Live up the street from them. Personal experiences have been great. Have heard not so good to average things from others I ve sent there. But they ve always helped me so that s what I rated it on. Just wanted to be honest. People inside are incredibly friendly and helpful

EVERYTIME I come here they always have such a positive attitude. They are all great people and very loved. They have become more like family. I appreciate all you do for me and you all do excellent work on my cars the last few years! If I have any problems you sure to fix them as fast as possible and I wanted you to know it doesn t go unnoticed. You all are great!

I have been using this company's services since they first opened, and I am never disappointed. I'm treated like family, and the guys there, Kurt and John, are helpful and careful with my vehicle and my pocketbook! They've worked on my vehicle/s many times over the years and have always done a fantastic job. Love these people and the work they do. WOW!! What an amazing company. Customer service was off the walls amazing. They actually seem to care about their customers even when they are busy with a full lot of cars. It took them less than an hour to find out blatant obvious issues that graham auto service neglected and "couldn't find" for 3 months.

I ve been burned by a lot of mechanics and repair people around the area, but 301 is the exception! Trustworthy and honest with mutually beneficial prices! These guys do excellent work, run on time, and they re good people.

We have taken our older truck in twice and had excellent service both times. The first saved us over $2000 when he accurately bid a larger job and the second was a battery replacement when it leaked. They included cleaning the connections in the repair and still had our vehicle back same day.

A great new auto garage that has started doing business in town. They have reasonable prices and got my car in and finished quickly. Being a female I felt very comfortable. They explained what I needed and why. I highly recommend having your auto repair done here.

Friendly and skilled mechanics who will be transparent about what maintenance and/or repairs your vehicle needs. I was able to get my car in and out in just a few hours for brake work on all four wheels, including the time it took for parts to be delivered to them. Even though I typically prefer doing my own work when possible, I will be entrusting 301 with my future automotive needs.They are a busy shop, so be sure to call ahead in order to be slotted into their schedule.Service: Brakes

Well I had once left a good review here but now things have changed. I dropped my car off about January 10th or so and got it back March 15th or so. Had the car an hour and started leaking anti freeze. Kurt came out and repaired the car. Two days later the car left me on the side of the highway broke down. Kurt came and got the car with a trailer which was nice but still wasn't super happy that yet again after three months the car was not running right and knocking with a low oil pressure light on. Two weeks went by since Kurt got the car on the side of the road and he still hadn't fixed the car or even got it off the trailer. He did give me my money back but showed no real interest in finding what was wrong with my car after two weeks. I say that as it was still on the trailer after picking it up two weeks prior. At that point its been three months and two weeks of not having a car that ran when I drove it in and now isn't reliable enough to drive. I tried working with him as somethings had happened like the car warranty place not paying him for what he did but according to the car warranty place he didn't follow proper procedure so that voided the contract. Just trying to be honest with the situation. Morale of my story is after over 3 months my car in his care it was now in worse condition and he showed no sign of really wanting to fix the car. I had another shop come get the car from them. Not sure yet what happened to the car but disappointed and aggravated that I had a running car over three months ago and now it runs but not healthy. Sorry guys but I will not use your services again.

Had them help me get my truck in a little better shape after the winter was rough on it. Really attentive to what I wanted done and didn't suggest unneeded things, having an older work truck there's alot of things a shop could recommend, however at this point I just want to keep it reliably on the road. Quotes were affordable and actually beat several other shops.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It breaks my heart to see the review from Scott Stephenson, it's extremely hard for me to believe anything he wrote, it shows his character instead of the character of the shop and the employees. They are good honest friendly people.You can't please everyone and some people are just so miserable in thier own lives that they are willing to try and bring down others to make themselves feel better.

Roofing nail removed from tire. Notice from On Star regarding low pressure, inflated myself, but psi kept fluctuating. Went to fancy tire place on Lexington Avenue..they could fix it July 6th...au contraire ...drove to 301 Auto repair@ Sturges and Lexington Avenue..they repaired it in 10 minutes..no charge..when I tried to pay, they said "pay it forward " HAPPY DANCE! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The guys might be alright but having to deal with the receptionist isn't worth the trouble. I'm done with them.
