Salesperson was fantastic. She was easy going and made the whole process of buying a new car stress free. We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly guy who had remembered my husband from the day before, what car we were interested in and which salesperson we needed.

The best test drive experience ever! It was fun, friendly and comfortable. I was in a complete panic and needed a car ASAP! Tara was outstanding. She reassured me over the phone by explaining everything, so that I was prepared before I drove the long distance to the dealership. Tara helped me feel at ease and was extremely patient as I asked all of my questions. I absolutely recommend this dealership. Thank you so much!!

Not sure how I seem to come across the newbie at a dealership. We were buying the vehicle at end of lease. The managers were in a meeting and the experienced folks were tied up. All I m saying is that it took too much time to get answers to my questions. Great learning experience for the newbie. At the end of the day the overall experience was good.

My salesman was Evan and he was absolutely great!! He helped me choose the perfect car for exactly what I was wanting. He was very personable, polite and very knowledgeable! He showed me all of the features and that is what made my decision to buy the 2023 Rogue. I love my car!!!

Bought a trailer wiring harness from Parts and was pleased with their price and responsiveness. John in parts knows his stuff. Several days later I had Service install an update / TSB to eliminate the aggressive cruise control acceleration in my Frontier and the service advisors were pleasant and knowledgeable and kept me informed. The update was installed quickly and correctly and I am very pleased. I would return to Mansfield Nissan for service or parts.

Service managers could not have been more accommodating. Offering coffee, a ride if I needed it. Service appears to be done correctly and was done quite quickly. Actually, was able to work me in the same day, which was very helpful, since I am doing qute a bit of holiday traveling.

We will no longer be taking our vehicle to this dealership. They won t admit to damaging our car when they serviced the vehicle. They say they didn t do it. We disagree. They are the only ones to work on it. We have taken it to an independent body shop that agrees with us that the damage wasn t caused by hitting a curb as this dealership has claimed but by a machine such a lift. The only machine ever by this car is their lift they are the only ones to work on it. We won t be doing business ever again with this dealership. I wish I could give zero stars.

Nathan is a Keeper! He is a tremendous person and made my vehicle purchase experience such a great experience. Someone like Nathan makes the difference. I would refer to him anyone ready to buy a vehicle from Nissan. I love my 2023 Nissan Altima.

I have only had positive experiences at Nissan. I have been dealing with them for about 12 years. They are always professional. Their waiting room is neat and clean with a TV and coffee. They are always courteous. I have never had a problem with their work on my car. I only have positive things to say about them.

The first visit was 2 days ago. I spoke with"John" in the parts dept. He was very helpful & cordial. It only took 2 working days to get my part & an hour to install. It was less expensive than what I was quoted. I, obviously, was very surprised & happy. They could have easily stayed with the previous amount & pocketed the difference but didn't. Honest & easy to talk to, just really happy with the service.
