The whole group from the mechanics to the service coordinators were kind, thoughtful and shared information on my vehicle without bias. They were pleasant to talk with and even let my dogs sit leashed next to me since I was traveling out of town. Great price on tires as well!

Good price on tires, alignment was a problem but they fixed me up. Wait time was pretty long though...update--- popped my hood today to check fluids and this is what I found. They never reinstalled my air filter after checking it. Luckily the hood had it squashed so it couldn't get into the fan belt and toast my engine.

Called in the morning and was able to get in when I needed to on the same day for an oil change. When I walked in, I was greeted by Jason, he was very friendly and upbeat. I sat and waited for my car and was very pleased with the time it took to get it back to me. I'll definitely be using them again. Thanks again

Great service. They called to recommend a more functional tire for the climate than the one I d chosen on their site. Experienced some vibration after my tire change, and they got me in to check it out without even asking me to schedule an appointment. Fixed the problem quickly and for no additional charge. I believe the issue was that one of the tires developed a bulge after it was installed - I bought cheap tires. By all accounts, Van s seems to operate their establishment with care and integrity.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Van's Tire Pros when I needed to get four tires mounted that I had ordered from TireRack. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the results.First and foremost, the staff at Van's were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated their technicians' attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service. The online vehicle inspection report with photos of problem areas was a nice bonus, too.The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, reflecting a commitment to a professional and organized environment. Additionally, the pricing was fair, and I felt that I received great value for the service provided.I highly recommend Van's for anyone in need of tire or other related vehicle services.

Just want to give a shout out to Vans auto shop!! I am so impressed with their customer service and work they do on our vehicles. They have reasonable prices and can do stuff other places say they can t. We won t go anywhere else ever!!! So glad we found you. Thank you for treating your customers so well and doing such amazing work on our vehicles.

Has a flat tire that needed replaced they were able to get me in and get the tires I needed the same day. Matt was extremely pleasant and offered excellent customer service!

I needed to have my brakes looked at because of a grinding noise at times.I took it to Van's. I was so blown away when they called and said absolutely nothing was wrong with the brakes. They could have so easily gone ahead and "fixed" something that didn't need fixing, but they chose to he HONEST! I fully expected to be met with a repair charge of several hundred dollars! I am blown away! I most definitely recommend Van's for your car repairs!!

The guys are nice there but I was sold a set of tires that bounced down the road now mind you they put them on my vehicle knowing that the tires was not any good so after went back and Dave told me he took the tire off the rim and turned it shouldfix it wow fix yea it really changed so I would have to give them a1 from 0 to 10 so no never again have nice day I had to go to Columbus to get discount tires awsom place

I thought Vans was a decent place also until they started to want to repair things that there were nothing wrong with and they automatically starts to fill out a credit application for you and if you are denied on that application they will give you a number to take home and apply for credit with a different company they told me that my transmission didn't seem to be engaging and they could get me a transmission for $2,500 so I took my car to a couple other automobile shops to get checked out but they couldn't find anything wrong. with my transmission. There also was another lady there that day waiting on repairs for her car and the same guy told her she needed repairs that would cost $5,000 and tried to get her to fill out a credit application and she was just as annoyed as I was and told them to just fix what she brought the car in for. it all depends on who is working at that time, because some of the guys are fair and decent

I got a flat tire driving from Columbus to Cleveland. Van s was able to replace all four tires (we have AWD) and have me back on the road within 2 hours!! Dave and all of the team members were very kind, friendly, helpful, and transparent about costs and options. Thanks for a great experience Van s!

I came in for a tire pressure check because my light was on, Mike Miranda and Dave sturtzinger were extremely polite and well mannered. The techs there went the extra mile to even recalibrate my tpms sensors. I give this store a 10/10. Needless to say I will return for any future vehicle needs!!

The people at Vans in Mansfield are extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and very professional. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for my daughter the day before Christmas Eve. Dave Stirtzinger, the asst manager, was so patient and understanding when I was asking him a million questions. He answered them all very professionally, and with much patience. Also when my card was declined repeatedly, he waited until I could get the issue resolved with the customer service (which took an hour!) it was the bank s error!!! But again, he was very patient. Might I add, between the Vans in Norwalk and the one in Mansfield, we ve taken 5 of our family vehicles to them. We ve had our tires replaced, brake and rotor work done, front end alignments, and their prices cannot be beat. No matter which location we go to Vans will always get our business.

I arrived to Van's auto service while out working and needed to be squeezed in to repair my tire so I could get back to work. Everyone there was very helpful and very much appreciated so I could get back on the road quickly and safely. I would 100% return and am a 100% satisfied customer!!!

From the initial telephone call to driving off with my newly mounted tire my experience was great! Jason was wonderful. He and all the guys who were in the shop went out of their way to make sure that I had great servilce! Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I took our 2011 hhr to check out the brakes, as they were the original set. They removed the wheels and drums and provided photos of them as part of the inspection. Turns out I didn't need to replace them. They didn't just change them and take advantage of me. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I will be going back for any service I need in the future.

We had started taking all our customer vehicles to Vans for alignments . Mike introduced me to Jake , Their head mechanic . This guy is a genius when it comes to fixing cars . I have to say that all their people there are top notch . I am always treated with respect and they always smile when customers come into the store , From the tires i have bought to the service i have received I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get something done to their car or truck. I even let them work on my 1936 Plymouth which i have never let anyone touch . Again Jake treated my car with the utmost respect and care ... Thanks again guys . !!! Dennis Brown

Guys are detailed and honest in what they do. They don't seem to be pushy. The price is like any mechanic. Not cheap to work on cars, anywhere. Did my brakes in April. Did an excellent job. Keep coming back.

Great place! Good environment with friendly people! As a female, I feel a lot of places take advantage of that with vehicle issues. I don't feel like that at all at Van's. This is the spot for me! Try it out!!!

Awesome place to take your vehicle!! I am disabled and can only drive bench seat vehicles. Since they kept the truck overnight, one of them was kind enough to drive me home! They show you pictures of what is going on too so that you know what s what with your vehicle

Quickly repaired a leaking tire. Had an appointment and was in and out in about 45 minutes. I don't need new tires anytime soon but would definitely consider this store first.

Grateful for Van's! They've been my go-to for auto and tire service for quite a few years now. Professional, courteous and will always do what they can to fix any issue quickly as possible. Best example was today. Knowing my dilemma with getting a flat tire just moments from home, as I needed to travel an hour away, they squeezed me into their schedule same day and repaired it in half an hour... for free, because I bought my tires there. Big Thank you to all the staff at Van's for always making me realize I've made the right choice for auto care. Congrats on your recent expansion.

Van's so far has been a good experience for us. They took care of our truck quickly. Pleased with the service. Price wise, everything is way over priced now, not just here. Good service, friendly staff. Can't go 5 because of prices.
