Just left the Valvoline on Pike in Marietta. I suspected my coolant was getting too low and was worried as the heat in the car wasn't working. I drove in for a coolant check and top up and was out in 5 min. The guys were kind and efficient! Thanks so much!

I initially went for an oil change, while I was there I reported that my gas mileage had been getting worse over time. They suggested a fuel system flush in addition to the oil change. Long story short, my gas mileage has improved by 100+ miles to the tank. Great customer service & skilled technicians. Well worth the cost!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I always suggest going to any Valvoline because they always do a great job. Unfortunately this location is more expensive than others I have been to. It was $80 for an oil change, where others have been $40-60.

These guys are fantastic and they get you in and out super fast. I always go early before they get really busy, they are helpful and answer all my silly questions. Great place.

I'm a travel nurse and our oil change was overdue. This particular location was right down the road from the hotel I was staying at which made it very convenient for me. There was 2 cars ahead of me but my whole visit was only about 20 minutes. Like that I don't have to get out of the car. Kind of pricey but most things are more expensive now. I did utilize a $10 off coupon found online. Overall a good experience and I will go back should I be in the area next time i need a oil change.

Professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They got me right in for a radiator flush ( on a Sunday). Exceeded my expectations. Car is operating the way it should....couldn't be happier. Two thumbs up

Their setup is really cool and customer service was excellent. Hailee did our services (oil & filter, cabin filter, power steering fluid change, and engine air filter change), and she was very nice, professional, and had excellent customer service etiquette. The other mechanic (didn't catch a name) was also very nice and professional when he helped out. We will be returning for our other vehicle's services.

I was over due for an oil change. I could not get into my regular service center so I decided to try this place. The guys were quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I watched the technicians do the work. They did a very thorough job. They have a quality control process they follow and its spot on. I will be using them again!

They changed the oil in my daughters care didn't try pulling the you need everything under the hood cause your female stuff. They were extremely polite courteous and even offered her to stop back to get tires pressure check for free. Having a child that is a young woman I appreciate the level of professionalism they gave along with customer service!

After my oil change my skid plates weren't put on back properly and I had to return and have them reattach it due to the blood curdling screech of metal on asphalt anytime I drove. When they reattached it they didn't even try to flatten it out so the one side that stayed attached dangles down and scrapes the road nearly as often as before they fixed it. I also had my tires rotated and they took 2 hours doing oil changes while I waited in their room before they got around to me even though they had just done my oil. They just took customers and let me wait until it was convenient. They asked me what pressure I wanted my tires at and didn't even check them once they finally rotated them. Unhappy is an understatement

Work was quick and staff were friendly. However, the price was unbelievable. I had to get my oil changed in Marietta before I left to drive back home which is 300+ miles away. I paid 70$ more for just an oil change than I usually pay back home.

Quick service, but I believe that it could be faster if you had everyone working and not leaning up against the walls to hold them up. And being on his phone. This is actually just one of the employees that was standing around that day there 2 others i didn't get pics of

The team at the Marietta location are excellent. Today they were out of stock of my oil filter they gave me some options but I am traveling tomorrow and couldn't come back later in the week when they came in. They actually sent an employee to a local parts store to get the correct filter for me. This was way above and beyond my expectations. A big thank you to William, the assistant manager & his team for making this exception. Thank you to Patrick for going to get the part for me. See you next oil change.

Technicians reinstalled engine splash guard improperly, resulting in damage to CV boot. Dealership documented damage and I forwarded to VIOC s claims department. Area manager denied the claim despite obvious responsibility. Will be escalating to corporate office and will not be going to this or any other VIOC in the future.

Very excellent experience at the Marietta location. Guys were on the ball and got me in and out fast. Treated my Ram like it was their own. Usually like to run Pennzoil just because my truck runs better with it but if the Valvoline Max Life is up to par, I will return because of the fantastic staff there!

Pull in and the guys get you in as soon as a spot opens up..in the order you arrived. Under 30 minutes for oil change, tire rotation, & new wiper blades. Friendly and fast! Pricing is fair and they have a location in Vienna WV too!

I always bring my own oil and filter but they get it done in like 10-15 mins, don't even have to get out of your vehicle. Fast and price is right, never had a problem!

Friendly quick service. They've got as lot of options and services. They also have cameras so if your skeptical about anything you can watch the mechanics do what you asked them to.

This place started out good, but has dramatically declined. Last time I was here they were out of synthetic oil. I received a 50%off coupon in the mail because of dissatisfaction. When I hesitantly went back to use my coupon, was told they don t accept those. Technicians were fine, but their owners seem to be not the best at all. After ten minutes, and feeling like a scamming criminal, they were told to accept it. NEVER coming back again, nor to Parkersburg since they are the same owners.

Fast friendly service with no B.S. Great inspection as well as a full report handed to you on the way out letting you know what they checked and recommend.Con:A bit expensive if you get more done than just an oil change.
