Order 2 orders of French toast stixs and only get one maple syrup. Go back into store and the guy says that all it comes with one maple syrup. Been ordering these French toast stixs every Thursday night. Better get trained properly cause customers are always right

It's all good here at Sheetz, but one thing..... the parkink lot is backward, truck have to park on blind side or go all around, turn, and park the right way...Note.. backing is the most risky for any vehicje.. more for trucks. So I dont understand this truck stops with backwards parking spots.

It's a pretty helpful place. We often stop here after church to get gas. Reasonably priced. I also like to get the seasonal drink. Got chocolate or hot apple cider. I'd definitely recommend!

This time I am sharing. This Sheetz is trashed poorly managed. Bathrooms are trashed womens and mens. Stock all in the isles and floor, trash hanging near products on shelves. It needs a good cleaning. TBH bring your own toilet paper/wipes.

This place is great. The truck spots are large, the bathrooms were clean, the employees were friendly and the food was good. I had a salad loaded with toppings and a turkey sandwich. No complaints about my visit here.

Modern gas station/truck stop/all in one store/food store. I think that covers it all.Pumps are new with plenty of space.Could have used someone emptying the trash, the cans were overflowing.

I gave a high of 2 stars due to great truck parking. The truck lot is huge with plenty of room to get turned around if needed, it was clean, the spaces are wide, and there's plenty of green spaces to walk the pups.I refuse to give any stars for the bathrooms or the store side. It was filthy. Women's bathroom - Trash cans were overflowing with used paper towels, towel rolls were sitting on the counter & the floor (none in the dispensers), there was tp in 2 stalls but less than half roll in each, and empty tp rolls & tp scraps on the floors of every stall.Men's bathroom - (per my husband) Trash cans overflowing with used paper towels, trash all over floor including in stalls. Zero tp & zero paper towels. He told the guy at the register but that had zero affect. So I got tp & paper towels from the women's bathroom so he could use the bathroom & wash his hands.Store - paper trash (napkins, straw wrappers, etc) in the aisles, the fountain drink & coffee areas were disgusting. Dirty cups, lids, napkins, wrappers, and drink spillage littered the whole area, trash was overflowing out of the receptacles and onto the floor.There's absolutely NO excuse for this kind of uncleanliness and for my first time going to a Sheetz, I'm very, VERY disappointed. Service is good. There is plenty of truck parking. The Reese's pb shake is the best thing ever created by man. Took a star away because of the bathroom.

I gave this place 5 stars because that was the only thing available if there had been 10 stars I would have given the 10 stars this place is just off the charts the menu the layout of all the kinds of food available Are just amazing they basically put to shame all the big name brand truck stops.. Congratulations sheets You have a good future ahead of you

Every trash can out by the fuel pumps was well overflowing. Absolutely disgusting inside the store. Trash and cups on the counters. Spilled food spilled drinks on the counters over by the drink dispenser. Women's bathroom was disgusting. Paper towels on the floor. It does not look like anything has been touched and cleaned. Absolutely awful for store that was just opened. Very poorly managed. Unfortunately customers don't seem to care about their trash and learning to be respectful and not through things on the ground.

This chain only recently started showing up on my fuel card app and their prices are great. I have stopped at one in PA on I-80 many times and really liked how well it is was ran and quality of their coffee and food. I thought this one would be alike well, I was wrong. For recently opened facility their condition is downright awful! Garbage everywhere, restrooms are in horrible condition, floor in the store dirty. And I stopped here at night when there was practically no people.

Recently opened, nice truck parking spots, clean with new pumps, nice store, could use a few more truck items, safe place, gave it a four because the bathrooms needed attention as most places do, it seems nobody hires a person to just clean and most employees are not going to do it, out of everything and needed cleaning 6/5/23 7:30 am

Bathrooms nasty at 11 last night and at 5:30am gas pumps the same way nasty. 3 rd shift is supposed to clean and still at 5:30 am looks like they haven't done anything the pic is from at 5:30 am

The parking is easy to back quickly with good distance between trucks to get a good nights sleep. Buffalo wings were delicious

Sheetz never disappoints with their late night hours, affordable snacks and friendly customer service. My husband and I came in today and was met by the cashier Lucas. Not only did he deliver excellent customer service but he went above and beyond and helped the kitchen out when they were sinking. Keep up the good work, and thank you for all that you do.

