I bought the newly designed Buick Envista, from Joyce Buick in Mansfield, OH. I first saw it online and I liked the look of it, then I went to the car lot to see it in person and I LOVED the look of it. Trey Cary was my salesman his personality, his honesty (cause I m just leery of car salesmen, with good reason), and his knowledge of the whole process was impressive. The process did not take long, I was comfortable and very at ease, everyone in that place treated me so nice. The best experience I ve had in buying a car ever.

I have never had such white glove treatment when leasing a new car. I had settled on a 2024 Buick Encore GW Avenir. Bryan Joyce walked me through the lease giving me the best deal ever. He informed me I had enough GM points to purchase custom floor mats and much to our surprise there was a coupon for an additional 20% off. I get free service over the three year lease, free car washes, three years of Sirius radio, OnStar and so many wonderful options to enjoy. I would highly recommend Joyce Buick Of Mansfield for your next vehicle purchase. I was treated with respect and am so excited to drive this beautiful car. I have been assured if I have any questions or concerns, they would be addressed immediately.

I would absolutely recommend GMC of Mansfield. Scott and Blake were so easy to work with, honest and down to earth. There was a unforeseen issue that came up last minute and I was informed right away. They worked hard for me to fix the issue and close the deal. Thanks for a great car buying experience.

This was by far the best new vehicle buying experience we ve had. Trey was great- his communication was prompt and direct, something my husband and I both really value. We did notice a small factory defect the day after purchasing our new vehicle, Trey had left for a much needed vacation but Sales Manager Matt was absolutely fabulous to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. We look forward to working with this dealership on future purchases.

Isaiah was so helpful and easy to work with in my purchase. I love the relaxed feeling considering I felt stressed trying to hurry and replace my previous vehicle. I felt respected and definitely not pressured. I also appreciate dealership willing to work with me on my own choice of loan company. I felt your dealership covered all aspects needed to drive a new car off the lot; including registration transfer and advice on various things I needed to address. I am very happy with my NEW GMC TERRAIN!

What a great car buying experience. Love this dealership. They make you feel like family. We could not be more satisfied. We drove 3 and 1 half hours to purchase our Town and Country van and was it ever worth it. We love it. Brian and Blake are professional and friendly. Yes, we truly felt at home with them. Such a rare find in young men today. Kudos to their parents. Thank you so much everyone at Mansfield Buick GMC.

The staff here is amazing! They did everything in their power to get the truck I wanted. Isaiah Tramell was awesome to work with. Everyone was friendly! I left with the truck I wanted. Highly recommended GMC of Mansfield, you'll leave happy!

Just bought a car today and the whole experience was the best car buying experience we ve ever had. Just great from start to finish. Sales Consultant Isaiah Trammell and Finance Manager Blake Dickens were exceptional. Friendly, respectful, and explained everything in a clear and understandable way. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

I just bought a used car from here and the whole experience was a cut above. Brian made the whole process so easy and stress free. I found an issue with the car and the team took care of it. This is the first time I actually felt reassured buying a used car. They offer honest pricing and take great care of the vehicles they sell. Shout out to the manager, Ray. I m glad he quit farming cause he s doing a great job running a stand up crew.

Drove 81 miles to look at a vehicle here. I offered exactly what was asked of the vehicle with no haggle, AND the dealership gave me what I asked for my trade-in. Great deal, right!?!?! The manager told me i don't deal with the Navy financing and that I needed cash or a cashier check or a wire transfer within 1-2 business days, or use their finance services or.... as a final option, I could take my keys and leave. I left.After 23 years of Naval service and retirement under honorable conditions, I didn't anticipate being treated with such prejudice. This was an ugly messy situation. Best of luck.

Great experience. I dropped my vehicle off a day early and they ended up getting it in and done for me a day ahead of my appointment. They are.very friendly. Great service and customer interaction.

I just purchased my first GMC from this dealer. Very friendly professional people. I m out of state. I liked the truck they had on the lot. Couple easy phone conversations. Next day I m at the dealership. All the paperwork was ready. Truck all ready to go. A few signatures and Im on the way back home. Completely stress less. I would highly recommend. This guys definitely know how to treat customers well.

Buying from Scott at Mansfield Buick GMC was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. He came in on his day off because it was the only day we could come up to look at the car. His honesty and straightforwardness was the reason I drove up from Cincinnati to even look at a car 2 1/2 hours away. And I am happy I did. Thanks Scott!

We had a great experience dealing Brian at Mansfield. Our daughter purchased a new 2024 Envista remotely and the team did a great job managing all aspects from afar. I coordinated to fly up and drove the new vehicle home, Steve was at the airport to pick me up and shuttle me to take delivery. Everything was in perfect order delivered and on the road burning gas in under 10 minutes. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. Absolutely great folks to work with, many thanks to the team

This is the second time I've worked with Brian Joyce to lease a new vehicle. Was not pressured into upsell. Brian was very responsive to answer all of our questions, and there were a lot of them! Great knowledgeable staff. They worked with me to get me in a very nice used vehicle, all while never feeling pressured into anything. Steve and Matt & the rest of the staff are down to earth, easy to talk to guys.
