Had truck towed there after short caused truck to not start. They were recommended by someone from post I put online. Great communication while troubleshooting/repairing & very friendly service. I will use again when needed & would also recommend to anyone needing auto service.

This was the friendliest service I ever received! Not only did they pick up my car while I was at work (I m a local), they also drove it to my work before my shift was over so that I wouldn t be left without a ride. And the pricing for their services was super affordable! I highly recommend them.

Terrible experience. If you have a old truck and need work done take it else where. Had a front end alignment done and it was terrible. They even told me before I left that it ll pull to the right but it s the best they could do and blamed it on the parts I had on there. So took it to someone that actually knew what they were doing and spent even more money. And now it drives correct and straight down the road with no pulling. Save money and go somewhere else.

I never have left a review before but we had a engine on our boat go out and to say this team went above and beyond is an understatement. The outstanding customer service that we received is something you just do not see much of anymore. First time customers are now lifetime customers. Thank you

Changing from five stars down to one.Normally great service, but must have hired a new guy. Last 2 visits we had screws were left out that resulted in stuff falling off vehicle halfway down the road.Exhaust on one vehicle last week and skid plate another this week.

They repaired. & put flat front tire back on while I waited ( with complimentary coffee ) & Honored its Warranty with NO charge ! Ron Ruegg is an Excellent business esp. for Senior customers who are not taken advantage of ! Nov. 2020

I highly recommend Ruegg Automotive. I just recently moved here from the Cleveland area. My wife had to leave for Cleveland when she found a flat tire on her car. I found a lag screw in the tire, so I replaced the tire with the temporary spare. I then saw that the spare could not be used over 50 mph. I found Ruegg on the internet and called to see if they could plug the tire right away as i wait. I explained that my wife had to leave for Cleveland shortly. They got me in and out right away. I was extremely grateful for their willingness to get me in so quick. Jim, who did the work, even used a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts to the required tightness. Most other shops just run them tight with a pneumatic tool so that you cannot get them off by hand when you get a flat. I will definitely use them again for my all my car and boat maintinance.

Very professional, and reasonably priced for the large sized tires that I was having put on. Had my out in a timely fashion and my Jeep handled beautifully.

Boat trailer busted an axle. Within two days they picked it up and got it repaired in a few days! I would highly recommend these folks! Great customer service and fast!

The next day after I paid for a tune up my check engine light came on so I took it back and was told that my catalytic converter was going out and that's why my check engine light came back on.

Way too long of a waiting list to get in for an appointment... Got our oil changed and other services elsewhere. Heard lots of good things about this place but too busy to wait so long.
