$200 to swap one pair of wheels and tires for another. Already mounted and balanced tires and wheels. A 2 minute job per corner for any shop with a lift and impact wrenches.Highway robbery. $50 per corner is just insane. I was prepped to pay $50 total for the convenience and not having to spend 30 minutes doing it in my driveway with a normal jack and torque wrench.Not to mention having to wait in a line of 2 people for 5 minutes as the clerk took 2-3 calls rather than help the guy waiting to check out.

Alex, service manager and Tech Ben, gave great service balancing, rotating and fixing a nail hole as part of warranty program on my Michelin AS Pilot Sport tires. They are always friendly and ready to assist.

Went in today to get some long overdue services for my car. I needed 4 new tires, and in obvious need of new struts on the front along with some normal maintenance (oil change, air filters). I worked with Adam and he was quick to put together a quote so that I knew what to expect. He was efficient with giving me constant updates so that I wasn t in the dark about my car. He even takes the time to bring you back into the shop to show you what is recommended and why. This is not the first time I ve had interactions with Adam at TD, and it definitely won t be the last. My 6 year old car drives like the day I bought it! Thanks Adam!

Dishonesty destroys trust, damages, relationships, and costs businesses their customers.Tire Discounter has lost our trust and our business by pretending that a $100 rebate was still active even after it had expired. The sales manager emphasized that the rebate would come in the mail with no additional action on our part. After waiting several weeks and no rebate was sent, my wife and I went into the store where we bought our tires to ask about it. As we were waiting I started reading the promotional sign on the counter about the rebate. According to the sign the rebate had expired months earlier.When the manager came out I mentioned this to him and he made up a story about how they had extended the program and to not worry about the expiration date. He told us to go home and continue to wait. I pushed back and said the instructions on the sign said to go to the website and enter our order number. He suddenly remembered that this was an important step and told us to do this. We followed the steps only to receive a reply that the rebate program had long since expired.We don t do business with liars.

Very poor experience. Had oil change/tire rotation, transmission flush and serpentine belt replaced. Cost was $450 and transmission fluid spilled and not cleaned up and under panel trim pieces not secured properly after removal/replacement. Very sloppy work and I would like to be contacted for review. I have had multiple similar issues at the st rt 48 Maineville location over the last 10 years. I keep hoping with new management that this would change with no luck.

First time I went in, I feel like I was treated, well and got what I needed, but now I am second guessing that. Went in for a tire rotation, was told I m getting close to needing new brakes, I need new rotors and that my license plate bulbs are out and they need to be replaced. I get home and check my bulbs and they sure as hell are still working. And your license plate lights are out. It s something you normally don t notice because people generally don t check was the exact words I was told. This lie of needing my bulbs replaced has lost my business for good, and I m now In feeling like they sold me tires that I didn t need. I m never trusting this location or brand again.DOUBLE CHECK ANYTHING THAT THESE GUYS TELL YOU BECAUSE IF THEY ARE WILLING TO LIE ABOUT AN $8 DOLLAR PART, THEY SURE AS HELL ARE WILLING TO LIE ABOUT TIRES THAT COST SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS!Double Check EVERYTHING these guys tell you! Lied to in order to make a sale.Going to be very petty, because while this is small it makes me lose all trust in this store. Went in for a tire rotation, was told that my break pads are getting low, I will need new rotors, and my bulbs for my license plate are out. When I got home, my license plate bulbs sure as hell don t look like they are burnt out to me I just as very happy the first time I went to this location but now I am never going to go back again.

I scheduled an appointment at Tire Discounters located at 6525 OH-48, Maineville, OH 45039 on 9/5/23 for vehicle to have rear drivers side tire patched due to a slow leak.Fixed the leak however when one of the employees pulled our vehicle out of the shop and parked it in the parking lot, I noticed that there was a small dent in the driver side door. I consulted the Service Manager (Alex) who admitted that this dent was their fault. Alex took pictures and advised that he would escalate to his manager (Frank). Alex was very accountable, courteous and apologetic and advised that this would be straightened out, no problem. I shared with Alex that it s not that big of a deal, accidents happen and that I ll look to get a couple quotes on fixing the dent. Alex advised that Frank would be reaching out ASAP.Over the course of two weeks, I never did hear from Frank after making two calls to the shop and one visit on 9/23 in which I provided a copy of an estimate to fix the dent which was for $300. I spoke with Alex again when I visited the shop, he apologized for the delay, took pictures of the estimate, and advised that Frank would be calling me ASAP.Later that morning on 9/23 I did receive a call from Frank. Frank s first words to me was that I was difficult to get a hold of as he s been trying to reach me for the past two weeks and that there was an issue when he dialed my number. I shared that I haven t had any missed calls from you or Tire Discounters and my phone number was on the work order so it should have been easy to find. Frank shared that the only advise he had for me regarding this incident is to take it up with my insurance company as Tire Discounters was not responsible due to the following reasons/excuses provided by Frank: There are no tools, items, etc. in the shop that could have dented the vehicle He had asked all the workers at this shop if they were responsible and if so, he would have taken the costs out of their paycheck, no one admitted fault (other than Alex initially) He advised that they don t use the diver s side door to when servicing a vehicle so this door would not have been exposed or used during service (I guess they use the passenger side door?)o Frank was clearly confused on which door was damaged and responded that they don t use either door so regardless, they are not responsible I didn t have before pictures to match up with the after pictures therefore this was probably a grocery cart dent I was frustrated by Franks responses and lack of accountability so I drove back up to the shop and shared the update from Frank with Alex. Alex then provided me the phone number for Ron, a higher level manager/director. I called Ron immediately and he answered and advised that he would look further into this issues. Ron was pleasant to speak with and took responsibility claiming that there should have been a walk around for the vehicle to inspect any damages prior to service since this shop does not have cameras and that he would follow up on 9/25 with more details on this claim.Ron texted me on 9/26 advising that he has submitted the claim up through corporate and that he expects that claim to be approved. I followed up with Ron on 10/10 since I hadn t heard back and he advised that he thought the claim was approved and a check mailed but wanted to follow up with corporate again to confirm and circle back to me.On 10/23 Ron reached out to me and advised that the claim was not approved by corporate. I asked questions on why since we had pictures and Alex admitting fault and that Ron agreed initially that Tire Discounters was a fault.Ultimately, Ron shared that there was nothing else that could be done and I would need to cover the cost on my own.Needless to say, this is very unfortunate and therefore will be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well as Small Claims Court.

