The best experience ive had with a dealership. Great inventory and great prices! It was a quick efficient process to make the purchase and they were very friendly and just real. My sister is elated to have gotten her first car and still have $$$ left from her budget! Highly recommend!!!

I wanted something very specific and Prestige Motor Sales had the exact color with almost identical features of the car I wanted and within my price range. Everyone was very helpful and answered all the questions I had about the only things that were in question about the car. I am very thankful Prestige Motor Sales has a policy that if you pay $500 (non-refundable) down on the vehicle then it can't be sold out from underneath you. I wasn't able to get there on Saturday, but on Monday I test drove my car, the mechanics answered all of my questions, and I have had no issues with my new-to-me red Buick Encore. I'd like to recommend them to you for your next new or used car purchase. Frankfort, KY

I found the Tahoe I was looking for . I made 1 call said I want it 2 hrs later I had my bank finance me on the purchase I emailed proof deal was done and I ll be there next day have it ready. I have never had such an easy time making a vehicle purchase. Y all are Awesome.

Had a surprisingly pleasant and quick time buying a car at Prestige. They did not try and upsell you on everything like a big car dealership, and were very friendly and honest. They were also much cheaper than a big dealership!

I ve purchased 20 cars from prestige and I can honestly say it s the most honest and trustworthy dealership I ve ever been to. Extremely fair pricing, clean cars, and even an awesome warranty that is actually willing to cover faulty mechanical parts unlike most. I wish I could leave 500 5 star reviews, the employees and the owners deserve it! I ve added pictures of a few cars I ve purchased from here!

My Husband wanted to get us a family truck and found this jewel online during his search, what we got for the money was more then we anticipated. The price for our Toyota Hylander was unreal, the car was so clean, everything works outside was also very well kept. There's a Husband and Wife and 2 great dogs that greets every customer like family we surely appreciate their customer service, I'm so Thankful our search is over no more looking if we need another car this will be our 1st stop!! Went with a friend to get him a new vehicle. Originally we were looking at a 2015 Impala but that one didn't pan out. While we were there the owner, Josh, set us up to do a test drive on another Impala we hadn't even noticed. Josh walked us through how the warranty functioned and all paperwork with ease. Wonderful experience all around.

I wanted to wait and give a thoughtful review because everything usually goes really great or really bad initially. But it's been over 3 weeks since I bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Prestige and everything about this experience has been top notch! I've already got my title in hand and all paperwork has been in order. I've also called back with a few questions about the car and they were answered promptly and I didn't feel like they were annoyed that I was calling about something that they already sold me. I would highly recommend Prestige Motor Sales to anyone who is looking for a decent used car and at a fair price too (which is hard to come by these days).I actually took the time to speak to the owners and they only buy high quality used cars at affordable prices so that way they can pass it on to others. They have to make money....but big car dealerships are charging up to $3,000 in "administrative fees". That's where a small dealership like Prestige can help you save alot of money!Plus they actually are interested in selling cars...not just buying your used car. They'll actually return your phone calls when you're looking to buy a car only. As crazy as it sounds; it seems as though used car lots only care about buying cars...not selling them.Keep up the good work and I'm glad I came across your business! I wish you all the best success in the years to come!

Last month I purchased my first car (nice and clean Town & Country 2016) here in Ohio with Prestige Motor Sales. People have been friendly and helpful since the first visit looking for a car and throughout the purchasing process, including the financing step, making the experience easy and straightforward. The car registered a faulty injector, and Josh s Team response was awesome. They took care of the repair, and the problem (part replacement) was solved on the same morning. It has been an excellent customer service experience. Thank you!

Today makes the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Prestige Motor Sales.Josh and Sarah always make it a pleasurable experience. They work very hard to offer decent cars at an affordable price and there is never any pressure to buy! One of the vehicles we purchased needed a power steering line replaced, Josh said no problem, I will take care of it. Good honest people to deal with! I highly recommend Prestige Motor Sales ! They will always be my first stop when purchasing a quality used vehicle!

I purchased a 2009 Ford Taurus X crossover with 47K miles from Josh. He and his staff and super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The car is absolutely beautiful. Buyer Beware. I purchased a 2011 Subaru for my grandson to drive at Ohio State. After a test drive we were told that the dealer had not had to do any work on the vehicle as it was working well. I purchased the car and had it back to Prestige two times in a week because it was overheating and losing fluids as well as the check engine light coming on. this was only driving it 20 miles. I was told that it needed a new radiator cap which they put on. That didn't fix the problem at all. When it was obvious after that that they were making no effort to fix the car I took the car to a repair shop that said they would honor the warranty that I had purchased with the car. Head gaskets were blown, oil sensor didn't work and it needed a new thermostat. After the repair shop was finished and the car repaired, the warranty company notified them this week that they would not pay for the repairs because they were obviously preexisting problems due to the limited mileage it had been driven since purchase. So now I'm out $3000.00 and the cost of the extended warranty I paid for. I feel like Dillon was not honest with us when we purchased the car and he didn't try to find out the problem when we took it back to him the same evening we purchased it and a week later when we took it back because it was doing the same thing. After sale behavior goes a long way to making a happy customer.

If you re in the market for a used car, look no further. The vehicles Josh and team have at this lot are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. I purchased an older Jeep Cherokee from them and it s been fantastic! No complaints from this side keep up the great work!

BEST used car lot I've ever been too. Fair on the price out the gate. No pressure atomsphere and genuinely cool people. Honest over the phone with questions I had. No surprises on the car when I test drove it.Drove the car off the lot and put 400 miles on it same day. No issues.Dillon helped us out! Over the phone and in person.

I bought a great car from them! Of course, as old cars are prone to problems, my car developed a power steering problem AND a belt problem in the warranty period. I got a phone call from their ins company claiming that the power steering was not covered item. Well, I called Prestige and they fixed it the next day and the belt as well. The people running the show are kind and knowledgeable. They seem to pick cars that are older but good value cars. Hats off to the mechanics there, too! One fixed the power steering on a day that was approaching 95 degrees and he did a bang-up job.They do have a free warranty with the car but they also offer a more extended warranty for 300 dollars. It turned out in my favor and I think it s a good buy for a used car.We definitely will be looking here for another car when we make the decision to add to our fleet!

Dillon and his crew are top notch. Very low pressure and laid back. I drove an hour to buy a nice used car from them and I will drive another hour back for the next. They are definitely my first stop when looking from now on.

We just bought the best first car - the one we ve been searching for months, for our 16 yo son! Not only did we find the right car, we found a great, honest, family-owned car sales lot. After finding a listing mistake, Dillon honored the price he originally set, despite it potentially costing him $2k in revenue. That kind of integrity is hard to find. He made the buying experience fast, easy, and even enjoyable! We would return in a heartbeat to buy mechanically sound used cars, with a great backing and promise.
