Dropped my car off yesterday and just got it back from having the clutch changed. Can't say I recommend bringing your car here for transmission work. Transmission was making a terrible grinding noise at idle and while decelerating soon after leaving. I got under the car and half of my engine is covered in gear oil. No idea why. There's no reason for it to be on top of the engine. I spent hours cleaning off what I could. Looking closer at the transmission the fill plug wasn't even tightened. I could move it with my fingers. Who knows how much gear oil is left in the transmission, and how much damage has been done. Now I can't even drive my car somewhere else to have it repaired, and there's still oil everywhere that I'll need to clean off.Waste of money and waste of two days. Made me miss a day of work, too. Said it would be ready at 10 A.M., easy. When I got there at 10:08 my car was still disassembled and he was working on someone else's car while they stood in the middle of the it all, smoking a cigarette.Update: They also left a few lines disconnected, bunch of loose bolts too. I pulled the transmission off myself. The release bearing wasn't connected to the clutch fork with the clips, so it was just free floating in there. They over greased the transmission shaft, which spun grease everywhere on the clutch. There were places on the clutch fork that the factory repair manual says to grease that they either just didn't, or put the smallest amount on. They clearly don't know how to work on manual transmissions, or follow simple instructions from a repair manual. Don't take your MT here!Edit: I was fine with waiting, didn't rush them at all. I asked if it would be ready by 10 and he said it would. Notice how he ignored all the other issues in his reply!

I've had a slow leak in my tire for months and kept having air put in. When I popped in at Integrity, I had only asked for air, but the owner went the extra mile...saying "let's find out where this leak is coming from!" He quickly found the leak and repaired by tire in under 20 minutes! Very polite and prompt service, I will be using them in the near future! Topped it off with a car wash, which also was excellent!

Hands down, Integrity car care is the best in the city!!! I appreciate their professionalism. Every time they are quick to find the problem and the prices are fair. My car is in great shape and it only because integrity car care.

I discovered Integrity Auto as a result of a recommendation. I thought I needed a new thermostat and so I went on the recommendation. Once there, I met Eddy and he was able to get me in right away, confirming that I did in fact need a new one. Problem fixed! I m not easy to impress but they certainly did. So much so that some time later, the car needed brakes and after that some suspension and steering repairs. In May 2023, the car had a severe engine failure. They helped me explore my options since fixing the existing engine wasn t possible. Eddy stayed in touch with me eventually giving a hard number on an engine replacement. It was over $5000 . But I really liked the car and seriously considered it. So I asked that they give the engine carriage and underbody a good look first. I couple of days later Eddy called and said that all of them were in agreement that the car wasn t worth the investment because it would require other costly repairs to make it sound. While saddened by the news, I was again impressed. Integrity lived up to their name. They looked after my interests and said buy another car. Just yesterday my replacement car I got after parting with the old one, believe it or not needed a new thermostat. Just like when I first found them. While there,Dusty took some time to show me things that should be monitored and inspected regularly to avoid costly repairs in the future. Preventive maintenance if you will. Very appreciated. I have further recommended Integrity Auto to others who have been very pleased with their service and repair work. Eddy even explored recall and warranty relief for a friend of mine who was able to save because of his efforts. I will continue to work with Integrity Auto and highly recommend them to family, friends and any who may read this post. When you go, tell Eddy, Dusty and the guys I said hi.

If I could give negative stars I would! This business is so unprofessional and so unorthodox it s makes no sense! I went here to have some work done On my vehicle through Carshield and they had my car for 5 weeks , when I went to pick my vehicle up there were NUMEROUS scratches on my vehicle and my rims and mirror on the right side was scraped to hell and when I said something to the shop owner he told me he didn t have time to look at the cameras and would have his wife do it ( which it never was) and then tells me he wasn t sure at what point to look because how long my car has been there AND THEN told me that he s sure the scratches and things didn t happened at the shop. Come to find out they didn t do half the work they got paid over $4,000 for. Now I do have proof of ALL of this because I took my car to 2 different shops to have it check since it was running worse then before not even 4 months after leaving their shop for the first time . Took it back(due to car shield telling me) they supposedly fixed the issues , even tho they only had my car for 1 day and now my transmission is messed up completely and my water pump and I have to find a way to pay $1700 to get what the messed up fixed !!!!!*IF YOU HAVE PROOF OTHERWISE RUSTY I WOULD LOVE TO SEE ITServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I took my car in for a "suspected" oil leak due to an oil change that was done more than three weeks ago. Costed me 275.00. The next day, engine light is on & car not running right. Went back to mechanic, An employee stated appears they messed up a sensor while replacing gasket, which I found out wasn't replaced. Told to bring back, an hour later returned, this time owner wanted more money to replace sensor. My engine is covered in oil which happened by them as well as sensor. The bad part is they can't own up to their own mistakes & fix what they broke. But what's worse is taking advantage of a senior citizen & cancer patient. How sad is that? I've now been stranded for SEVEN days without transportation & getting to needed appointments due to their negligence. It's not over....Before it's over, this will cost you lots more than it will cost me...You should be ashamed of yourself.

These guys are trustworthy, dependable, honest, caring and professional! I had the timing chain/ cylinder head replaced , transmission fluid and starter. I have the utmost confidence in their work! This company is outrageous in price and when my water pump failed after them fixing it 6 months ago they want to charge me $100 for the diagnostic and then $800 to change my thermostat and that might not even fix the problem last time I went to them for the water pump they didn't even secure the engine in my vehicle I do not recommend this place they are horrible people and they will take you for everything you got! I took it to this place only because I knew I had a warranty on the water pump which was one of the codes that came up when they did the "diagnostic" considering codes only take up to 5 minutes tops to come up there should be no reason why I was charged for a full hour of service this place is a complete rip-off and I will be contacting the better Business bureau! I also wasn't in your office when I asked if you could tell me whether it was the water pump that you fixed or something else I was on the phone with you and not one time did you tell me that it would be $100 for a diagnostic charge. That's bad business right there!!

I would highly recommend this business for any car need. After calling to a few places I was given their number after my car would not start. Dusty came out, jumped my car and while at the shop they had diagnosed and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. I was very impressed and relieved with their assistance. Very professional and responsive!

These guys are top notch. Had my wife s car in for work. We have an extended warranty they dealt with warranty company and repaired all of the issues. They stand behind there work. Could not be happier with the work and service we received. Would highly recommend this business for any auto repairs. I LOVE THIS PLACE! They are amazing they get the job done fast and right!! I had my throttle-body replaced, my radiator and my water belt they got my car in the same day and got it out the same day!! Do NOT take your vehicle here, I've now broken down twice after THEY were supposed to have fixed it. When I brought it back last time they freaking charged me a diagnostic fee, IT WAS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN FIXED. The guy that runs the front desk has a real attitude problem. The owner told me take it to Firestone. So that's what you guys should do too.

The fuel pump in my car stopped working on a Saturday afternoon while on a road trip 2000 miles away from home. This was the only shop who would help me on a weekend. Dusty kindly met me at his shop right after he was coming back into town from a family trip, diligently fixed the problem and didn't charge me any extra for it. I've had a great experience and I wish the same to others. Thank you Dusty.
