Took my car in to get body work done and I was amazed at the service they provided. Everyone working there is helpful and very professional. Gave me a breakdown on what work they did to the car. Someone hit my car when I was stopped at a stop sign and this shop are the only ones that would even book me for an appointment instead of just saying no they are full. It was several months out but since the person smashed my front light making it not driveable they squeezed me in to fix that part so it would at least be driveable. They had everything ordered and ready and got my car completely fixed in like a couple weeks after my appointment. So friendly family owned business. Fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had several cars in this shop over the past 20 years and every time, no matter the owner, the repairs and paintwork were always done right. Sam and his family and staff are continuing the tradition of high quality work here. Thank you Sam, Derrik and the techs who took exceptional care with my car and performed quality work. First Quality did an outstanding job with my car. Sam and Derrick were great with communicating when my car needed dropped off, giving updates when more parts needed ordered and when it was available to pick up. The car looks excellent as well.

They seem very professional. I wish they would work with me. I have a vehicle with a decent body on it and I wanted to get rockers and also fix a hole where it has rusted through but it seems they either don't have the time or just don't want the job because, they told me I was looking at a 10k job and said they would basically have to replace every panel. If you have insurance work to be done I would recommend them. Other wise no I couldn't

Due to my inability to back I have to pay First Quality Collision a visit. My insurance covered it but they got me in quickly and repaired my vehicle faster than I expected. Would recommend to anyone

Unfortunately have had to use them several times but fortunately they are fantastic. Quick free assessments and factory quality work. They're backed up because they're good so if you need someone get on the schedule now!

had to make an appointment a month out for some frame work, was worried cause ive never had work done by them but they only had my car a day, the repairs look great and they even popped my bumper back into place and detailed my car. also the price was exactly what they quoted me. good people and good work. i am forever greatful.

They were friendly but it has been a week since the front end alignment and there is still a shake in the front end, so the 60 bucks was wasted... They said it was fixed and they didn't say anything else was bad so I don't know why it is still shaking.

We did not have a good experience at this location. I went here because it was the only approved location ( by my car insurance ) in the area . They had my vehicle for almost 9 weeks. When I drove an hour ( one way ) to pick it up, service lights were still on. I had to come back once they had figured out why the lights were on. Then, my car started making a rattle noise when I drove. My car insurance company allowed me to have it looked at at the location of my choice. I chose a Honda dealership. Upon first glance they noticed TWELVE things done incorrectly including not greasing things and missing Bolts. I had driven 2 hours away to the dealership to find out my car is not driveable until fixed. What a mess. I would not recommend First Quality Collision. I am upset I even paid them a $500 deductible

If you are patient, this is the best place to get body work and repairs made. The problem is that when you are good, you are really busy. These folks are really good. Super fair, super nice. I won't go anywhere else.

They completed the body work to my car within their estimated time and took care of everything with the insurance company. Professional staff and quality work. Excellent communication. I hope to avoid being sideswiped again in the future, but if it happens again, I m returning my business here.

The repairs were substandard and of poor quality. The customer service was even worse after picking up the vehicle and trying to get the repairs taken care off. I did meet with the shop foreman to discuss a path forward. He was to get back with me the following week. Three and half weeks later, NEVER heard back from them. Would never recommend taking anything to for repairs!!Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit in the middle of the night (hit skip), this company was a select shop for my insurance company, I have had Service here in the past so I decided to go with what is familiar. When I came in for an estimate, I was told that that multiple places that were involved in the incident and in the area of the incident was pre-existing prior to the crash, and was told that I just didn't notice the obvious marks. One ding exposed bare metal and was metal color, and then pointed to the end of the ding, stated there was a little rust there when it is the red metallic paint that was pushed and bunched up. My integrity was questioned, and basically called a liar. I took my business elsewhere, where they confirmed my thoughts of it being related to this crash. I am younger (mid thirties) and basically was given the impression that I was a bothersome to them (which I felt the same about my prior visit with them). I am happy others have received good service, but mine was beyond poor.

I hit a deer, and took my car here because it's what my insurance would cover. They had my car for almost 2 months, and when I got it back my turning signal (that had been damaged by the deer) still didn't work. If you can I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Was told I'd receive my vehicle back by mid February, here it is March and they still got a ways to go on it. Good people but the slowest garage around. Wouldn't recommend
