My wife and I just moved the area and needed one of our cars inspected. Everything about this service is top notch. The people who answer the phone were very friendly and helpful, you don t get that a lot with auto repair shops. Very easy to talk to, location was convenient and drop off/after hours pick up service is exactly what I needed. They recommended services I didn t ask for but didn t hassle me to get them done. They simply allowed me to make a choice of what I absolutely needed to get done. They sent a pre approval of the services to get my authorization and everything was done electronically! So easy and convenient. I was expecting a giant bill for the quick service/ very fair price and they now have 2 new returning customers because of the stellar service we got. It s nice to know we have a reliable and honest auto repair shop close to home. Thank you all! We ll see you next time! Anthony and Brian/ thank you for being so good on the phone!

Source 1 Automotive is absolutely Wonderful!! We dropped my Jeep off Wednesday and the crew at Source 1 had it ready Thursday afternoon; this was after they told us they were looking at 2 weeks possibly to fix before knowing what was going on. Not only did they get my Jeep in early, and fix it they also fixed my emergency brake for me without charging us anything additional. Check these Awesome guys out, I promise you will not be disappointed!! Thanks again Anthony and the team at Source 1 Automotive!! We are customers for life!

I reached out to Source 1 to have my clutch replace in my 2018 Honda Civic and have a few other performance goodies installed while they were in there. They were extremely professional, fast, and their pricing was more than fair. I've definitely found my new shop for anything from tires to engine work. You guys rock!

Brian and his team took care of me with new tires, brakes, and an alignment. Got me in fast, and everything done inside of one business day. They also have a super convenient lockbox to pick up your vehicle after hours securely. Great business.

An amazing shop for Gen 1 nsx's. We had what they call the 100,000 mile maintenance. Step one is to remove the engine, tear it down partially and replace every perishable item on it. New hoses, timing belt, water pump, gaskets, transaxle seals and more. Wasn't cheap but nothing high quality and extensive as this is cheap. Highly recommend Source One

Only recommendation I d have for this business is to stop leaving customers vehicles unlocked in the parking lot. Not sure if there s a reason they do this or if it was just a mistake. Unfortunately, it s an invitation for people who lurk around at night looking to steal things from cars.That being said, I ve always received quality work from this business. They treat you with respect and complete the repairs in a timely manner. I will be going back again in the future. I would leave 4.5 stars if I could.

This place was recommended by our neighbor. I was in need of brakes and 2 new tires. Once the quote was provided I agreed to the terms and services.When it was time to pick up our vehicle I found they installed the brakes and rotors adequately. The 2 new tires were installed. I notice they left the full size spare mounted on our vehicle instead of the full size wheel.They said they would fix it the next day. So I left the vehicle overnight again. Then the next day we pick up and our vehicle was left unlocked and the key was in a different lock box with a different code. I could not pick up. Then once the correct code was given I went back up to get my vehicle.Started using our vehicle and after 10 days I noticed the tires that were replaced were smaller then the tires I ordered.I called and brought the vehicle back in a few days as they had to order the correct tires.When I arrived they informed me they were going to replace all 4 of my tires due to the poor service prior.I'm glad they made it right.I haven't decided if I will be using them as our go to mechanic but I am still considering to.Aside from the communication issues I would recommend.

I've been going to Source 1 Automotive for years! They do great work, honest, and have honest prices. Brian will tell you exactly how it is and go into detail if that's what you need. Ive had other mechanics tell me that I need all these things done when I really didn't need them done. That doesn't happen at Source 1. They also have a nice waiting area and it and the office is ALWAYS clean. I highly recommend them!

Service was great. They got me scheduled right away and had my car diagnosed the next day. Whenever I had a question or concern they were quick to reply and kept me in the loop the entire service. I ll be bringing my car here from now on!

Made an appointment to repair exhaust leak and was told that I would get an estimate the day of the appointment. I did not get the estimate so I called the next day. Brian told me that they were a little behind and that I would receive the estimate sometime today. After receiving the estimate I okayed the repair. I was told that parts would be ordered that day. After another 3 days I called to see if my repairs were complete. I was told by Brian that they were unable to get to my vehicle and like the good manager he is he blamed it on his employees. I was promised that the repairs would be complete when I returned from a 1 week vacation. That did not happen Do not trust this business.Service: Exhaust

Had to update my 5 star review from years ago to 3 stars now.2 reasons:- New customer service personnel, when I walked in didn't even acknowledge or anything just felt as a inconvenience.-Pricing/honesty. Got quoted $2300 for oxygen sensor job parts $900, and labor of 8-9 hours. I did it all 4 sensors myself in 1 hour and same exact oem denso sensors for $350 on amazon prime.Besides this recent experience probably because of new front desk, i have never had a bad experience before, and brought my 3 cars and some family members cars too, the mechanics are really knowledgeable and qualified, shop is nice and clean.

