Great selection and friendly staff; however, the doc fee, freight and delivery charges, and the required Ohio title for a child's dirtbike have influenced me to never again purchase a new bike.If I wasn't in a Christmas Crunch, I would have walked out empty-handed vs paying the extra $800 over the advertised price.

My wife and I had an awesome experience with Big Hometown. Our salesperson was Josh. He had a great personality, and made the process a lot of fun. He got us on a couple different machines to test drive, and was quick to answer all our questions. The financing was quick and easy with John, and the whole process felt relaxed and totally free of pressure. The whole dealership had a really cool vibe. Glad we drove to Marietta, and we'll absolutely be recommending Big Hometown Motorsports to all our friends!!

I had a great experience at Big Hometown. My salesman Mike was great and very helpful. I believe his name was Tyson who serviced my bike put up with my annoying self as I kept going back to look at the status of my bike. We ended up there for close to six hours because they were so busy but that was the only draw back. Good people

Bought our 2020 Honda Talon X here back in February. 2200 worry free and fun miles so far. Rich has taken good care of us. Highly recommended.

I needed a rear tire mounted on my Harley Davidson FLS. I brought the new tire in with the rim with the worn tire and Ryan the Service Manager took care of it himself. He told me my inner tube was still good and I didn t need a new one. I ll be coming back because of the level of service I received. Hometown Powersports Service had my best interest at heart and I am appreciative. I m back on the road again !!

Bad business experience. No one even talked to me after I spent 30 minutes circling around the shop, so I decided to spend my money somewhere else

I purchased a Fly Racing Revolt Matrix helmet, and didn't receive the tinted visor that it comes with if you buy it elsewhere, and they gave me a helmet sock from an entirely different brand.Depending on what you're looking for they have a good selection (helmets, goggles, gloves, & motorcycles), but other stuff they don't (replacement grips). They are slow to replenish stock when are out. I've been wanting to pick up another set of ProTaper Pillow Top grips, but they've been sold out for the last 3 months. The replacement brake lever I ordered from them took 6 weeks to arrive. Their sales counter is abysmally slow and disorganized. It turns out the brake lever arrived in a week or two, but they couldn't find it in back. It just took me multiple repeated trips to get someone to find the thing I had prepaid for that we sitting on their back shelves the entire time.At this point unless I can see it on the shelf when I go in, and I'm okay waiting 20 minutes just to pay, in order online and have it in 48 hours WITH all the included accessories.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, straight forward, and fair. I purchased a new ATV for the farm and the transaction was trouble free. I picked Big Hometown over other closer Honda dealers who didn t seem interested in earning my business. Will definitely return.

Calling a honda dealership to schedule annual oil change for my 2007 Honda Shadow. The shop tells me they can't work on anything that old. Way to turn your back or your products Honda

I purchased a new Honda Talon and from the salesman to the service dept I have to say was the best customer service I have received in many years from any other business. The service dept went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. When I purchase another Talon it will be from the same dealership even tho it is further away.

After years of not riding, I went in search of a used Honda Shadow and found Big Hometown had several in stock. Drove and hour and a half to be greeted by a friendly salesman and saw each used Shadow was in excellent condition and fairly priced. Bought one from Big Hometown that day. They helped me get it home. Great experience.

The service department is great, not so much for sales. In the middle of a deal on purchasing a new SxS and they sold it out from under me. They used the old "somebody else walked in with cash". I had been waiting on a call back from them, after I made an offer. Hadn't heard back and decided to stop in instead of calling. The unit I was dealing on was gone. If you're going to sell it out from under me, at least have the morals to call me and tell me what you did. They said I could have another unit that was missing parts, as soon as it was done. I said ok, done deal. Once again, days and weeks go by with no calls back or communication. All phone calls were initiated by me. Finally had enough of the careless attitiude and nature, cancelled the deal. They no longer wanted to talk to me. Drove 3 hours to another dealer to buy a new SxS. They appreciated my business and were awesome to deal with. Much better pricing on everything, including the mandatory "factory set" destination charge. They even called, emailed and texted me back several times. How about that communication! This review is exactly how it went and BH knows it. If it gets deleted, it s because they know it s spot on.This review was obviously taken down. What gets me was they purposely tried to get me to back out of the deal.

I had typically had my 2010 Kawasaki Nina 1400 serviced in Athens (where it was purchased), but they started to be really hard to work with. I decided to try locally. All I have to say is WOW!! I took my bike in to have tires replaced and typical service. The service technician (Tyson) not only took care of the tires and service, he was very detailed oriented, noticed I had a left side mirror that was loose that he fixed and a missing bolt on my fairing that made it rattle for the last 2 years that he replaced. How often does someone even take the time to notice these things let alone fix them for you? Just can't say enough. Also, Ryan was the guy that took care of me over the phone and checked me out when the service was completed. Stand up guy and super nice. Thanks Hometown!!!

I drove two hours for a hard to find part. They had it ready and were really helpful with the installation directions, even printed them for me. Every employee and customer was wearing a mask to help slow the spread of Covid-19. Highly recommended!

Even when staff was given a detailed list of repairs and critical checks needed to be done by myself , they did not see it through. Imagine if you can requesting simple brake pad replacements and paying in advance for it to receive nothing. A complete fail in attention to detail or a paying customers needs. Bought my cycle brand new there too. I would highly suggest skipping the service department altogether or roll the dice and take a chance. My eyes are wide open to the total disregard to what YOUR personalized needs are. This is what the service department dishes out to you when handed YOUR dollars first. Seriously...watch out!

Went here looking for a late model used Harley Davidson. They had several to choose from which is awesome in itself being a metric bike dealership. They have a nice facility and very nice, clean vehicles to choose from. I recommend seeing Kyle Krieg in sales. Although they didn't have the exact bike I was looking for he was VERY helpful and very professional. They will work with you and try locating exactly what you're looking for if they don't already have it. I highly recommend this shop for any Motorsports needs.

I highly recommend Big Hometown Motorsports. I bought a Yamaha TW200 there and it was the easiest dealership experience I have ever had. If you go, ask for Mike.

Very helpful. He went in looking for a four wheeler not knowing exactly what to ask. No pressure sales just help an information. I will buy from no one else
