Stopped in for an oil change. Guys were friendly and helpful, prices were reasonable and didn't have any issues at all. I've come here before and will be back. I've heard stories of people going to other quick stop shops around town and mechanics forgetting to replace oil fill cap and other mess-ups, never had an issue with this location.

Top notch service! They notified me about an issue with my CV joints before it became a real problem and I got it fixed. On top of all that, they use Mobil One oil, the best available, imo!

I m not usually one to complain or leave reviews. I can be very sympathetic and understanding to certain situations, but I can say I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I paid $111.97 for oil change to be serviced and pushed out in 5 minutes. The service checklist provided on the recipient I can assure steps 4-13 were not done. The gentleman literally stood in front of my truck the whole 5 minutes and then sent me on my way. Also, he got oil grease all over my truck that I just washed. It s ok if that happens but have enough decency to clean up your mess. The only thing positive about this experience was the guy in the cowboy hat. I ll make sure to check and see if they even changed the oil filter. Be cautious.Service: Oil change

My wife brought our truck in and the new manager is an absolute joke. To reset the oil change mileage he told her to turn the truck off, push the gas 3 times in 10 seconds, and then turn the truck back on. Imagine his surprise when she showed him how to do it by clicking the reset button. This is a 2013 F150 LOL

We were on a long road trip and our oil light came on 400 miles from home. We called a couple of places that quoted our full synthetic oil change at 120$.We drove to this station per recommendation of a Loves attendant. They quoted us 75$! We decided to replace the wiper blades (new top of the line) too bringing us to the same 120$ other shops quoted for the oil change alone.Great people, speedy service, and the wiper blades are GREAT. They had us back on the road home in less than 20 minutes.THANK YOU!Service: Oil change

Every since new ownership, this place is horrible. I just had to call the Lexington police department to get a bolt that I heard the guy underneath drop and swear that he didn t. Not only didn t he drop anything or put everything back together correctly but he wanted to bring my deceased mother into it and threatened to shoot me if I didn t leave. I now have scratches on my front left fender and the skid plate was bent because he didn t know what he was doing. Skid plate came loose on my way home and it went up underneath my truck and damaged the undercarriage. I Pulled out missing bolts on a brand new $57,000 truck. Lexington police department showed up and was able to go downstairs in the basement and find said bolt. But then they trespassed me from the location. Funny how that works. Trespassed me because I was unhappy with the service that they gave me on my brand new truck and I said something. I would not take my truck here if it was the last place on the planet. I will be suing for damages and emotional distress. As well as loss of work for time lost spent dealing with simple, incompetence and ignorance.

They guy is usually nice and very quick. I usually like him. He works a lot. But no one ever answers the phones and I never know the hours. I am here now and it s 1:30 on a Wednesday and no one is here. You can t find the hours online. I drove 35 min here to get my oil changed and have been waiting 15 min. The answering machine is a generic one. No hours or info. So I have no idea if I should keep waiting or leave. No hours are posted on the door.

Got in quick - service was great - very efficient - oil change, tire check, topped off fluids and out the door I went - all under $75 bucks and less than a 20 minute turn around! Loved that "big city" convenience in the small town of Lexington! Used their spotless car wash too! Terrific! Would highly recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had our oil changed here yesterday for the first time after having moved to Lexington recently. The owner of this business is awesome. You are in and out very quickly while never leaving your vehicle. He checks all your fluid levels and tops them off (for free, as an extra service). I will be taking our truck in on Saturday. I definitely would give this guy a ten star review. If you are not going there for your oil changes, you should be.

Just a Good OL Guy trying to make an Honest Living doing what he knows. Changing Oil and performing lite maintenance on vehicles. Always pleasant and kind. This place feels like the picture of "Support Your Local Business!". I really appreciate this guy always handling my monthly oil change efficiently and fast because of my hectic schedule. Great service. In & out within 15 minutes. Only raised my eyebrow @ the cost of an oil change.$77. I should ve requested price beforehand but I needed one badly, so that s my only complaint.

Regular Monday afternoon 2pm. No one there. Checked information online for business hours. Should be open. Called... no one answered. Got even the standard voicemail machine.. unprofessional to say the least. Read the review about the oil change price. Made up my mind.. will take my business elsewhere.

Fast, friendly, in and out with no wait. Only thing is my next service didn't set, so will have figure out if that's on me or something they should of done... but other than a little higher than average no complaints. Will def go again as it's close to home and NO Waiting!!

Twice this week I attempted to go here for a quick oil change and both times it was closed. Tuesday at 11am and again at 1:30. Tried calling multiple times Tuesday, Wednesday, and this morning with no answer. How can you run a business with no true working hours??

Great place to take your vehicle. He is very knowledgeable on most vehicles.He does majority of the work by himself occasionally he has part-time help. He is closed on Wednesday and Sunday for those of you who can't seem to catch him there on those days.

I have gone there for over 10 years and know the owner personally (he is my neighbor) and this is the best place around. I would only trust Express Lane Oil Change to do my oil changes.

Watch out they will strip your drain plug, don't trust this place some people don't even know what they are doing.
