Honest and great customer serviceSpoke too soon. Make sure to take pictures/videos of your car before you drop your car off because the cameras at the front of the building don t work and it will be your fault if/when something breaks between where they do and don t have cameras.I took my truck in for an alignment and when I got it back the window rain guard was broken and it was my fault . I had a video of it leaving my house to Midas fully intact the same day but because none of their front cameras worked, the only video of it was in their garage already broken so it was my fault so they are unwilling to help.Be cautious.

We consistently have a very positive experience at this shop for maintenance on our vehicle, whether it's for an oil change or something more complex. Everyone is thorough, transparent, and friendly. Today, Mark took the extra time to provide an explanation about the items in need of service so I could decide what to address today vs a later date. Thanks for the great service from start to finish!

Had a great experience today, last minute oil change and tire rotation handled quickly and they were understanding about me not being able to stay for recommended additional services. Pictures of vehicle are on file for reference and Mike was a great help at the service desk.

Came in for brake and oil change estimate. They went out of way to earn the business. They matched and beat a competitor price. On way home bakes worked excellent.

Ryan was awesome in his inspection of my vehicle. He gave me an honest assessment even though they couldn t do the work. The Manager Mike even made sure I had good recommendations for my next step.Waiting room was comfortable with snacks and hot chocolate in stock! These are great people

Sean did a quick & good job on my car oil change. Mike got me a last minute apt for a needed oil change! Very friendly and helpful in recommendations, information and not pushy on trying to sell anything extra! Been coming here for awhile and will definitely keep coming back!

Always a great experience here. On one visit the team even took extra time to help me pick out the right set of tires for my car as they found a better price point for what I needed than what I initially had found. The people who work here also seem fairly happy and cohesive as a team which is a good sign.

Very helpful and transparent. Definitely recommend. They care about quality of service as well as quality of parts (whether its tires or filter) going on your car. They ultimately want each customer to get the best out of their vehicle. Awesome service

I ordered tires from Tire Rack and got them delivered directly to this Midas. I called prior to ordering and explained that all the wheel lug nuts were extremely tight and were of that awful two piece design. Also that I tried to remove a wheel and snapped one of the nuts (not the stud). Jeff was not fazed one bit and said they would be happy to do the install, and that I could provide my own replacement nuts if I wished.I left the car with them in the morning. Got a call from Jeff at lunch time saying it had taken them two hours, but they had managed to remove all the other nuts. He wanted my permission to burn out the remaining stud, but warned it would probably damage the alloy wheel. I agreed as I intended that wheel to become the spare, and what choice did I really have.They had the car ready by midafternoon. The wheel had a little paint burning, but the metal appears undamaged. The cost shown for installation on the Tire Rack site was one of the most reasonable in the area, and after all the work they did, that s close to what they charged me. I will certainly use these people again.Service: Tires

Awesome customer service. Came in late with a flat and the team helped quickly change it for my spare so I could get home that night from out of town. All the other shops in the area didn t want to take a look but this team came in as the best people!!! Thanks again!

Slimy place who tells you one price over the phone then makes you pay more when you get there. Happened twice already. And you ll pay 5x higher than other places. And then we forked over $1k last week to fix something that didn t get fixed and my daughter is broke down on side of the road tonight, even after Midas said they fixed it, and up-charged us at the last minute, as usual. Go somewhere else, even if the wait is longer.

Great group of guys who were able to fit me in the same day for an oil change. In their comprehensive inspection they also found where an annoying noise was coming from and made recommendations based on it. They were filming a commercial here on the day I came in and even with all that going on, they still made sure I was taken care of first.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The service at this Midas was great. Jeff and Mark helped me a lot. I will return for my next oil change. I also bought windshield wipers and a battery. I had made an appointment for this visit and service was quick. My husband had suffered a stoke so I needed to return home as soon as possible. Jeff and Mark seemed to understand.

Did good work replacing muffler and catalytic converter. Even with my car having 12 different gaskets that would go in between parts, they did not charge me for any of the gaskets they had to order to complete the job. Despite the job taking longer than expected, they still held me at the cost of labor for the time they expected the swap out to take

Mike, the assistant Manager and Shawn were so patient with me and my undiagnosed disability (that applies only to anything car related). Their response to my my issue ( which , as it turns out wasn't an issue afterall) was promt and professional and I was so grateful to have had the pleasure of interacting with them in my moment of utter stupidity ! They handled it so well.

Don t even bother going here for an alignment. Went here twice for them to say the Machine was broke and they sent me somewhere else for another poor alignment. Wasted 3 trips for a garbage job. Nice guys tho

My check engine light came on and they got me in same day I called. Their code reader wouldn't indicate anything and the staff was up front with me. They did not charge me as they had not seen anything like that in their career.Friendly staff and quick repair time.I have also had my brakes replaced here and would highly recommend.

Not the greatest service at this Midas. Mark Gabe was difficult just like the system used by this Midas to find the information on my wife s car. Trying to find her info in your system was a chore even when I gave him her whole bio!! Ridiculous! Also, honoring the Road Hazard warranty did not happen even though the one tire had less than 11,000 miles on it. Will probably be taking our business elsewhere.

1:45 for an oil change!? And they didn't tell me where my truck was & when I did find it all my gauges where in a different position. Not put back to the way I had them so I was driving down the road and could tell my speed right away.While I sat there I saw 5 people review them without ever seeing their car. 1 guy didn't even have his car worked on! He was there with his wife. After she gave a 5 star. He pulled out his phone and did another 1. So most of the 5 star are bogus. Guy inside was good and price was ok but..
