hello! I did not get service by this young man. But one day I pulled in his parking lot as I'm a private investigator, working in a case, and was on the phone getting ready to go into the school across the street. Was on the phone with another detective and he came out asked me what was I doing? And I said I'm a private investigator. I'm getting ready to go into that school over there. He said I don't care what you do for a living Your blocking my whole driveway!WOW!Well, you don't have to be so rude about it. I was not blocking his whole entire driveway nor was I blocking his garage. I just backed up a little bit off to the side to finish my conversation about my case. I had no idea what that was. I asked him who he was. He said it didn't matter. Well you have a sign out front there, Bud :-) that tells all your information right on itAs far as customer service skills, I don't know, but personality is terrible. Way to make business, bro!I'm not going to be bothered by it, but there are other people out there who will not tolerate your type of attitude or demeanor, for no reason whatsoever. Attitude is everything!And the people on the professional on the other end of the phone in the office on his speakerphone while everyone was listening. As well as one of the teachers from across the street and a student going to their car. Heard you. Btw...Hopefully you were just having a bad day? Sending positive vibes your way.!

Nice man, appears very knowledgeable, but horrible customer service, and unprofessional.Made an appointment to drop my car off at 9:00am. Had to get a ride because there's no waiting room for me to wait in. My ride and I waited for 30 minutes, he never showed up even after calling multiple times and leaving a voicemail. Went home. Never received a call back even though we had an appointment set. I called later in the afternoon, he stated he arrived late, never got the voicemail and didn't hear the phone. Against my better judgment, I still dropped my car off, thought maybe he was just having a bad day. After almost six hours of waiting for him to call to tell me to come pick up my car, I called because he never called to tell me he was done. I dropped off before noon, and it was now DARK OUTSIDE!I paid $75 for diagnostic, believing future work would be done on the car. He couldn't tell me exactly how much the repairs would be and said he'd call me the next day. No call. I called him two days later. Still did not have the information needed for the car and said he'd give me a call back. To this day I'm still waiting on that call! Had to go elsewhere where my time and money are of value.I try my best to support small business owners, but this is not how one should do business. I suggest you do the same and hope this review spurs some changes in the way the owner does business. I wish him well.

Worst place ever do not take your vehicle here I was told but didn't listen and wish I would have !!!!
