Scott and his crew were fabulous to work with! We needed new tires and batteries on an RV we just purchased and they took very good care of us. Came in to get my front set of brakes done. Showed up, and probably within an hour and a half, it was done. Before work, the front end had some wobble, but after they replaced the pads and rotors, the wobble was gone!Super easy people to work with and will be coming back for any and all future mechanic needs on my vehicles!

Fantastic service. They are extremely quick and know what they are talking about. They worked with me to figure out the issue with my car, and fixed it for a very competitive price. I have done repeated business with them, and more than once, I was told that it was an inexpensive part that needed replaced, and I could probably do it myself and save money. I feel that they are honest and not trying to create work where there isn't any. I would recommend them.

Fast service and I was in a hurry to get back on the road to work. Really happy with this company and gave me another option on prices. Now I have to decide which to go with. Choices are good but I wonder which would be the best option in this situation??

This is by far the best, and most honest service garage I have found in the MOV. All the employees and owner are amazing people that really care about their customers. Just by sitting and waiting for my car to be finished I seen that they actually car about what they do and go above and beyond for their customers. Got a front-end alignment in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. The provided waiting area was open and inviting, the chairs were comfortable, the coffee and water were a pleasant addition. The technician who performed the work came out to ask me some questions about how the car was handling and how I responded to it. I appreciate that he took the time to find out more information.

Fast oil change. My sonwas there,too, that's where he goes, too. Didn't even know he was going , too. The people are very nice and keep you informed, call you about your vehicle.

Did a great job with the alignment on my 2010 dodge charger, for a very reasonable price. Such a good job going to bring my truck over.That was when i found out how good they really are, the truck has some issues its 20 years old and was way out of alignment, they replaced some parts, ghen i bought a couple tires. The truck has not driven this well ever. Great price, fantastic customer service. I hope not to need them for a long while, but when i do i know where i'll be going.

The price for 3 tires was less than Walmart and they were higher quality as well. The mechanic explained everything clearly and concisely with good reasons for what needed done immediately and what could wait. The feel is friendly and considerate. I will always go back.

Called to get a quote for a passenger side rear break caliper job and the lady says I have no idea how much it will cost. 120 or so for labor.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Cole's for 13 years. They have never taken advantage of me and have always treated me with respect. Each time I did a price comparison, they were the better deal. I totally trust this company.

I called and scheduled an appointment to get an alignment done and tires rotated and balanced. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. They took my car back. About an hour and 15 minutes later I begin to wonder what is taking so long. An hour and a half after my appointment time, I hear a mechanic come in and mention to someone else inside that they had just finished my alignment and were about to begin the balance and rotation shortly. I tell them not to worry about rotation and balance since it was taking so long, paid for my alignment and left. What is the point of an appointment if its going to still take so long?Also when I called to make my appointment, I asked if they would be able to check for a bad wheel bearing as I was suspicious I had one going bad and didn't want to do an alignment if I was going to have to replace it soon. The person on the phone assured me that they test all of that before doing the alignment and would not do the alignment if there was a problem, such as a bad wheel bearing. They never said anything about a bad wheel bearing before they did my alignment. After I left this place I went to another shop to have my car looked at for the noise it was making. Turns out it was a bad wheel bearing. Will never go back to this place again.

I took my truck here a month ago and still have not gotten it back. I had an issue with spark plugs that broke and needed to be machined out. I have taken them all the parts they needed and still have not gotten it done as of 3-26-2019. I really do not reccomend coming here. Ive done alot of business with them in the past and they have done very well up until this point. I do not think i will return to them and will take my business elsewhere.

Never had bad experience here. Always take flats for repair here and it's always good deal and pretty darn quick service. Even if the wheel is on the car and losing air. I've been happy with our dealings.

Scott and the guys will get you back up and going with any repairs you need, not just tires. I ve moved out of the area now and man do I miss trusting my mechanic to fix what s wrong, spot problems, and fix it at a fair price with friendly service. You won t regret going here for any repair needs you have!

My son is a student at Marietta College and had a tire issue. I live 2.5 hours away and I called them and they helped him solve his problem. Very nice and friendly people.

First and foremost I have always went to Cole's and refer them. I got off of work early today so I decided to get my tires checked. All 4 tires have a slow leak and I have been airing them up since winter. I did not need air at this specific time, just stopped because I had time. The guy that "looked" at my tires says he relearned the tire pressure sensors and put more air in my tires, drove it around the block and he sees nothing wrong. Told me if they lose air to bring it back. Uuummmm thats why I had it in there.
