New windshield, Dina said not to worry about it, we'll take care of it the way I wanted, and that's exactly what they did . There overview says they have been in business since 1949 and this shows why.

These folks are friendly and fair priced. They don't just do glass either, they take care of cruise control and other various things like that.

Took 3 weeks to get an appointment and when I arrived was informed they didn't have my windshield and they couldn't work on the car. No attempt to call me in advance of the appointment . Completely incoherent excuse offered and nothing else for my 40 mile wasted roundtrip. I wanted to give small business my business but this one should go out of business. I'm still in shock.

Great local place at the fraction of the cost of the chain stores that I priced. This is the second time that we have used them. While I don't want my windows to break I know where to go if I need them replaced.

It took about a week for our new windshield to come in, but they were about half the price than the other windshield replacement facilities. After less than 3 hours, our new windshield was done. We were told to avoid car washes and pressure washing for a few days. I ve inspected the windshield and the seals closely and they look great! Thank you for your fast and professional service. Had a window replaced after someone busted mine out. Been a year or so now and they left broken glass inside the frame and now the driver window they replaced is so scratched up. Waste of money!!! I made an appointment to have the A/C repaired on my Honda Civic and it was repaired at a very reasonable price compared to the Dealership. D&W has always done excellent work on my vehicles in the past.

Went in for a mirror replacement. Staff was polite and helpful, service was prompt and of good quality, and the price definitely could not be beat. Definitely a satisfied customer! I hope not to need the services again... BUT should it happen I will be a return customer for sure and I will definitely recommend friends and family. Definitely would recommend.

I've had two windshields replaced in the last year on either of my SUVs and I've had both of them done with this business. Locally owned and the staff was very nice and professional and was on time for the appointment. Couldn't have been happier.

My husband brought our car to this company after Walmart messed up our driver's side window during a oil change. The staff was extremely kind and immediately fixed the window and had us on our way quickly. We were from out of town and this window issue could have cost us a half of day of our vacation and a expensive repair. Thank you for your quick help and extremely reasonable rates! We made it to cedar point and had a great time!

Made appointment for windshield replacement on a Friday. There was a snow storm the day before. I traveled over 30 minutes to get there, just to find out the place was closed, yet no one bothered to call and let me know they were closed and to reschedule my appointment. NOT GOOD BUDINESS PRACTICE!!!!

Stopped by 6 weeks ago to have 3 pieces of plate glass cut. Lady out front stated they wouldn't be ready for 10 days. I called at 10 days, was told they were still working on it. Waited another 3 days, still working on it. I haven't checked back, and they never called. Apparently they aren't equipped or lack the tools/knowledge on plate glass cutting and were just too cowardly to let me know instead of wasting my time.

I ve been using D&W for 15+ years. I made the mistake of having Safelite install a windshield once because of the convenience of them coming to my home, and they butchered the job. I ve always received exceptional quality work at a great price from D&W. Locally owned business pumping out great work for mamy years

I'm a contractor from out of town had my back two door windows broken out by thieves and D&W took care of me very quickly. Definitely would recommend and their prices were a third of everyone else's

Quality service. Fast and inexpensive. I had a crack in my windshield and they had it replaced in about 3 hours. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended !
