I have been a loyal customer at this location for several years. The office staff always go above and beyond for me and that includes the delivery drivers! Thank you so much for a smooth delivery today!! Dane and Joey were professional and courteous and went out of their way to make sure my washer and dryer fit in my home!!! Awesome work guys- Thank you so much!!!!

Have been paying off a laptop from here for 13 months and im pretty sure they gave me the laptop broken. Within a few months of receiving it some of the bottom had come off, near the joint and I noticed a few screws missing. I took it back in and they "fixed" it yet when I took it back home I could hear loose screws rattling around inside of it. Just last month the bottom started coming off again and now the whole system seems to be failling. The sound system stutters, the whole computer lags, even the keyboard seems to be messing up. I checked to see if the computer needed an update and it did not. I will be returning laptop and hoping for at least some form of refund. I will definitely will not be getting anything from here again.

I was browsing online due to an email that I received about a special Rent-2-Own was having ( which was weird because I never signed up for emails! ) But it's like they just knew my fridge was about to blow! I found a beautiful electric range/refrigerator combo which was EXACXTLY what I needed! I decided I wanted more info on it. I received a call from Ali (don't know if the spelling is right) the following day and we talked for almost an hour and she helped me set up my account, auto pay, delivery, etc. She was wonderfully sweet, however did tell me I would be receiving a glass top electric range and when it came it was not (but that's okay!). I asked her to place a note on my account to have the delivery drivers call me when they were headed to my house because I had to work on the day of delivery. They called me during the estimated time frame that we had previously agreed on, and I told them to meet me at my home. I explained a detail about my home location that most people get confused about (there's an alley behind that makes access easier) and when I arrived home, they were there waiting! That was very impressive to me! Their names were Jason and Nick from the Marietta location. They were amazingly kind, worked very well together, their communication with each other while lifting the heavy objects with lift straps was phenomenal, and they set the items up in my home very quickly and efficiently! Upon completion of set up, my orange kitty came out to say hello and he totally approved too! :P If you order from Rent-2-Own, I hope you are able to get Jason and Nick to deliver your items for you, because they did an outstanding job! I would give 10 stars if I could! There was an issue with how the stove fit in my trailer, due to poor design on the trailer's behalf, and they went above and beyond to help me make it work! Wow! Can't be any more impressed with these guys!

Got my new stove today! Thanks to Dane and Jason for being timely and efficient, it showed earlier than expected and now I get to bake my family my favorite fried chicken casserole dish tonight!! I m over the moon excited, thank you again!!

A BIG shout out to the movers Jason & Dane at rent-2-own for getting my daughters old bunk bed out and bringing my new couch in and setting it up for me!! I m absolutely in love with this couch and was so excited I couldn t be happier they were so helpful and so sweet! They went above and beyond mine & their expectations for their job to make me feel comfortable and happy with the transition! Thank you guys again!!!

Going inside, I was immediately greeted by a lady, named Sable, who had been working there for only 2 months, and yet she made it her business to treat me with respect and an overall friendliness that, when I finally left with my purchase, left me feeling good about the customer service too. She was incredibly helpful, and made the process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her attitude towards me, as well as her eagerness to help!

my lift chair broke and I went in to the Marietta Ohio rent to own store I met with Heather flowers who is not only beautiful but incredibly smart and great at her job she immediately found a chair that would be perfect for me and scheduled it to be delivered the very next day even though they were booked up on deliveries the next day right on time Jason and Dane delivered my chair they were Polite and not only help me remove my old broken lift chair but installed and set up the new lift chair they were very careful not to damage anything in my house and polite and pleasant to be with I only have great things to say about the store and I recommend it to anybody thanks again Heather

This store is awesome! Cari and Cody are amazing! They always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. I would always recommend this store. They are the best! I'm very happy with my items and definitely with the customer service!

