I purchased a used Black Volvo S90 with 34k miles on it from the MMG Luxury dealer. There were some minor scratches on the car and they told me they would use their collision center take car off what they could. I get the car back and the paint is covered with swirls from the poor buffing job. They worked on it THREE times. I actually spoke with the guy who actually buffed the car along with the service manager and he admitted to me that he went too deep and that if he went any deeper he would actually begin removing paint! My calls after this regarding the paint were ignored. Worst mistake Ive ever made when purchasing a car. It ruined the car for me and it was a nice luxury car before they mutilated it. I only kept it 6 months before selling solely because I hated looking at it. It made me angry and remorseful. !!! DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!!Service: Painting

Do not take your car to Mansfield Motor Group Collision Center for repairs. The body shop manager has a bad temper, hates insurance companies and has a foul mouth. Reconciling the final bill to the estimate and insurance payment should not cause a melt down or a tantrum! Any customer does not deserve that treatment, regardless of how much frustration is part of the job. Very uncomfortable situation--- while he was having his tantrum I asked the girl at the desk to just print up the bill and I ll pay it anyway ..anything to get out of there. If I could rate them a 0 I would. Brought my truck in for repairs and they ordered the wrong tailgate not once but twice. They called and said it was ready, when I got there the back light bar did not work (it did when I brought it in) had to leave it again. Went back to pick it up and everything seemed fine, got home and found the backup camera sensors didn't work, kept telling me I had a trailer attached, called and talked to the collision center and was told that the service technician that wired up the light bar knew it was not correct, but didn't have the time to fix it right so he let them deliver it to me knowing it okhad a problem. Now I'm back again trying to get my truck fixed correctly. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I used to get my car serviced here also, but now I will find someplace else.
