Booked up, save a trip, call ahead. Quick, fair priced. Not over priced labor. Won't hurt your pocket. Friendly, respectful, don't be afraid to go it alone ladies. Communicates problem and upfront on pricing. Very thankful for fast service.

They are as close to perfect as you can get. Polite (how many places call you ma'am nowadays?) Friendly (you're treated like an old friend) and competant ( they knew in no time at all what the problem was). They made sure my car was parked inside overnight. I can't think of even 1 negative about Rex Gilbert. Great job!

Rex is very rude and told my wife to go somewhere else because he doesn't have time for her to see if she wants her car fixed or not. Looks like we're not the only one who has had this issue. I'd advise you to stay away from his shop as customer service is very poor and it's all about making the maximum gross profit.

I took my car to this facility, and they were unable to fix the problem, but charged me $60 to diagnose the problem. I took the car to KIA, ordered the part brand new and had it replaced. This ended up not being the problem at all. I called this business expecting at very least a refund for the wrong diagnostic, and he refused. He misdiagnosed my electrical problem, costing me an unnecessary $660, and my car issue is still not solved. I would choose another mechanic.

Quite pricey. But when other shops can't fix an autos electrical problem Rex Gibert Auto Electical is the place to take your vehicle. Fixed right the first time. And that saves you money in the long run.

Wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.. Called to get an appointment and apparently the "Boss" who answered the phone likes be very rude.. I was told to call some one else and got hung up on... Soooo FIND SOMEONE ELSE like he said.. Dont waste your time or your money on service like that.oh and he wanted to charge me $60 just to look at my car not even to do any type of work #Garbage

Fixed my problem within 20 minutes that stumped other mechanics. Very good at what he does. If your problem is electrical, he'll find it.You get what you pay for.

Extremely Rude, Horrible Customer service!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Stated they are the only one in town do to the work so they can treat their customers however they want since we don't have other choices. Ridiculous!!

Took my vehicle in for an electrical problem..they removed my security system and my remote control and kept it...refused to give back to me..am sure they sold. It or kept for themselves
