I had a 2014 hyundai elantra that I took in and they said that we could do an oil consumption test and if it failed the test that they would take further steps to help and that if it was bad enough they would replace the engine.After doing the consumption test and the car being on empty oil for a while after 1k miles, we took the car back in and they said they would not do anything. Literally the complete opposite of what was said before. If they had just told us they wouldn't be able to do anything then we would have just kept putting oil in it. But now the car sounds worse because they told us not to put oil in it.Overall very dishonest and terrible service.

Went there for an oil change and the service technician recommended a complete brake job which would cost at their shop $1300 for a 2019 car with 65000 miles glad I got a second opinion on it because it turns out graham Hyundai can not be trusted , in my opinion they lied on the work that was needed to line their pockets. Don't get scammed by this dealership

Angie in Finance was super friendly & efficient! Everyone introduced themselves & thanked us for our business. We felt like we truly have been welcomed into the Hyundai family. Highly recommend!!!

Bought a new 2023 Elantra N Line back in March. Jim and Dakota were fantastic help with no pressure. The test drive went great and the trade-in of my 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid was fantastic. The paper work could've been faster, but otherwise it was great experience. 3.5 months later and I'm still loving the N Line's 201hp!

I want to thank Ed Smith, the Hyundai Service Manager for his professionalism, and his commitment to customer satisfaction. I had an issue that had to do with navigation, messaging responses, and warranty. Ed took the issue head on, and got it rectified in no time. I expected nothing less, and one reason I bought a Hyundai. Thank you, Ed and team.

Not enough communication at the beginning while waiting on our vehicle to arrive from the factory. Manager eventually reached out to us and things improved tremendously. Once our vehicle arrived at the dealership, the buying process was smooth! Our salesman, Jim Young, was knowledgeable, kind, and made the purchase quick and easy. This is our first Hyundai and we love it so far. Would definitely recommend Graham Hyundai and Jim Young.

Service department was a bit rough. After receiving a letter for a recall, I called Graham and they told me that they don t have a fix for the recall and to just call back in a month or two and see if we have a solution . Not sure why they didn t take my information and call me as soon as they had a fix. Nothing like driving around with a recalled vehicle. If a baby seat was recalled, the company would have a fix or replacement right away, but this isn t a baby seat, it just carries my entire family but anyway, once I finally get an appointment scheduled, I go into my scheduled appointment on Saturday afternoon to have the recall fixed and the guy says, I m not sure why they scheduled it at 2pm, I can t get it done that fast and rescheduled me for the following week. Still driving around with the recall, I finally get in there to have it serviced with an oil change. They tell me it shouldn t take more than 45 minutes - I m cool with that. 2 hours later, I m still sitting in the lobby. Not one person checked in on me, said hi, offered any refreshments or even an update. I walk up to the counter and he says, they just finished your oil change, they should be working on the recall now. 2 hours for an oil change? This was my real experience without exaggeration. The tough part about this is that I m in the market for a new car, but I d have a really tough time considering this dealership based on my this experience alone.

Greatest experience! Gavin actually listened to what I wanted and what didn't matter to me. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't want. However, he listened well enough to know which car matched my needs best, even though it's not what I thought I wanted. There was no back and forth "let me talk to my manager" stuff. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and he delivered. It was a very smooth transaction, and I actually had a good time. We laughed through the whole test drive. I'm very happy with my car (even though it's not black), but extremely happy with Gavin's service. He has already reached back out to me to make sure I'm still satisfied with my decision and to see if I've had any questions. He has assured me that I can call him or come back in if I need any help with the many features my car came with, and I actually believe him. I haven't had a new car in 15 years. The technology is overwhelming, but Gavin took the time to explain each feature and showed me how to turn the things I didn't like off so it wouldn't be a distraction. I went to Graham because of the large variety of makes that they carry at one location. I will return because of the excellent service!

This is the 2nd new Hyundai I ve purchased from them, and the sales team were nothing short of awesome! Jake Crone & Gavin were awesome! Jake kept me updated on my vehicles delivery status almost daily. They did not make me put a deposit down to order my Palisade Calligraphy and best of all, no dealer mark up, and no other silly fees - just tax title and temp tag. They even put in my floor mats in all 3 rows and stayed over 30-45 minutes after closing and went over the whole SUV with me and did not rush me. Awesome team here at Graham Hyundai!

We went in to Graham of Mansfield. Not thinking we would be able to get a new car. Jim Young And the guys in finance were so great. They really spent the time we needed to get things done. My family and I are very thankful for Jim and the others at Graham's. Thank you guys for caring enough to help

Took the Palisade in for 15K mile complimentary service (oil change and tire rotation). I selected the first appointment of the day so I could get in and get out quickly without having to drop off the vehicle and come back later. Unfortunately it still took them 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked the clerk for a status update he just said "We have been extremely busy this morning." and offered no additional explanation. I still don't understand how them being busy affects a scheduled appointment especially the first appointment of the day. The mechanic was waiting for my keys when I walked through the door. He even knew my name and had the paperwork ready. What happened after that, I have no idea... To really put the cherry on top, when my vehicle was finally done, the clerk told me "Normally I would make it right by taking care of the bill but it was already free." Apparently complimentary service is low priority at Graham Hyundai.

