Bought a 2016 ford edge 3/2024from the Mansfield location. Worked with Caden. He was hands down the best sells rep I have ever met. He worked diligently and patiently with me to find the vehicle that met my needs, requests, and budget. Caden is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend going through him to find the car you need.*Caden, you deserve a medal and a raise for your outstanding service.

AVOID THIS PLACEThe cars are not detailed or sold with fresh oil change/service. They do not stand behind their vehicles. Anything that goes wrong after customer drives off the lot is customers faultThey will charge customer the warranty deductible or cost of the repair.Heather in service is very rude and lies .I have had my car 3 or 4 months now. All payments made on time. Vehicle has been in service for check engine light for aux battery and it s burning oil and now has clunking sound when it stops Too many issues for just buying this vehicle and for the price.I have tried to discuss concerns with Sean the store manager /owner / partner. I got three different titles from him. He got upset and was very rude Tried to contact him a second time. Left a message and never got a call back. Third time I called him I got him on phone. And was immediately transferred to service. He didn t want to hear my concerns. I have no confidence in this vehicle or this dealership AVOID THIS PLACE

Jim went above & beyond to help us get in a car. Even when I said yes to a jeep than changed my mind. He was the best salesman I've met.Stacy was very helpful with the payment plan & explained the papers very well. They both made us feel comfortable with our purchase, making sure it was what we wanted, what we could afford and also making sure the car was a good fit for our family. 5 stars all the way around.

This man faught for me. It was really important I had a car and I m not the easiest customer to sell too and he was super honest and realistic on the deal. He made sure I was comfortable and never made me feel bad about my situation. We shared a few laughs and it felt like a day at home buying a car. This guy deserves a raise and then some!! He stayed late to make a sale really good worker rate these days. The whole team was fantastic and the experience was amazing.

Bought my car in the summer of 2020 and since then Stacy has been extraordinary. She s always so nice over the phone and it s like she even knows my sleep schedule at this point from all of our contact through the years. She s great! My experience has been seamless.

I have had so many things happen in my life.. and when I say the team there has been helpful that s an understatement l. They listen and work with you when they don t have to do that. Lesley, Stacey, Kelly, and Stephanie all treat you like a friend and most certainly not how you d expect a car loan place to be. Mike and Heather over in the service team try their hardest to get your car in quick and serviced and have compassion just like the sales team ladies. Caedan was awesome and up front w me upon sale of my vehicle as well. The all around experience has been wonderful for me and because of that my next purchase in a year or so will also be from this lot. Thank you guys I appreciate all of you!!

Jim was absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and very honest as we looked for what we liked the most. Stacy worked her magic with numbers also. Between the two of them, they got us in the suv we liked and made this experience super easy. Definitely recommend JDByrider in Mansfield. Amazing staff by far.

There are great people that work here. They actually care and try their best to help their customers with getting bapproved for a vechile, payments and even help customers keeping their vechiles running. I have never once regretted going to them for a vechile.yes I would go back on a heart beat when and if I need a vechile again. I highly recommen them for your next vechile.

Thank god it s almost paid for now! absolutely horrible experience friendly staff but grossly under qualified service department .3 times for the same problem that never got fixed by them and what was fixed was done with junkyard parts. I will never buy another vehicle from these guys again and if you decide to buy from them take the car while on a test drive and have a qualified mechanic look at it before buying!

.This place is a scam.. If you sit back and think about it it's a scam.. You paid double for the car... It's been this way for a while... But what got me fired up is they had a car . I wanted to buy it.. Cash payments, whatever... But the gentleman informed me that I couldn't do anything He's stated if you own more than one vehicle we can't help you. It has to be a need. No one needs a charger. No one needs a Cadillac Escalade go to superior auto if you need help.. If I could have everyone of these places closed down I would they're not for the people they hurt the people.

The service department is unfriendly, in my opinion. It took 2 weeks before I could get an appointment, M-F only, the minimum time for any appointment is 2 hours(even an oil change). My appointment was almost 3 hours long, to run diagnostic for service engine light, check shaking gas pedal, and tapping under floor board & no issues were found. I paid $47.83.

Dropped car off had it 2 days. Was to do oil change. Check front suspension ball joints tired rods etc. Also low tire pressure sensor keeps coming on for day or 2 then goes out again. Had a rubbing noise front passenger side. Told me front suspension was good nothing wrong did oil change said inner fender was the noise they said they cut out a piece to keep it off tire. Said tires were low why sensor went off. Paid bill didnt get 5 miles tire sensor on and rubbing noise still happening. That evening making noise I had to add oil. I called Heather said yeah she just found out he didnt do oil change yet I have new oil change sticker and paid for it. Went in this morning to other establishment put 4 tires on pulled out of garage tire sensor light on. Dropped off at another garage for front end alignment. They called couldnt do cause ball joints front end bad. Took back to jb Heather very rude even laughed and I do not think this is laughing matter so once again out of a car and I work 7 days a week so have to depend on rides and borrowed cars. They will check it out I even gave them paperwork from alignment shop that states looseball joints. And she is gonna do a free oil change? How is it free I already paid for it!! Absolutely disgusted with their service and unprofessionalism . Would not recommend and I only go there for things covered unwarranty but it just is a hassle everytime this is not the first bad experience. Totally dissatisfied