A few months back, I got a lift chair from the Marietta Ohio Rent 2 Own it was used and expected that there might be issues and eventually there were I was concerned on how they would handle the situation. They at the time did not have any lift chairs that would fit me, I m very tall they immediately sent out 2 gentleman to try and fix my lift chair and they actually did a great job of repairing it. but a few weeks later, it had finally reached a point where it needed to be replaced . I was concerned on how this would happen. I went into the store and everyone there was so helpful and happy to help me they took my problem Seriously. And at the time did not have a lift chair that would fit me so they gave me a beautiful recliner to use until they could get one into the store. They also let me pick the recliner that I wanted to make sure that I would be happy with it about a week later the recliner showed up and I went into the store. To make sure it was going to work at my house. It was better than I had hoped it was exactly what I wanted and they gave me a delivery date of about. Three days because they are so booked up. upon hearing the conversation the two delivery driversdane Mills, and Jason Jordan who had already been to my house to repair the chair, and then to exchange the chair for the recliner said they would be happy to deliver it that day. They showed up within minutes of me getting home set everything up the way I wanted it And made sure I was happy with everything. My whole experience from day one with the Marietta Ohio. Rent 2 Own has been incredible. They have become my friends and we re always there to try and solve any problems You have. I highly recommend them. !!!

They have helped me in a few different occasions. Great place to get affordable tires that you can pay off over time. Always courteous and polite. Associates are helpful. Great people to work with. Tons of merchandise. Also willing to work with you on payments when behind.

The store manager Heather is amazing! We had some issues with our items and not only did she replace them she upgraded us to better products!!! Highly recommend this place! They have everything you can think of down to phone cases!!!! We will continue to shop here for years to come!!!

They decided that they wanted to take my first week payment, all my personal information, and put me through the paperwork, only to tell me before I could have my laptop that I had to pay up until 1st of the month, and it was the 9th. It was going to be an additional $109 on top of the first weeks payment I had already made. They didn't tell me this before they put me through everything. Before they took money from my bank account, or before they let me hand them my personal information such as my SSN and banking. They knew, from the beginning, that this would be a thing and decided to let me believe I was good to go before dropping it on me. It would of cleaned out my bank account, that had $67 in it, and put me well into an overdraft. I needed to rent to own my laptop because I will never have the money all at once to buy one, but I can afford $25 a week. I've rented from them before and this was not a thing. I become a return customer and suddenly it is. Sally, I would of appreciated the heads up. What a scam. Does the BBB know you do this?

Excellent customer support, Great service, Sales often, Insurance available and fast replacement if needed, which I recommend because you will use it at some point. They always find ways to work with you. If they don't have it, they try their best to get it. I've been a customer of Rent A Center and most disappointed. Switched to R2O and have stayed for almost 10 years now! Club member perks are an excellent advantage too. Great products that last. Clean atmosphere, no worries with bugs or stains! 5 stars for sure!

2022...1 star review ((couch and recliner)) HORRIBLE! I bought a couch and recliner and I've had nothing but problems. Their furniture is junk 100%. The sent my recliner back to be repaired bc the reclining part would not stay down. Well they brought it back after being repaired and it was the exact same condition. It would not stay down. So they sent it off again and in the meantime they loaned me another recliner which was completely falling apart but we made it work. When they came to pick it up they pretty much accused me of breaking the loaner (broken junk) recliner. I will not buy any other furniture from this company and the delivery guys are a joke. Be careful they'll scratch your doors and walls bringing your stuff in and not even care one bit..2019...5 star review ((washer and dryer)) My first time renting from a company and they were great!! Great deals and wonderful customer service. Will most likely buy from. Rent to own again!!!

Super friendly staff, really good variety on items. I've rented from them a couple of times and each time I'm treated with nothing but hospitality. I'd 10/10 recommend anyone who was looking at renting from someone else shop here instead. Great pricing and flexible payment plans.

Rent to own staff are very helpful and genuine. I have never had an issue with anyone. I especially like working on things and making new agreements with Ben. Quality items, reasonable prices. They have in store promotions, rewards for on time payments and much more.I would recommend this store to everyone.

Marietta rent 2 own is simply the best! The staff is fantabulous; very helpful and friendly. They'll do whatever they can to get or find you what you're looking for. They work with you on your payments from weekly to monthly and just about everything in between. The prices, both regular and their deals are usually better than most other rental places(that I've been to anyway). They've always got something fun going on at the store and the people are just overall great to be around.

The employees here are very friendly and helpful with dealing with them. I have lived in this area for only 3 years and I started with them when I moved down here and ever time I need or want anything from a rent-to-own place they are the only ones I will deal with. I really appreciate all that they have helped me with and they are the nicest people I have ever dealt with in a rent-to-own store.