We had very oddly worn tires. They were able to complete all of the maintenance we needed including fixing the wear issue with a proper alignment. We were treated well, got quick service and had good experience overall which has been rare up to now when buying tires.

Always friendly service and work done in a timely manner. There is excellent communication prior to performing services, and detailed explanation of work done. This Tire Discounters location is always busy, yet they never fail to smile and show a positive attitude.

My husband and I have been buying tires and rims from the Maineville Ohio location for years. The staff was so friendly and kept us up on the progress of their process. I highly recommend them to everyone. Keep up the excellent work and kindness to customers!

Been changing my oil for years. Went here once to change my tires, was due for an oil change and said might as well get it done. Now can't get my oil filter off cause they either tightened it way to much or didn't lubricate the gasket on the filter. On top of completely stripping the drain plug they only put like a quart of oil in when they changed it and told me I was burning oil some how. If you use this place, check their work when you leave or get someone to do it for you.

Bought all 4 tires at this st rte 48 location originally. Came in for an unexpected guest I picked up while on the road at lunch, and lost over half the air pressure. Adam and crew got me fixed up and back on the road asap. Great Work and Thank You very much! Would definitely recommend this location and team to anyone in need.

Super helpful and gave great advice on tires and maintenance needed when I came in! Matt Dellecave was very friendly and helped with any worries and questions I had, I left my car in good hands and had it back much better and safer than before. Very thankful for the attention to detail and planning while going over everything that was needed, service was easy and quick to complete but thorough and not rushed in any way. Definitely will be back to see the store and Matt for any future tire and maintenance needs!

Shout out to Ben, Matt, Alex, and ENTIRE TEAM for helping us out with our car! They're quick, efficient, and communicate clearly in a friendly manner what's the matter with your vehicle and what you can do about it (and how they can help). They spotted a nail in the center of the tire while getting my air filled and got it taken out and patched in an hour a few days later!

Great service, their quick with most of the services. My car is treated with respect like it's their own. Their very detailed when I bring my car in for one thing but they inform me about future things which is nice! Free wifi, coffee and cable to watch if you wait. Plenty of restaurants in the area to walk to. Pretty reasonable pricing.

So, I don't normally leave reviews. That being said, these guys are awesome! I picked up a screw in my tire on the way to a meeting in Cincinnati. Long story short, I changed to the spare, took the tire to them and they fixed it AND re-installed it on my vehicle at NO CHARGE! My tires DID NOT come from them (this time) and they still fixed it for free! Oh, and they gave me like 3 free car wash certificates to boot! That goes beyond good service and is unheard of in this day in age! I will definitely be a future customer and I hope this helps someone else make that decision as well.

We had a great experience. Our wheels had locked lug nuts and we don't have a key. We had to pick up our vehicle in the middle of our appointment to run it to a dealer to get them off. Alex at the front desk was extremely helpful. He got us right back in even though it was only an hour until closing. The technicians got our new tires on quickly, and Alex even offered to stay past closing so we could pick up our van the same day. We will definitely be back!

I will definitely be recommending this Tire Discounter location. Alex Cooper and his team went above and beyond. They found what a competitor mechanic missed. They were kind, honest, knowledgeable, gave me a great deal, and were speedy with the fix.

Brought my wife s Tahoe in the Maineville location with a nail in the tire. It was about 5:40 and they closed at 6:00. The guys pulled it right in and had it fixed for me right at closing time. They were awesome and was a great experience. Highly recommend this location!

Matthew, the general manager was the friendliest and most knowledgeable car guy that I have met. The team went out of their way to help and make my family feel comfortable while helping us out of a bad situation. Extremely thorough and well ran shop. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Tire Discounters.

We woke up to a flat tire, drove in to Tire Discounters, and Matt Dellecave immediately found a nail in the tire and quickly fixed it so we could get back to our day. The bays were all filled and he still managed to get us in for a repair. Can't find that kind of service anywhere else!

These guys were great! I pulled my damaged tire out of my car. A guy met me in the parking lot and told me to just have a seat while he took care of everything. Couldn t ask for better or friendlier service. Great attitudes and people at this location.

My front passenger tire had a nail in it, and was slowly leaking air. I went to two different places before coming here.First was Bob Sumerel, and they didn't take me in as a "walk-in" due to them being booked. So they had to schedule an appointment, for Wednesday at the earliest, which I thought was ridiculous to just remove a nail.Second was Kings Toyota in Landen, and for the same reason, they couldn't take me in as a "walk-in," had to make an appointment for Tuesday, but it didn't workout. By the way, they wanted $180 to diagnose the problem, and probably way more to get that nail out of my tire.Finally, the third time, was here, at Tire Discounters! Called them before coming in to see if I can bring my car in today (9/18/2023). Alex, who I was speaking to, said that I can bring it in and have it finished by the end of the day. The end of the day comes around. I drove over there to pickup my car, and Alex handed me the keys and said, "You're good to go!" at NO CHARGE, which I was shocked!!! Thank you, Alex for removing the nail!!!
