I like the store and have my oil changes and all wheel alignments done here quite often. *** EDIT**** I would like to be known that this has changed and is not parked like this anymore.! Thank you so much Firestone. Complete Auto Care.! I cannot thank you enough for listening to your customer.! However I'm handicapped and they always park their customer cars in the blue lines between a handicap space and the building. Preventing a person with a wheelchair or a walker from being able to get out of their vehicle. Been very disappointed by that.! Be more considerate of handicapped people.!*** they changed.! I can get in and out now.! Great job

I stopped in to get the pressure in my tires checked & was I amazed at the excellent service & friendliness of the staff from the entrance til I left. I want to thank Erick for explaining in detail about my tires & why it s important to have your tires checked regularly. I had no idea that over the winter months that your tires lose air & will result in flat spots. Who knew? I left with knowledge I needed to go back & purchase tires when the time comes. He s a very valuable & knowledgeable employee. Thank you Erick. Thank you Firestone for hiring the best!

The service I received at this Firestone location was excellent. The staff seemed to genuinely care for my wellbeing. They fully explained what was wrong with my car and encouraged me to advocate for myself with the business that had previously serviced my car, so that prior work was honored under their warranty. They understood my situation, showed me underneath my car what was going on, and helped me to explore my options.

I had a not so pleasant visit at a previous tire shop in town. So I brought my car to Firestone, and they were able to accommodate me on short notice and was able to fix the issue(an issue that the previous shop should have been able to do). The team at this location were very courteous and provided outstanding service! Thank you and I will most definitely recommend this location. You are appreciated!

Had an appointment for a tire fix, needed a patch, took an hour and 15 minutes.. for a patch, never had to wait that long at other places but it was whatever, just don t see the point of having an appointment then and if you re running late i think a heads up is appropriate. What really got me was they couldn t put things back how they re supposed to be? I had a spare on so they took it off and couldn t even stow it away properly in the trunk, they didn t even have the foam piece laid right to match with the spare tire to be able to lay flat, shoved the emergency road kit UNDER the carpet lining instead of just putting it on top with the rest of the road side essentials? I get being busy but i ve had to get tires patched and plugged before and it never took more than 20-30 minutes and they put things back how they re supposed to go. Customer service was great though at the front counter, nice employees.

They did a oil change and break repair on my truck due to holes in my 2 of my break lines. They forgot to hook up my diesel line back up properly and forgot to bleed the breaks. I made it down the street about a 1/2 mile when my truck shut down on me. I opened the hood and had diesel all over my engine. They didn't clean the engine off when we took it back and didn't call me to tell me they fixed the problems they created. I would not recommend this company at all for any repairs.

Traveling across country in a motorhome, we had a front tire start to come apart on a Sunday morning. Doing a search I stumbled on to this Firestone dealer. I called and spoke to Alicia who was very nice and said we have your tires in stock and we can get you taken care of right away. We arrived she came out to greet us and told us which door to pull up to. The tech Zach and his foreman were top notch getting us in and out fast! They made sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Everybody who took care of us were friendly and great people! Thank you for helping us on a Sunday!! We highly recommend this Firestone to others!

Firestone is always very pleasant and I appreciate the fair pricing and services. I cannot tell you how many times I have taken one of my vehicles in thinking I had something majorly wrong and it was going to be expensive and it turns out it was something very small and cheap. As long as the service stays the same, I will continue to take all of my vehicles to Firestone for jobs that I cannot or do not want to do myself.

I came in here late on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment for a leaking tire and they were super friendly and found the problem and got everything fixed for me in under an hour and back on the road. And the price was very reasonable. Recommended!

Won't go back and wont recommend. Waited to long and felt they were all about the upsell. My recommendation drive on past. Over 3 hours for 2 tires and alignment. Wasted day. Thanks Firestone.

The technicians took the time to explain what was going on. However, there seemed to be a long time of my car just sitting on the rack with no one looking at it. But, there were 6 cars and only 3 technicians so maybe they were trying to get as many cars through at a time.

Woman at front desk is always nice and great! Only reason I give two stars. The guys in the back are lazy and move slow. Will make up reasons as to why the can t or should I say won t do a job.