Brian and his team at Source1 are excellent. They exercised care when fixing my vehicle, I feel bad because there was a LOT to do. They nailed it all though, and I am thoroughly impressed. The car is driving the best it has in months! I am now resting easier knowing they not only fixed problems I told them about, but they also found some other little issues and stopped them before they potentially cause larger problems.I am absolutely floored by the quality, thoroughness, determination, and skill of Source1's team. Having a Land Rover and being a big enthusiast of the brand means I know they're absolute bears to work on, thanks to over-engineering. Source1 invited the challenges, and conquered them.The dealerships (at least the Cincinnati one) are almost criminal in their prices and shoddy workmanship. I will admit, owning these vehicles I expect to pay more, but the work that dealerships do often doesn't justify their prices. If the work done was thorough and the prices were not from another planet, that'd be different. Source1 is so much more reasonable, they're worth every penny and I'm so pleased there are still honest shops!I cannot say enough good things. Wow... Absolutely speechless after my experience with Source 1. Contacted Brian about an exhaust install. Had me immediately booked for an appointment at a phenomenal & unbeatable price.On install day, they had my vehicle finished just a couple hours after I dropped it off. Even better: they communicated via text throughout the entire process.S1A is only about a mile from our home, and I cannot wait to return for more work & maintenance. I've had Source-1 Automotive perform several things on my vehicle and they have never disappointed. My most recent visit was 3/1/21 in which they quickly got my wipers working again. I'd blown a fuse, so they replaced it and charged me nothing. They do good quality work at an affordable price and are very professional and explain your vehicles issues in detail, yet understandably. I highly recommend this auto shop!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I have a mechanic that I typically use, but because of the Rona, it was too far to be able to get home (since there are few to no rideshares available). My car kept dying and not holding a charge. Once after I got it to jump-started, I took it to the auto parts store to have the battery tested. The guy told me that, based on the numbers, it looked like my alternator was shot.This shop is walking distance from my house, so I decided to give them a shot, especially since they have great Google reviews! I told Brian at the front what I thought was wrong with it, and he immediately thought it was my battery. After evaluating my vehicle, it ended up just being the battery; the battery was installed, and off I went.Two things to note. 1. I was impressed with the honesty. They easily could have told me that the alternator was bad, and I wouldn't know of any difference. Mechanics are one of those things that you never know what you'll get. I use mom and pop businesses for pretty much everything, and so, I'll definitely be going back to this place. 2. They had a text response system that would give you updates and show everything done if there were any questions you just give them a call or text back. I haven't seen that before.Excellent service and fair prices, "I'll definitely be back."

Love Source One. I have taken my car in twice now, once to put a custom grille in, once for brake replacement, both times Brian quoted me quickly and for hundreds of dollars below what dealerships and other shops were quoting. The work was done quickly and done well both times. The staff had answers for questions I had about future work, and even quoted me very quickly for that, while other shops usually respond, We re not sure, that depends on how long we take to do it, you ll have to bring it in, etc . Great staff, great work. I will recommend Source One to all of my friends needing work done!

Fair prices, polite service. I waited in their waiting room while they worked on my car. You will have to call ahead for an appointment, though. When I went the lead time was almost a week. They did a good job getting my car ready for winter.

I took my car to Source 1 Automotive having never been before after another shop didn't give me a good feeling about their diagnosis of a noise coming from the front-end intermittently on the driver's side. Brian and his team checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong nor get the noise to happen. No charge! He just said to stop back when the noise was happening again, which I did a week later. Another person from the shop, Justin, rode with me to hear the sound and then I dropped it off a couple days later. They found an issue and made the repair for a fair price. After getting my car back, unfortunately the noise came back as well - so I gave Brian a call and brought my car back in. They spent a couple days working on it and made another repair, only charging me for the cost of the parts. I got my car back and have not heard the noise since, including driving the car on a 5 hour trip and back again. It took a few visits, but Brian, Justin, and whomever else worked on my car were friendly, diligent, fair, and honest. It was a tough problem and they solved it. Source 1 Automotive is my new go to shop for car repairs.

Great shop with friendly and honest staff. I took my car there to get work fixed that was done poorly by another shop. They fixed me up and the issue I had was resolved very quickly. Highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. You will not be disappointed with Source 1. These guys have the best reputation in town for a reason!

I've recently took my 911 to Source 1 for a couple of upgrades.their service and quality of work is outstanding!an appointment was made on Monday for the following day and in 2 days I got my car back while I was expecting to pick it up only after a week.price was very really fair and perfectly in line with the quote they initially gave me.Source One Automotive is the place to go for any car needs service or performance.

First shop I've found that can realistically do a great job on custom work and basic maintenance. I've been servicing my fleet here for years. Great service, great quality, and fair prices. Last year I moved to Dayton Ohio, and I still commute down to source1 for all my vehicles. I've had them work on classic cars, race cars, diesel trucks, and normal cars. Never seen a shop so apt to handle "anything" and still do great work.

I emailed back and forth with Brian at Source1 about a used car inspection that I was hoping to get done. Unfortunately upon looking at the car in person it didn't pass the "sniff test" so we never proceeded with the inspection. However, Brian answered every single question and concern I had within minutes of emailing him and he treated me like I was their only client. This included after hour emails that were as late as even 11-12:00 at night. Now that's service! I highly recommend these guys!

Brian at source1 delivers excellent direct customer service that s honest and fair. I trust that I m being given the best price and that my vehicle issue will be solved! I bring my minivan here for all maintenance and repairs. So glad I stumbled across source1 in Maineville!

I just moved to town and didn't have a mechanic I trusted. I tried these guys because they were close, and I hit the jackpot. Everyone at Source 1 is extremely friendly and professional, they do great work, they're honest, and they don't gouge you on price, either. Highly recommended, whether you're driving a 10-year-old Mazda or a rare supercar.
