Prompt appointment that fit my schedule. Greeted with a smile from a very knowledgeable and pleasant employee when I arrived. Check in was prompt, professional, and pleasant. Customer waiting are was convenient, clean, and comfortable. Service was properly completed in timely manner. Cost was very reasonable and communications with employees was again respectable and genuine quality customer friendly. I have been a customer purchasing several automobiles and experienced quality service of over 30 years. The deal ship has groan, invested capital, maintains great inventory and has competitive prices. I rate them a 5 out of 5 for quality service and customer relationships. I have owned other new autos of different makes and this hometown dealership has been consistently growing, investing in our community, and earned my customer satisfaction more than any other. I received prompt attention and excellent advice regarding the specific brand, quality and number of needed new tires. The tires arrived and were put on the car, balanced and aligned within 30 hours so I could drive the five hours home. Joshua was outstanding!

Just took delivery of an absolutely gorgeous new mild-hybrid B6 Volvo XC90! The sales team was thorough, and fair. The overall process was very seamless. I'd like to thank Joe (in sales) for doing a comprehensive review and go-over of the vehicle with me in-person, showed me everything there is to know about the new XC90. Felicia in finance is awesome, too! Very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would highly recommend Mansfield Motor Group, especially on the Volvo/Lincoln/MB side.

If you purchase a vehicle, see Hudson. Hudson may be young and you may want to see an older sales person, Hudson knows what he is doing and will make sure all your needs are met. John Lowe in Honda was absolutely amazing!! I had made an appointment to look at a pre owned Honda CR-V and the one I was interested in was sold the night before I got there. He found me one only one year older, for the same price, with ONE THIRD of the miles. He had us in and out quickly and painlessly and was nothing but professional and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend seeing him if you're looking to get into a Honda.

Absolutely do not purchase a vehicle from MMG, especially Joe Montello!!! This guy will be quick to get your signature and then as soon as you walk out the door and he gets your money he will avoid you at all cost. I purchased a used Chevy pick up truck from him which had a faulty a/c system upon test drive. Part of me purchasing the vehicle we agreed on getting the ac fixed before hand. Unfortunately they just charged the system and got it to a point to seemingly work for one day. So I returned with the truck a few days later and asked they fix the issues that was not resolved so they replaced the ac condenser (even after I told them the ac cooler was the issue). Surprise the ac still does not work . And now the only solution they are telling me is I can pay a $250 diagnosis fee in which case they will void if it is the part they fixed before, which they diagnosed and supposedly fixed. GO AHEAD AND BUY FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER IN TOWN AND ESPECIALLY AVOID JOE MONTELLO!!!

Sales manager has power trip issues. Won t work with price on any used vehicle. The dealership told me there was a 30 day warranty. They lied. Refused to fix problems and claimed there is no 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. Finance manager was pushy about buying an extended warranty. Seems like they knew the car had an issue and sold me a car they knew had problems. Would Never Recommend buying new or used from them. I will encourage all to buy from somewhere else.

Joshua was a shining star during an unexpected issue with my car. I had a flat tire over an hour and a half away from home. He stayed late on a Friday evening to help me and my daughter navigate what had to be done to remediate the issue. He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to help us. Five stars are not enough to give him! We truly appreciate all he did!!

I recently purchased a CRV from MMG. I told John Lowe the color and options I wanted. MMG did not have the color I wanted. Within 2 days John called me to advise me my car would be delivered later that same day. I went the following day to sign the paperwork. The finance manager, Felicia Seymour was very helpful and answered all of my questions and made the buying process very easy. I have never had such a positive experience when buying a new car as I did at MMG.

I had such a great experience at Mansfield Motor Group and I would recommend them to anyone! I came to the dealership just to "look" and walked away with a brand new HRV! It wasn't the usual experience when you go to a dealership to look at a vehicle. I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed. If I had an issue or concern, I felt reassured and taken care of. I want to say a huge thank you to John and Felicia for all of your help! You both were awesome! I will definitely continue to bring my business here.

Three weeks to fix a fender. Go to pick up my truck and it's got a flat tire. The lady was suppose to bring me my truck then just drove by and took it inside of the building for some reason. Went on a joy ride in another one of the trucks that we dropped off a few months ago. They got caught taking the GPS TRACKED utility truck to one employee's home over a hour drive slamming the gas and the breaks the whole time said it was a test drive to make sure it worked fine did this twice mind you..... and gave me my truck back with a flat freaking tire....

This is a one star review for this particular transaction only. All my previous interaction with MMG Nissan was good - 4 stars. Purchasing the vehicle was smooth, pleasant and professional. The several times I brought it in for service resulted in efficient and competent work and the previous service rep was congenial, friendly and informative. But today I attempted to phone MMG Nissan 3 times to set up service for my 2021 Rogue but I could not get through - message indicated "phone call could not be completed." Okay, no problem, phone systems break. So drove there to set up service. There was one service rep who was on his cell phone when I arrived - I could tell it was a personal call. So I waited... and waited... finally he got off the phone but with no apology for continuing a personal phone call while I waited. Then I told him I had tried to call unsuccessfully several times, drove to their facility and that I was leaving on vacation in 8 days and asked when could I get in for service. He told me there was nothing available for the next 10 days. Then silence, no acknowledgment, no offer of an alternative, and certainly no apologies. Just kind of a brick wall. He was not downright rude but rather unpleasant. I felt like he could give a s__t about me as a (repeat) customer? Don't mean to whine but I felt disrespected as a customer. So I left and called another Nissan dealer up north who gave me options. They were pleasant and accommodating. I might start driving the extra miles to have my vehicle serviced there.

Went in today to look at a used jeep test drove it liked it. We couldn't come to an agreement on my trade. The sales lady said let's just do the finance paperwork without your trade if your approved then just let the bank come repo the vehicle your trading. So you want me to take a hit on my credit and take a risk on the bank suing me for the left over amount after they send it to auction, just to make a car sale. Needless to say I will not be back to purchase a vehicle from this place.

I'm only rating a 4 because we took a vehicle to our mechanic to get it checked out before purchasing (as everyone should, cuz it's always good to get a second opinion) and there was a major oil leak. It wasn't difficult to see the massive amount of oil coming out of the oil pan once the car was on a lift. When we got back to the dealership, we were told it won't get fixed because "it wasn't seen by our mechanics". The manager then said he would take half the repair cost off the purchase price. After getting upset and saying "if your mechanics didn't see this massive oil leak, then they are clearly blind", the manager agreed to take the complete repair cost off the purchase price. Unfortunately that means we have to fork out the money immediately for the repairs, but we feel like we were heard and treated right, regardless of the oil leak that "wasn't seen". We still drove off in our new-to-us Wrangler, and couldn't he happier!
