Larry came to tow my car out in the boonies and was very friendly and efficient. Thankful Brock s works with AAA. Could definitely trust them to do their job well. Would call them again in a heartbeat!

Good, reliable old style parts place. They also have the local wrecking yard aka impound lot. You can borrow some tools if you need to, for on site use.

Wife's dad had a accident and his car was retrieved by them. The old guy at the counter (with walker) is a little on the rude side but apologized after finding out all the circumstances. The other guy was helpful and friendly to us. He explained the insurance process and everything and gave us the belongings from vehicle. All and all ok place.

Brocks doesnt pay well for cans and the last time I took junk in there, they made me drive up to the dumpster they use for steel and unload it myself while they sat around and did nothing (after having already unloaded it and haveing to reload it at the scale). Also, they are very high on used parts. You are better off going to Nappa or Advanced to get your parts or if you have to have used, catch a ride and go to Millers. Not to mention how very dirty and grimey and not well lit the inside of Brocks is.

I was penalized 10 lbs on a 90 lb load of aluminum cans for supposed "moisture" even though my cans were 100 percent dry and kept in a garage plus the "plastic bag weight." Find someone else for your recycling needs. Brocks are crooks.

Horrible service. If u call for parts they always say they dont have it. Even if its setting in frount of them.... nope dont have it... they are lazy

Has no intrest in making money. Have a car here to sell em for parts. They keep giving me a time and never show up