Came in to mount and balance a set of tires, sat for and hour and a half watching 6 out of the 8 guys sitting and not doing anything while my car was jacked up. Never had a mount and balance take longer than 15 mins, this on the other hand is like slowly developing brain cancer watching these pathetic workers goof off all day.

I never think about going back to this place for anything. First off don't ask me to get a credit card. And all I'm getting done to my jeep is a screw in my tire. Secondly when the locked bolt was not coming off. Never asked if I wanted to still have it done. OR take it somewhere else. 50 dollars started off .but not knowing I would be out 80 dollars. I was not happy . And my wife was. Not happy as well. But to hear the store manager say to me. Well I have to pay my workers. If you don't have people coming there. And happy with the service. It's just a matter of time. For the doors to close. As people put the word out how they was treated. Go a long way.

Paid over $130 for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire plug. No real inspection notes, didn't adjust tire pressures. Just not impressed. In today's world, I expect more.

Firestone is good for some things. For example their warranty alignment deal is a great price and as long as you own the vehicle you can come back and have it aligned as frequent as you like. However, in my opinion that's where it ends. The rest of their services including their labor charges are far overpriced. Definitely check around and compare prices.

Told me months ago that my brakes were at 20% and needed changed. Didn t have the funds and wanted to wait until I could take it to my preferred shop in Columbus. Go all the way down there today only for them to tell me my brakes are above 50%. DONT trust anything they tell you is wrong with your vehicle when you go in for a simple oil change

Went to get the rear brakes replaced. Service rep told me they don't do just pads and need to do rotors as well. Sounded a bit odd, but I don't know the rules for shops and the rotors were looking a bit rough. Drop of the car and they seem busy, ask them to call me when it's done and get a ride out. Couple hours later they give me a call, jobs done. But, shock and awe, my battery is completely toast. They jumped it and left it running and it can't start the car. Bit of a surprise as I have had no issues with the battery and find myself sitting listening to music with the engine off more often than I probably should. Hell, I had sat out front before dropping it off for service texting someone for about 10 minutes with the car on accessory and had no issue. But hey, lucky day they can offer me 10 percent off. I'm frustrated, but make the smart decision to pass on a replacement requesting that they just jump it when I get there so I can drive home and do the battery myself and save a few dollars. They pull the car out, I hop in and, another pleasant surprise, my tank is reading empty. How the hell did they burn a quarter tank? Turns out they had for some reason disconnected the battery for long enough to reset the trip computer and it takes a while for it to read the level of gas. But they told me they had just had the car running for a bit to charge the battery. Why would they disconnect the battery after that? And a battery does not magically go from working fine to so dead it cant even keep the computer going in 3 hours. Whatever. Drive 15 minutes home, let the car sit for a couple hours, go out and it starts right up. I check the courtesy check list, and the battery was marked as being fine. Can't even keep the grift straight on the paperwork...TL:DR: lied about battery being dead to try and squeeze an unneeded purchase out of me. Super skeezy and will not be going back.

I ve been here many times for regular maintenance and other repairs and it has always been a quick, pleasant experience. They don t know what they re doing and they rib people off, I bought my tires from them 6 months ago, a couple weeks ago I took my car in because of a bad vibration, I told them I think the tires needed to be balanced.They said the rear brakes need changed, so I let them do the brakes(later everyone told me the price was way too high), the vibration was worst after I let them change the brakes, so I took it to a Chevy dealership, they said all 4 tires were way off balance, the dealership balanced them and now my car rides great.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

The transmission repair estimate was so high, I thought they were joking. Not sure how they could justify an estimate over $7,000 for an older car . Will not go there again!

Our car broke down 4 hours from home. It was towed to Firestone. They were helpful and kind during our phone calls. We did not physically go to the location. Thank you!

Waited 3 hours for an oil change and was charged $75 when it's always been $40 to $45 dollars. When I asked the reason for being charged $30 more than I've always been charged, the lady at the front blamed it on "inflation" and couldn't give me a better reason. Went for a wheel alignment was pulling to the left. Once they were done, they told me they could get it any better, but once I started driving, it was pulling to the right! Do not go here for wheel alignments

I appreciate the fact that they explained to me exactly what was wrong and all what went into the quote. I only have one complaint.. how long it took.. I know I am not the only customer but every time I looked in for like 30 min there was a gaggle of people talking and no one working on my car. It got done I just think k it could have been faster
