I bought a 2015 ford fusion 1.5L ecoboost from here in March of 2021. The gentleman who does the paper work had told me if I paid extra every month on my car loan, I would have a warranty as long as I am making payments. So not the case! My warranty ran out according to family ford almost a year ago. But the bank is showing a few months ago. I am now stuck with a car that has complete engine failure due to coolant intrusion and a broken timing chain. I still owe on this vehicle. Apparently I am not the first person they have done this too. Will be contacting who ever I can to get refunded for the extra money I have paid every month. I wouldn t go to this dealer ship for anything!

Honestly, I'm slightly embarrassed to say I traded my car in and next didn't like the car I bought, went back and had test drove another. They literally made it right!!! I am so very grateful . No wants to be stuck in a car, with a payment, that they do not love.I cannot say thank you enough to the team at Family Ford ( part of the Pioneer Group).And by the way... I love the new car!

Took my vehicle to have it serviced, found other issues and ended up unexpectedly keeping it for over a week. Upon picking my vehicle up I discovered that my child s car seat has been completely ruined by black hydraulic oil. Due extremely soon, now with no car seat. Will be contacting service management, since the management I spoke to today couldn t help me. Hoping to get this problem resolved, and hoping for decent customer service. Just a few photos. Not happy with the lack of respect for a persons belongings.

Wonderful experience with everyone there. We were in and out in record time compared to other vehicles we have purchased. The service department guys are just as nice when I had my oil change. I had an issue with a windshield wiper. The guy was honest with me and told me they accidentally cracked my windshield replacing the control arm on the wiper blade. I probably wouldn t have noticed but I definitely appreciated his honesty!

The service department has treated me great from the first issue I had on my 2012 F350 and is continuing that with my 2022 F350 as well. No complaints at all.

Took my truck there for service, Steve kept me informed, and up-to-date on the progress. He stayed after it and was committed to fixing my issues. Best service I have ever received any where. Definitely recommend!!

Took my explorer here to have the mirror looked at because my wife hit it on a sign. I am 100% sure they didn't bother to look at it. They told her the mirror would need replaced and told her it was $780 for the part. I went through ford(not a dealer, ford) first to check, the whole new assembly from ford is $630. Not too mention I wound up taking it to a mom and pop shop and they plugged the sensor back in and snapped the mirror back in place and we havnt had a problem since. Avoid this dealer for service and if you find you have no choice but to use them, better check what their charging you for parts.

Great experience. Professional Staff. Wonderful service!I am always skeptical when going to any dealership, but at Family Ford they were great at answering any questions or concerns we had, and were very detailed when explaining warranty coverages. The financing experience was a breeze and they got us set up in a new 2022 F150 in just a few hours. Would highly recommend to family and friends that are in the market for a new car!

I bought a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan with them last November and loved it. I was told the factory warranty followed the car still since it has very low miles. I have it in the shop to get maintenance and turns out the warranty doesn t follow with it since it was originally bought in Canada. I called them to confirm this since that was obviously not what I was told. And they confirmed it and told me that nothing can be done. I want them to buy the car back at this point. I know mistakes happen, but that is very shady. I will continue to contact them to try to get it worked out.

Again I will add to my vehicle ownership experience through Family Ford. Nick in service was pleasant to work with in my most recent recall service. He provided a detailed explanation of the service as well as making the appointment as "painless" as possible. He was able to add an oil change to my recall service without adding any time to my wait while the appointment was executed. Recalls are a nuisance to your daily schedule however you can expect to be treated with honesty and respect for your time with the service team at Family Ford.

Went online this morning and made reservations for a test drive. It said great, but I can't wait for me to get here. Drove the hour and half to get here at the time designated, and they were closed. I had my bank pre- approval letter in hand. Try calling and texting customer service and no reply or answer. Waited in Marietta for over an hour.

I do not recommend this dealership for nothing. The salesman was good but service has sucked. Don't want to perform service or maintain vehicles. We bought 2 cars a month apart both had major issues the first month we had them and was in the shop. The last one we bought have not had for a year and transmission went out. About $1000 to fix and a month without a car extended warranty pays all but the $1000 and will cover a car rental for 3 days take 6 to 8 days for new transmission to even get to dealership and another week to put it together. What a waste never ever will I deal with this place or any of them.

Nick at the service department was rude. He never explained anything. I couldn't tell you if my oil change and tire rotation was good because all he did was accept my payment and sent me out the door. He needs numerous classes in customer services skills.

Came to look at one vehicle, which sold a couple of days prior. Warren let me test drive another one in the same price range, which was an enjoyable experience. I had no intention on buying yet, but after the test drive, I was sold on the vehicle. Warren made the process easy and painless, and I got a good deal. Definitely worth the trip in the end!

Ive never purchased a vehicle there, but I did take a truck in for service once. Steve Mayhew was my customer service representative and went above and beyond to make me happy, which is really hard to do. Steve is a rare commodity in the world of customer service, especially when it comes to having mechanical work done on a vehicle. Family Ford is lucky to have him on their team.

I have been to several Ford Dealerships over the years and I always wind up back at Family Ford. My wife drives a 12 f150 that she still loves and won t let go of. Any time it has had an issue Family Ford has always taken the time to properly diagnosis the issues. Anytime we have our vehicles in for service we always make it a point to ask for Steve Mayhew to handle our vehicles. Steve is knowledgeable and is able to place our vehicles in the hands of the most qualified technician available for our particular vehicular issue.

I wish I could give 0 stars for the service we received at the service center.My husband and I thought the driver side axle seal was leaking so we purchased the seal for the drivers side and was going to do that ourselves. In the process we discovered the passenger side was leaking but replacing those seals was going to be a lot more difficult and testy. So, we took my car to the ford dealership to have the seals in the transfer case replaced because it was leaking transmission fluid. They called to tell us the driver side was leaking and that seal needed replaced. We informed them that we purchased the seal and they can replace it using that seal. According to them, that seal was wrong but they went ahead and replaced it and wanted to charge extra which is not the problem because it needed replaced but a phone call updating us letting us know they had to use one of theirs and it would be an extra charge would have been good customer service. When my husband goes to pick the car up, he is told the PTU needs replaced because it is going bad. They went ahead and replaced the seals, charged for all the work (did give a discount because when I called to check on the status I complained about not being called about the wrong seal on the drivers side), told him it needs replaced and they would give us a quote on the work but didn't give the quote and sent him on his way. We took it to another service center to get confirmation that the PTU was bad and sure enough it is.His response was, well we had it apart and you wanted it fixed. There was nothing we could do except put it back together. Also, informed me that I don't need to be taking my car back to that service center for work anymore. I just think that they should have let us make the decision on whether to just put it back together or to have the PTU replaced. Now we get to fork over more money and deal with wasted money because they replaced theSeals without on a bad part. Their money loss now because I will not be taking my car back to them for service and I will never deal with their company again. Neither the service manager or the supposed owner seemed too bothered by ripping off a customer.

I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 from Family Ford in August 2022 and dealt with Warren Yoders. After having a very negative experience with Toothman Ford, Grafton, WV, I spoke with Warren regarding a truck he had listed online. My wife and I made the hour plus drive to the dealership in Marietta where we were met with a smile, treated wonderfully and offered exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Unexpectedly we drove home that afternoon in a truck we had only thought we were going to test drive and never looked back. Overall we had an excellent experience with both Family Ford and Mr. Yoders. I will absolutely look to them again when it comes time for a new vehicle. Keep up the good work.
