Chris was wonderful!! He listened to everything I needed in a vehicle and found me the perfect one to suit all of our needs. Low mileage, great price, and a newer vehicle. I can t say enough great things about this company, and how friendly everyone there is.

Recently my truck developed a whistle when driving above 40 MPH. I tried several fixes with no success so I scheduled an appointment with KMA Auto Collision center at 130 2nd street in Marietta. They spent about an hour on my truck and isolated the cause of the problem. They did great work and were friendly, courteous and did a great job. The family there is fantastic. They offered me coffee and chatted a bit and it was 100% fantastic experience.

Kma auto in Marietta is amazing! Let me start by saying how amazed I was with the customer service!!! They helped me find a vehicle of interest, helped me navigate through the loan process worked all day long to get the price and payments where I wanted them to be, talked me through the whole process even while I was at work I received updates and texts all day!!!! I can t express my gratitude enough for all the support and genuinely caring individuals who helped me through the journey today !!! Not only did they provide me with a very nice vehicle today but they gained my full service for anything to do with my vehicle as I know they will be very honest and supportive!!! Cant say I ve experienced anything better at any other car dealership!!!!!!!

A+ for KMA. I was in search of a new car for work and kept running into dead ends. Either the dealerships had bad reputations or the sales people were too impersonal an arrogant. I was passing by and decided to see what KMA had, purely on a whim since I was already wore out from the big dealers around town, and the selection was quite nice. I was met in the lot by Troy and he was super attentive, down to earth, and personable. Troy did his absolute best to get me into a vehicle that met my needs and get my payments where I wanted them. The entire staff that I met that day, including the owners, were friendly and seemed like they truly appreciated my business. I will most definitely give them my business in the future.

I ve been going to KMA Auto for years for auto service and oil changes. They are the best! Friendly, and knowledgeable staff and they do an excellent job on my vehicle every time and make scheduling service a breeze. Highly recommend using them for your next service or car purchase!

I went to KMA to test drive vehicles because I was looking into getting an SUV. The experience was amazing, they were so nice & answered all of my questions. Not a typical car salesman experience that can be overwhelming, they made it easy!!! Will definitely go back when I plan to purchase.

I have know the owners of KMA auto for a long time and they are absolutely great people. They go above and beyond for their community in many ways with events throughout the year. Let me tell you, after getting through the puppy stage, with so many trips to and from the vet with the dog in the car, my car needed some seriously cleaning. KMA Auto did outstanding with cleaning and detailing, great price too! Definitely will be back!

I was recently in the market for a new car and went to KMA because of the warranty they offer. I was lucky enough to get Crystal Eldredge has my saleswoman. She is totally awesome...she treats you like a friend, is very knowledgeable, very upfront about everything and works her butt off to get you a great car. She definitely made my car buying experience alot of fun. If your in the market definitely look her up!!!

KMA did a wonderful job applying the Diamond Ceramic Coating to my new car. My car is so shiny. It has saved my car from getting chipped from rocks flying off trucks going down the interstate.

Multiple of the 5 star reviews are from employees. The buying process and costumer service was absolutely amazing! Service on the other hand and after the fact has been awful. I had my car in the shop every 2-3 weeks for about 2 months right after I bought the car and they couldn t find the problem. I had to take it to Nissan to find out that I had bad rotors! I paid extra for the ceramic coating and was told the warranty on it covers scratches. It does not. Once the coating was put on there were scratches all down the side of the car. I asked about it and was told the scratches were there already but weren t noted before selling the car to me. I asked them to fix the issue and I was told that if I get my next car from them they will fix the scratches. Sadly they don t do programming on my radio so I have to go elsewhere and pay a deductible. I have had the problem since I bought the car, but I forgot to mention it when getting my oil change. So that s on me. But they didn t update the radio before selling it. I would never purchase another car from them.

My 2012 fj with near 200,000 miles is running and handling like new. For me it was a considerable amount of money to spend, but seems very well spent. The customer service makes you feel confident in their intention to provide the highest possible service.

Excellent service from Crystal Eldridge at KMA. (She even helped when I showed up to look, and she had clocked out). She helped negotiate a great deal on a 2021 VW Golf. I am pleased with my purchase, and I recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle, to consider KMA first.

Out of the dealerships that I have purchased vehicles from, I have had the best experience here. Very straight shooters, they don t sugar coat things. They tell you the truth about what your getting into. Today for the first time, I ve taken my vehicle back to a dealership for service. Talking to the mechanic himself to share the info on what s going on and trusting him and his team. They squeezed me in last minute to get my vehicle looked at and back to being roadworthy soon.

Incredibly place. From Cleveland, and on a trip down to South Carolina I ran into some car trouble while crossing into West Virginia. Got a recommendation from a local auto parts store to call up KMA. Despite it being a Saturday with only a few hours to close they got me in and had my car back on the road in a few hours. Price was more then reasonable. I actually asked the guy about 3 times if that price was labor and everything included, because I was shocked how fair the price was. To top it all off they have a great waiting area with plenty of comfy chairs, a fridge stocked with drinks, corn hole, spots to charge your phone, and even an adorable shop cat. Not to mention the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even called a few days later to make sure my car was running smooth and I arrived safely. Next level customer service. I wish I had them back in Cleveland or Columbus. I wish every auto repair shop/dealership could be like these guys. Can t recommend them enough!

The Short Review: Best buying experience I've ever had!The Detailed Review: I am an exceptionally patient buyer. And when you're investing into something as big as a vehicle, it's imperative that you get exactly what you want and what you can afford! Patrick (Salesman) & Kevin (Owner) took my truck buying experience to the next level with their service!Going into this process, I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. And when I didn't find exactly what I wanted on their lot, they found it!! Zero pressure sale....period. They were the only dealership out of the dozen I spoke with who actually worked on my behalf! That's what I wanted out of the buying experience and that's exactly what I received.Last note: Their finance team is amazing. I had worked with my bank to secure financing. However, they were able to take care of all the paperwork in-house and even found me some additional discounts. Kudos!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2020 Nissan Rogue!!!Everyone in the building was super friendly the only negative thing I have to say is that it's taking a long time for them to pay off my trade in!!I am getting phone calls every day from my former financing lender. My credit score is getting lower and lower because they are delaying the payoff!!!
