Paid full price for a 2020 Toyota Camry and didn t argue with the price. They told me they would put gas in it and clean it up. They put a half tank of gas in it and pulled the stickers off the windows and that was it. I ll never buy another vehicle from pioneer period. I made the sale simple for them and they didn t put in any effort other then the salesman collecting his commission. Learn to take halfway decent care of good customers and you might be able to keep costumers! I won t recommend this company to any friends or family. The car was nice but really come on a half tank of gas, what a joke after dropping $25k .. (Thanks Jason Minks)

I needed to purchase a car when cars were hard to come by. I was at Pioneer with my daughter and met Corey Ruddlesden who was very helpful and up front about availability. He stayed in touch to up date me on prospective deliveries and what my options might be. Once the cars arrived he made sure I had the opportunity to choose a vehicle from those that arrived and made the purchase process smooth. He has followed up with me after the purchase which I appreciate. I would recommend dealing with Corey if you are looking for a vehicle. .

My wife and I went there looking for a new car to fit the needs of our growing family. Corey helped us along the way and was very upfront about what he believed would work and not work. We went with his recommendation and we are super satisfied! Corey did a great job and we get to zoom around in a new GMC!

I ordered a new vehicle on August 5th from Pioneer GMC. My salesman, Corey Ruddleston, was amazing to work with. He kept me updated on the order throughout the process. My Yukon was delivered in mid October and was exactly what I ordered. It was such a cool experience to order a customized vehicle! I will be using Corey from now on for my vehicle purchases!

Bought a 2019 Jeep compass the day after the radio screen stopped working and it reves up and I called them and they said they couldn t do anything about it. If they give me a copy of my contract and warranty I ll up the review but my experience was horrible and I will never go back and pay $30 grand for a vehicle that doesn t run like it should or work properly.

BUYER BEWARE. Pioneer auto group in Marietta, Ohio.They sold my parents a minivan with an extended warranty and a lifetime power train warranty. My dad s health was failing, and the goal was for my mom to have one less stressor and to know the car would cause no major expenses.She s been attentive to servicing on schedule. Last fall during the scheduled oil change, they recommended nearly $1K worth of fluid flushes. (I don t know about you, but the van had 60K miles, and I ve never done all that). No one ever told her it was necessary for the warranty.Fast forward 6 months, and the transmission has failed. It is a known weakness on that model van. Pioneer auto refuses to fix it, has given her a huge run around, and says the warranty is void because she didn t follow the scheduled maintenance.They are growing at a rapid clip, and maybe they feel like they don t need our business. If the business model is to take advantage of senior citizens on a fixed income, I hope they fail. I will never darken their door to buy a new vehicle.I m sharing this with all our friends, family, and my coworkers and medical partners. Hopefully they ll get the message if it hurts their bottom line a little.

My mom purchased a vehicle there in 2016 with an extended warranty. Vehicle is in excellent shape and well taken care of but the transmission failed. They refused to honor the extended warranty on a technicality, which is arguable. My father recently just passed away and mom is on a fixed income. They strung her along for a while letting her think they would take care of it.They even charged her for replacing some parts that were not needed. You will regret buying a vehicle from this establishment when it comes time for service or warranty issues. Take my advice and "steer clear".

Looking around for a business vehicle, not ready yet but stopped in to see some option. One sales person approached me, he was so kind and helpful. He told me he was pretty new but would help me how ever he could I think when I am ready I will be going back and seeing Corey Harper for my new business vehicle. Very nice, helpful and wonderful smile

Do not go here!!!!! My wife & I bought a 2015 Tahoe in January from them. That experience was pretty good so I called to talk to Connor who I bought it from but he no longer works there. I got Justin Williams instead. I told him I was looking to trade in my Xterra for a truck, he went over my info & said give me about an hour & a half to call you back after talking to my manager. I waited until 3pm the next day & called him back since he didn t call me. He said they got busy & the banks weren t getting back to them. He again said he would speak to his manger & give me a call back in an hour or so. I m still waiting & it s been over a month! I even wrote an email to the dealership about it & I still haven t heard anything! I spent $32,000 there & tried to be a repeat customer, I guess I m just another number in their books for the month!

Bought a truck today with the great help of one of their sales people Dylan. One of the younger guys working there and He did an excellent job communicating and making the process as smooth as possible despite us coming in during a busy day. Would definitely recommend Dylan as well as his colleagues that made buying my first vehicle a great experience. I cannot speak on the future of the used truck (since I purchased today) but Dylan did a great job leaving no information in the dark and being transparent with us. Overall very great experience.

Be very careful of this Dealership. They seem to knowingly advertise online using different pricing on their vehicles. When exposed, claim its "an IT issue" Whatever the problem, I'll let the Ohio Attorney General figure it out. I'm sure it's not a one time issue, for the explanations were very juvenile.

As a first time car buyer honestly was very worried it was going to be a difficult and horrible experience. The sales staff was excellent answered all my questions and legitimately seemed to care about me and my purchase. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle but doesn't want all the pressure and anxiety normally associated with it.

Found a really nice SUV, called and asked many questions, put in application for it and was told to come sign papers and pick up our vehicle only to get there and be told, "We can't put you in this vehicle but we do have a different SUV". Waited over an hour for them to bring over a vehicle from Marietta lot to Williamstown. Test drove while the "reran" application. They called and said we were approved and to come back and sign papers only to be told again, we can't sell you this but we have another more expensive one. Absolutely not!! Twice they pulled the rug out from under us!! We have purchased 5 vehicles from Pioneer and we will NEVER buy another!!

We have been dealing with Pioneer since 1989. They have a extremely timely service department. Sales department assists getting the correct vehicle for your needs. Pleasant experience..

Bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder 2 weeks ago took them a week to put A arms on it . Had a thumping noise in the driver side front took it back today the said is was a strut mount bad . But they will not fix it . 16000 dollar vehicle they should have not let it leave the lot . But lesson learned dealt with mike at EZ credit there all he cares about is selling nothing else . Would not recommend anyone to buy anything there . Update now the ac pump went out 45 days later.

I would like to say I had an opportunity to work with this place to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in, which was listed on their website as available, and listed on another car website as available, and after emailing them and getting a message back that it was available, come to find out after actually arriving on site that the vehicle had been sold two weeks ago. There's 4 hours of travel time I can never get back. Thanks guys.

Don't go to any of the dealership, they will tell you are approved and when you get there not approved. They mess up on paper work.