Me and my co driver drive a Commercial van for a living and we stopped at this location because we figured since they have truck parking then they would be ok with us parking there as well. So we picked a corner spot the furthest away from the front doors on the car side (since we are respectful of the truckers and don't park in their section) and we proceeded to get some sleep as we have been up most of the day (this was on Sunday). So yesterday, we went inside got some food and proceeded to sit down and chill and hang out until it was time to head back out to our van to sleep. Used the bathrooms, but they were mostly trashed (as with previous reviews the bathrooms were poorly maintained). Woke up this morning, proceeded to go in and get our breakfast and sit down to eat. Next thing we know, the "loss prevention/security" guy comes out and proceeds to tell us that: 1) we were to purchase refills instead of just getting up and refilling and coming back to our seat (which we didn't know, I thought this was the land of "free refills" after all), 2) that we were "loitering" in the dining area for more than 9 hours (even though there are NO SIGNS POSTED ANYWHERE STATING THAT !!!!!), and 3) that we were not to be parking in the lot as well (even though there are NO SIGNS POSTED ANYWHERE STATING SUCH !!!!!). So we explained that there were no signs posted anywhere and this gentleman proceeds to tell us that there "wasn't a need to post it" anywhere. For our super lousy experience I wish I could give this 0 stars. I'm even from Altoona, PA, the home of Sheetz, and I was embarrassed for the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE this caused us. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN !!!!!!

The Sheetz gas station is just fine. The bathrooms could use a little help. Some of the hand dryers and paper dispensers were not working. The worst problem is getting back on the interstate. The traffic at this intersection is the worst. The city needs to step in and do some thing about it.

I have started getting all my fuel here. I had two really bad food experiences. The food was right but it was 45 min before food came out. Hopefully they get that sorted out because the food and facility are optimal. 5 stars for good prices and hoping they get things sorted on the food front

You desperately needs some actual adults present and in charge each shift. I m a truck driver so I came in initially at 5pm, used restroom and there were no paper towels; but y all were busy so I let it slide. At 9pm I used the restroom again, bathroom was disgusting and still no paper towels I complained to the cashier. Went back in at midnight and guess what the same empty paper towel roll was on the counter and not one stall had toilet paper. That bathroom hadn t been touched since 5pm. GROSS. Every employee I spoke with looked like a minor, and acted like they were completely clueless. The young lady who eventually help me couldn t even get the closet door open, who is in charge here?

So we got everything we needed but the place looked as if a tornado came through. The outside trash cans were overflowing last night when we stopped and I hardly ever leave bad reviews but this being a new store was not expected to look so lowly maintained. There was spilled milk by one of the coolers the whole place had trash on the counters, slushy machines had slushy mix all over and the floor needed to be mopped over about 6 times . I m extremely disappointed. Every sheetz we ve ever been to has been very clean but we wait to get out of this one and that s not even an exaggeration I ve also done gas station work so it really just gave me the ick not sure if it s a staffing issue or what just hope it looks better for your guys sake

Unfortunately, this is the worst Sheetz location I ve been to. Dirty restroom and the made to order food was burnt, missing items and not edible.

This is the WORST Sheetz I have ever been to. They can never get an order right or in a reasonable amount of time. When they first opened we were understanding but it has been months since opening and it STILL TAKES AN HOUR FOR A BASIC ORDER for 1-2 people. GET IT TOGETHER SHEETZ MANAGEMENT!

Inside is so over priced on everything, I mean $1.99 for 1 donut.But gas was . 60 cents a gallon cheaper than in my area 10 miles up the road. Worth the drive on a fill-up for sure. High stress job very busy inside if your thinking of working there. I would like it, your day would go quickly working like they do. Thanks for $2.95 a gal gas

They seem to not be able to keep employees and have high turnover. This is usually always due to poor management. I see Sheetz Marengo has a lot of not so great reviews so maybe its time for a new manager.
