an hour. In addition to that, Jason took the time to show us the features on our Tundra and helped set up the Toyota Connect app on our phones. He even recommended where to buy accessories for our new Tundra. We are truly happy to have dealt with Jason!

Going to C&C Dodge was the best. We had very great service and Tom was very helpful. We went there to test drive three vehicles and while we were test driving one he would have the other one ready for us when we got back. And when we were ready to make a decision he wasn t trying to push us in another direction. He took our pick and started the paperwork on it and was very fast and efficient. I would highly recommend C&C Dodge to anyone and go see Tom Riggs.

Our experience at C&C has great and has always been. I have purchased two Toyota Tacoma's and now a 2023 Camery. Our Salesperson Tom Riggs was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Should we decide to purchase another vehicle it will most certainly be at C&C and with Tom as our salesperson.

Tom was awesome! I recommend him to everyone that mentions buying a new car! The process of buying my car was the easiest thing I ve ever done! Everything was able to be taken care of over the phone and when my car arrived I was at the dealership maybe a total of 30 minutes and was out the door with my car! Highly recommend!!

Tom was great to work with. He was calm, patient, and really took the time to fully answer questions and explain things. Our purchase was a special occasion, and Tom made it feel special by helping us with the surprise. When we took delivery, Tom went through every feature of the car with our son, answering all of his questions, and making sure he was all set before we left. We had initially started the building process of a 2021 Toyota Sienna with another Toyota dealership who had allocation for the model we wanted. After Toyota cut production by 40%, we were unable to secure our build. I noticed that a similar model came up as available at C&C (local) so I emailed them to inquire whether it had been spoken for. That same evening, I received a response from Tom telling me that he would check on it in the morning. I received an email from him promptly in the morning letting me know that it was available. I put down a deposit, and the rest is history. Tom kept me informed through the entire process via email and text. The former Toyota dealership never gave me updates and I had to always reach out to get an update. Tom was thorough, kind, and very helpful in getting us our Sienna. The buying process was easy, and we were able to do everything virtually until it was time to sign and drive the van off the lot. Well done, C&C! Thank you for being top notch!

At the start of the buying process the staff was nice and told my wife and I that our vehicle came with special features that we could use through our phone, but after receiving our vehicle we couldn't access those features so we went back to the dealership to find out what was wrong. They stated we just needed register the vehicle and thats when we found out our vehicle didn't come with those features they promised. They then refused to give us the vehicle promised and became rude and started lying stating they never said it came with those features and that it was our word against theirs.

Jason Varner does a great job. Carl and I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and very caring about his work and customers. Jason works hard for his customer and gives the best possible deal. It s amazing with a huge customer base how he remembers you. This is our third deal with Jason and will continue with him in the future.

Trying to buy a vehicle in this current climate is a hassle. I have been looking for months for an all wheel drive vehicle, with no luck. Then I saw an add for an orange Jeep at C&C and thought this is too good to be true. Finally got some time to make the trip to Marietta, which is over an hour away from me, and take a look at it. Chuck was the sales person who helped me, and I got to say he was one heck of a guy. He was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding of the situation. He wasnt pushy or anything he just wanted to help. It was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a vehicle, and if I ever need another, I'll have to make time to drive to Marietta to see Chuck again.

Had a great experience from beginning to end with this dealership and especially with my dealer, Tom Riggs. Purchasing and having a new vehicle shipped to another state could have been stressful, but Tom made sure everything came together comfortably. Extremely happy with the service and my new vehicle! We only own Toyota vehicles and we have trusted this dealership with our business for the last 18 years. We find all of the employees very pleasant to deal with and appreciate Tom Riggs as our trusted salesperson. The service department is excellent and there is even a playroom for the kids and popcorn while we wait!

My new Dodge Durango was needing a software update for a few things. We were told we could bring it in to any dealership since it was under warranty still and was recommended this one being one of the closest to us. Shortly after arriving with an appointment, they told me there was no updates available and told me to call a customer assistance number when I got home. After calling that customer assistance number for the 2nd time, the customer service agent told me that C & C was wrong and probably didn t want to help me since I didn t buy my SUV directly from their lot. Not acceptable! Ended up having to drive 1 1/2 hrs away to the Norris Northup dealership in Gallipolis OH where we bought it from in order to get my software update which took less than 20 mins!! C & C couldn t help a mom with her hands full for less than 20 mins all b/c they didn t get our business. Would not recommend them for any services!

Chad cronin was great to work with. He listened to all our questions and went over all the features of our new camry.it was a very hot day and we took up a lot of his time but he helped us through the end. We would recommend him and all the fine staff at C & C dodge chrysler jeep toyota in Marietta, Ohio.go see them for a good deal today!

I was not aware that a person could access the Carfax auto report online while the vehicles were on their website, and was not offered any auto report at any time during the sales transaction of the vehicle I purchased. Imagine my surprise when my husband pointed out the vehicle had been wrecked, and the paint didn't match up all that well. I clearly understand that some used vehicles may have a little bit of a history. but it would have been very nice to know this before purchasing the vehicle. It wouldn't have been so much of a blow to the brain. I will most likely never do business with this facility again. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I drove down from Dayton Ohio to Purchase the 2021 Jeep I was interested in buying. The dealership and Steve our sales person were outstanding. Both were straightforward and honest during the negotiate process and we left with our new vehicletotally satisfied with the experience. Thanks Steve and Team C&C!!!
