What can you say about an auto parts store? As it happens, a lot. This store is always there for me. Whenever I need a part for my car they have it or they can order it fast. The store is always bright and clean. The employees are ready to help. They will check your dash lights anytime with a smile. Take a walk in the store even if you need anything. That s the best time to go inside. There are many things to buy that have nothing to do with mechanical malfunction or repairs. Take a look. You ll thank me later!

I had to get a new battery for my car. I went to Auto Zone where they first put my car on a machine to make sure the battery was bad , and it was. Alex was the technician who helped me out. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. He took my old battery and put the new one in for me. I can't say enough about him and what a professional job he did . I felt the price was fair and the service was top notch. I highly recommend Auto Zone Marietta Ohio.

I thought good customer service was a thing of the past, but this week at the Auto Zone in Marietta, Ohio, an employee named Dave was so helpful with getting my headlight working, and upon discovering that a battery fastener was not connected., he repaired that as well. He was pleasant and professional in making sure that the car of this senior citizen was back on the road with lights working, and parts under the hood were intact. Thank you Dave.

Dash was the most helpful young man ever!!! He was on top of ALL my issues, installed my new battery and some other things!!! He's one of the most polite guys I've ever met. I had no clue what I was doing and he jumped right in and fixed my problems. He's a definite asset to your store. I will be back!

Went the other day for a new battery. Young fella named Dash helped us out and was super nice. Installed it and informed us of the warranty business. Give this guy a raise!!

Employee says they are not able to look up parts like a universal 2 bolt 2.5 exhaust flange gasket. She required make and model. Took me less than 5 minutes on my phone to find the part number on my own.

Very nice and friendly people I had to get my battery checked to see if it was good or bad and they were more than willing to come out and put a tester on it for me

Thank you AutoZone in Marietta and a big shout-out to the manager Tod! He truly saved the day! I was in panic mode when we pulled in as our serpentine belt went. He fixed it for us which he was not obligated to do! But did anyhow! He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you so much Tod!

I had a pretty good experience here. The employee that had helped me could work on their demeanor slightly to the friendlier side, but he also did something for me he didn't have to. And we simple folk don't know what we're doing when it comes to those machines, so it was much appreciated.

William K. helped me out a ton! Had problems getting my headlights installed and he took the time to come out and put them in for me. I was worried they weren't gonna fit and he took care of it. Going to come back in anytime I need help, thanks again.

My drivers side mirror was broken and two of the employees saved me hundreds of dollars by finding a part for 80.00 that the dealership wanted to charge me almost 800.00 for. Not only that but the one gentleman cut his finger and worked hard to make the mirror fit. I highly recommend them for service above and beyond.

Thank you William at Auto Zone he went above and beyond to help us tonight. We stopped in to have the battery checked and he noticed the battery cable also needed replaced. Very very helpful installing the battery and very knowledgeable. Thank you

So thankful for Cory's help last night.Our "tail" lights would not go off.I called AutoZone and Cory said come in and he would see if he could help. He did fix our problem with a part that only cost $15. What he did was priceless for us, a worried retired couple. Thank you so much!

Stopped here to get windshield wipers, was in and out with them installed by the manager Todd in less than 5 minutes. Definitely go here for your auto part needs!

On the way home from Ohio I lost a windshield wiper on the interstate I entered the store was waited upon quickly and the gentleman got me a blade and installed it on my car promptly and I was off and on my way thanks guys

I was traveling with two of my two kids, and was still 300+ miles from home when my car started making a very loud noise, I called my husband in a panic and he told me to see if there was an AutoZone close by. Luckily, this store in Marietta Ohio was less than a mile from our hotel. Will was nice enough to come check out my car, he could tell the problem was coming from a hole in my muffler and that I would be OK to get home. It gave me so much peace of mind and I am very grateful! Thanks Will and Autozone!

The only downside is the sometimes long wait in line. But once you get to the checkout, they have some of the best customer service. It's worth noting they dont always have what you need, but you can order items that are usually delivered to the store the next day. I've ordered a few things and never had to wait more than one day for them to come in

Store manager changed a battery for me when the system said it would take 45min and recommended not doing it. He did it in under 7min. You want true old school service go here.Note: The competition down the road turned me away because of install time.
