What a great auto shop. The went above and beyond what they could have done. I was skeptical at first and now I'm sorry I questioned anything. Thanks for the amazing service. Would recommend to anyone.

There s no way the negative reviews are real. Mitch is HONEST, CARING, and DEPENDABLE. He quite literally saved me from paying thousands of dollars. These men got to work, figured out quickly what was going on, and gave me clear aftercare instructions going forward. They even gave me a ride home after drop off!! I can t thank you enough for your help, and providing me information how to better care for my car. I ll NEVER go to another auto repair company for my vehicle. Thank you!!!!

Very, very good management. I went there with a check engine light. Not knowing what I had to buy to fix my vehicle. And he gave me as much free information that he could and you can't find that anywhere pretty much these days. I will be returning to these amazing kind and honest mechanics if I need anything done to my vehicle in the future

The most amazing humans ever!! I was traveling from Columbus to Massillon for my mother & sister's birthday celebration on a Friday evening. Halfway there my entire dash panel suddenly lit up as the vehicle slowly rolled to a stop. I was on the side of the freeway, alone, in the middle of nowhere, in the pouring rain. Long story short, AAA couldn't get there for over two hours & then they could only tow me 3 miles without having to charge extra. Even then their shop wouldn't be able to look at my car until Monday! Not sure what to do, I Googled auto shops near my location & called the first one on the list. I explained to the gentleman who answered what was going on & that I was stuck. I figured I would just wait for AAA, pay the money to have them tow it to a shop close by that could at least look at it that night or over the weekend. I would have to get a friend to come from Massillon & drive me back... completely missing the dinner. The gentleman told me that their actual shop was in Mansfield (I was an over an exit away) & that where I called was their side shop that didn't do that type of work. Instead of just saying there was nothing he could do & hanging up, he got me in touch with Mitch at the main shop. Not only did Mitch say he could help, but he went out of his way to get their tow truck (which was not working in the area that particular day) & came himself to get me. They towed my car back to Moore's & immediately took a look even though it was almost closing time & they still had other cars there as well. Unsure at first of what the problem was or if it could be fixed that night, Mitch even offered to drive me halfway to Massillon if I had someone that could meet me to get me the rest of the way home so that I wouldn't miss the birthday! Luckily, they were able to fix the issue within an hour or so & had me back on my way. I made it home just in time! They could have (& should have) charged me hundreds of dollars for the amount of extra trouble they went to in order to get me taken care of but they did not. Mitch and his team went above & beyond. They deserve every good thing that comes their way!! They were so helpful & so kind to me the entire time I was with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone & I will definitely go out of my way to use their services in the future.

Me and my girl drove from cali and did pass lot of cities along the way.Got a nail in the tire and started loosing air way pass Columbus.So we decided to stop around Mansfield.This place is a horrible mistake for anyone.Think well before you go there.I am glad living in California and not seeing what people go thru in east coast and mid-west.0 stars.

- Rude, Unprofessional and Aggressive behaviorBrought my car with a little shaking going from 62 to 75 mph.Left the place with steering wheel pulling left and with driver side front wheel bearing screaming.Before leaving I was called all type of things as well as getting all "f" words possible.The scam guy was so mad because I address the issue that he said he is calling police on me.So I went across the street and talked to police.They know and see him more that some of their relatives.The place is a scam. Dont be surprised if you find yourself constantly breaking down or coming back often.Mitch needs professional help.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Moores downtown I'm new to the area but highly recommend... always goes over and beyond.. not only Mitch fixed my infiniti today but he also went out of his way to pick it up, at my job and leave me a loaner... when I got to my vehicle it wasn't only fixed but it had a full detail thanks again Mitch it's always a pleasure doing business with you and your staff see you soon ....Service: Steering & suspension repair

Best shop I've ever been to. Had two wheel bearings replaced. They dealt with the extended warranty company for me. Got my truck in and out quick. And to top it off, when I picked it up they had washed it and wiped down my interior. I'll be using Moore's from now on. Highly recommend

I love Moore's Downtown! They really are the best in customer service and the quality and price of repairs. I've had to bring several of my used cars here for service (oil changes) or repairs (ignition, water pump, tire air valves etc). They're always friendly and quick to repair. Moore's is also willing to work with customers on repair costs as well. Any time I've needed a ride after dropping off my car they make sure I have one. If I can't get my car to them they make sure they can pick it up for me. They've even dropped my car off to me at work because I am off after they close. This is the shop I recommend to everyone! I'll never go anywhere else in Mansfield. Especially after dealing with a dealership who doesn't pride themselves on their customer service the way Moore's does. Long story short...Mitch told me the one thing that I thought was wrong with my car, was not the problem & it was something else..$1500 later & now it's obvious the problem is what I originally thought it was...But now I'm being accused of trying to get "free work" done when Mitch is the one who misdiagnosed my vehicle & told me it was XYZ.And let's not forget to mention how my car was NOT leaking oil or smoking prior to entering their garage, but it is now smoking like it's it job to spray the community for mosquitoes & you pour oil in, oil comes right out!!Would not recommend them at all!

I took my car to moresdowntown of check engine light I need a cat converter so he put one on I got my car in two days it came back on so I took it back he order another one it was the wrong one so I took car back to them finally mitch got the right code he made everything ok I m please say he is the best I will take my car car he did a great job treated me right thank you

Due to unforeseen circumstances, a 7 hour job turned into a 7 day job, but they did a major engine repair (that every other place I went to said they couldn't do) plus some extra repairs for less than the price the internet warned it would cost. It has been a few weeks and everything is running fine. No more ticking noise.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

They are reliable and take care of the problem. Honest if it's not broke they don't find something wrong. I had my starter not work I had them tow it to their garage and planned on getting new starter. Shop said it was a loose bolt, recommended I dont replace starter. Charged me 21 and some change for the tow. I love these guys they have replaced my alternator and tensioner pulley also repaired a thermostat on a friends car. Need help they will give you the help you need.

I had my first experience with this company.Had my oil changed here yesterday. Very reasonable!!! Love that it's in close proximity to my work.They even changed my turn signal bulb @ no additional charge!

Shortly after Christmas our van broke down on the highway, they were able to tow me to the shop, track down the part and get it installed that day. Without the extra effort and teamwork they put we would not have gotten back on the road that same day. Best of all the price was very reasonable. If I lived nearby this would have become my auto shop of choice. If you breakdown while traveling near Mansfield this is the place to call!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never meet such an unprofessional business. To get the truth and what was done to this car, I called as the original owner, he told me he was tired of explaining, he hollared, talked over me and then hung up on me. I traveled up there in below zero temps. with the flu to pay this man and have my car towed. Yes car was driven in and towed out. When the tow truck Co. came, the guy came outside, hollared at the tow truck guy, told him he needed to move his truck. The guy said they had a previous run in, so after waiting an hr. I had to wait 30 more mins. because the owner had to come and tow my car, because the other guy didn't want any problems. Needless to say run don't walk from this rude business.

This is the absolute best place to have your car repaired. Finally a place and people who care about your car. No rip offs and no B.S.It's difficult to find good honest mechanics. Look no further. Moores Downtown is the best around!

That was a company vehicle I took in cause tire pressure sensor light kept coming on. It WAS fixed/turned off, but in this arctic chill we're experiencing now has caused it to come back on again this morning. Not sure what Moore's did to fix it, but it's back on again this morning.

Went in for a possible tire plug and repair, but was greeted by a grumpy lady with glasses. She showed no concern or willingness to help. They definitely lost business.