The service department is a complete mess. They never have your vehicle done when they tell you and they don't keep you updated. When you go to the service desk, you have to wait forever for someone to help you because they are juggling too many things. Plus they can never find the right customer paperwork. Expect to stay awhile when picking up or dropping off your vehicle.

I really like that you can drive into tunnel so to speak and not have to get out of vehicle if any weather elements are going on. The service is friendly and I was able to get an appt right away, and it didn't take forever for the service.The other thing that was awesome is there was a recall on a certain part and I was thinking I would have to take it to Columbus to get it serviced. They actually did this during my pil change. Which is so great, because now I don't have to worry about it. They are up to date on all the recalls on vehicles.I will definitely be using them again.

Grahams was Great to work with patient with the situations we had to deal with. This is my 4 th Hyundai purchase with grahams. Cudos to Jim young for his customer service and enormous amount of knowledge. Finance dept worked very efficiently

Stopped here to buy an oil filter for my 2019 Santa Fe. Parts guy brought me a filter and the box seemed to be an odd size so I opened it. It was a totally incorrect filter for my vehicle. So the guy says, "Well there are three different filters for that vehicle depending on the VIN." Never have I ever heard this before at any other dealer and I've bought many oil filters for my vehicle. I'm glad I opened the box and looked at it. Then the guy somehow lost the oil pan drain nut washer that I had also asked for (he must have dropped it on the floor) and he seemed to imply that I had pocketed it. He had to go get me another one. All in all, poor experience here with Parts Department. I won't be returning.

Working with Heath was fine and no issue the same for Chris in finance. But there sales manager Dakota could use a few lessons on customer service. He could car less about customer service because cars are selling quick. His solution to scratches on a brand new headlight on a 45k car is go buy one someone else then.

I will never be back. I had my engine go out on me on September 25th. I was recommended that my car be taken to the hyundai dealership for a recall. I took to graham's on October 6th. They informed me due to covid they would not be able to get to it until November 4th. I waited until that day to call, there was no update on the condition of my car. Every time I called they just told me they had cars a head of me. 2 months I had to pay for rides and transportation I wasn't offered a rental. Then after the car sat there for months and I called they let me know they were finally working on the car on January 12th. I gave them the documents they needed when I could due to my work schedule at the sherriff's department only for them to go radio silent again. Then I received a call that they were finished and they wanted me to pay for a battery since the car they left sitting for months. After I refused to pay they told me hyundai would pay. I bought a whole other car because a car payment was cheaper then paying for transportation or begging for rides. I was punished for something that wasn't my fault. I could have just moved on but they finally had the car ready but I had to call them to find out. They told me it would be ready on Friday only find out after making arrangements having that changed to Monday with a promise of a call. Monday came still no call they close at 530pm and instead of wasting my gas once again I gave them a call and they said the car was ready but they were closing. They said they would leave it out front we agreed they just leave the keys in the car since I just wanted this to be over. I got to the car the steering pulls to the left my lights are so dim I barley made it home.

Dakota went above and beyond what I would expect anyone. I told him exactly what I wanted and he found the car. Drove to pick it up from another dealership the next morning and in my hands in less then 24 hours. I couldn t drive it home that day and had it scheduled to be delivered Monday. However my car broke down Sunday and he got a babysitter and delivered it on an off day. Top notch service! Will not do business with anyone else.

I was very satisfied with my service apoappointm today. I went in for an oil change and rotation, along with one additional issue. They were able to identify the concern, gave me a part and labor quote, and fixed it same day. When I went to check out, that had run it past my warranty so I didn't even have to pay for that. They also accommodated putting new tires and an alignment without that being part of my allotted time. Heather was great and also able to reccommre a tire brand that is working great in the horrible weather. Extremely satisfied!

I recently took my new Sonata in for an oil change and just like my service visits with my previous Elantra, the staff in the Ford service department were super friendly and I was quickly in and out. Also the waiting area was very clean and comfortable!

My husband leased a car here. The engine would stop for no reason. They put a new motor in it. Now the radio and car shuts off while cornering. We have had many close calls...almost accidents. Can't wait till the lease is up. Never again will I buy anything here. Service people are slow and do not fix the problem.

If your Hyundai needs service I would recommend going here. The workers are kind and helpful. They will be upfront with you on price and parts. The area to sit and relax while they work on your car is nice and quiet.

Being new to the area, this was either my second or third trip to this dealership. The service department more than met my expectations as far as waiting time, explanations from the technician, and a friendly cashier. They also made safe accommodations in the waiting area and even inside my car.

Avoid this dealership. Salesman Jim talks over you and is overall disrespectful. Sales manager Donnie Ostrander is a liar. Hyundai makes a great car but I would advise you to visit another area dealer who will treat you with respect and courtesy.

Graham always provides professional, honest service. They don't try to sell me anything I don't need. They keep me informed about the progress of service in time and what is being done. They provide diagnostics and make recommendations.
