For me, they were fantastic. Great communication...and let me know what stage they were in every step of the way. They also had the rental ready to go when I dropped my car off for the body work. It took them about 2 weeks to complete the job and the repair was flawless. I paid my deductible and went on my way. I was genuinely surprised at how smooth the whole process was.

This review is far overdue! From Stephanie, the ladies at the front desk and the crew in the back did great work on my truck. Everystep was painless and thier communication was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I do not write many Google reviews. Gerber did body/paint work on my Subaru back in April. Having been unhappy with previous body work (not Gerber) in my lifetime, I waited months before writing this review. Everything is great! Dealt mostly with Don & Kelly. Kelly and Stephanie are the nicest people I ve met in a service industry! Kelly is the best, she s extremely helpful as I have never dealt with insurance before. If you have the need for a collision repair this is your place. Also right now they do have the best wait times in the area (trust me I checked everywhere).

Very friendly people and willing to explain what was done on the vehicle. Jenny, I hope I have that correct, came outside to review some questions I had. She helped me understand better on the work that was done. Great place to go when you need some auto issues...but I hope I don't get to see them again....but it's good to know they are there.....

These guys did great work and even better, they kept me continuously up to date via txt on the status of my vehicle and when they thought it would be finished. If you've ever dealt with another body shop that leaves you in the dark, you'll know how amazing this is. finally, it was so freaking easy to work with these guys and the insurance company. They handled everything. I especially appreciate Stephanie and Neil. Take your car here.

Gerber collusion sucks when it comes to service and communication. I waited two months on a waiting list to get in there and found out they wouldn't do the repairs for technical reasons. They didn't tell me what I needed to do before coming in to have the repairs needed done and it took two days of my car sitting there before they let me know, I took two days off to attend to getting my car fixed and at the end of the second day I was informed that they wouldn't work on it for a reason that would be averted if they communicated in a timely manner. The experience with their staff was horrible and they don't make things easy for the customer.

Very friendly staff and fantastic work! They also kept me up to date about what was happening with my repair via text which was extremely useful. And they communicated seamlessly with my insurance company. They even finished my repair a day earlier than expected. Beware of this business chain Gerber locations, it has become the normal operation for initial quotes to be performed by sending in detailed photos, So in this case I sent insurance companies photos, they provided a quote, I sent to two other repair shops and they sent over quotes that was pretty much identical in scope of work, how ever this location want you to lock in to having your vehicle towed to there location before any estimate can be prepared. This really limits your options to get other quotes then you have to tow your vehicle somewhere else.

They were great from start to finish. Worked seamlessly with my insurance company, got things done on the timeline they quoted, and were friendly the whole time too! Car looks phenomenal and they even gave it an interior detail. If I have to get body work again, Gerber is my choice.

Estimate to fix 2 dents and a few scratches exceeded the value of my car and the insurance company wanted to total it. A perfectly good car with 60,000 miles? It is just getting broken in! I took the car to Mike Castrucci Ford and the estimate was half as much so insurance paid and the car got repaired. Don't trust your car repairs to just anyone. Get more than one estimate!

I took my car here to repair hail damage. The hail damage that was repaired was done so excellently overall on the exterior of my vehicle. I spoke mostly to Neil, he was friendly overall. The Market Manager cares a lot about customer satisfaction and followed up with my questions promptly.

I must say that I am extremely pleased with this company, not just for the repairs they made to my car, but for the professionalism and friendly exchanges as well.This was really my first time going through a major car repair. TJ was great in communicating with me, with the progress of my car repairs, as well as any subsequent findings once body panels were taken off. They worked with the insurance company to sure everything up, which was great. The lady at the front desk was also great, I believe her name was Chelsa.When I got my car back, you would never know it had been in an accident. I would highly recommend Gerber. Thanks!

I was involved in an automobile accident that caused nearly 8 thousand dollars worth of damage to the front drivers side of my car. The car was worth 12k. I was sure the insurance company would total it. But they didn't. I was convinced my car would never run right after it was fixed and I'd have to sell it at a significant loss. But that's not what happened. My car runs perfectly. It runs exactly they way it ran before the accident. Gerber Collision in Maineville is a miracle worker. I highly recommend them.

2 stars because at least the horn got fixed. Waiting on a response from some issues I've brought to their attention on a new bumper and will 5 star after those have been corrected which shouldn't be an issue considering this is an insurance claimEdit: lowering to 1 star for now since horn stopped working

Stopped in with a referral and the woman behind the front desk was terrible. Wrong person for that kind of job. Unfriendly and literally yanked the paper from my hand to look at. Didn't even say hello when I came in. Maybe she was having a bad day but the customer doesn't need it placed on them.Went to the Lebanon location afterwards and they were more than happy to have my business.

Highly recommend this place ! I mixed up my dates and dropped off my car a week early . Instead of letting my car sit there they completed the work and I got my car quicker then what I expected !!!! They have great customer service ! They were patient with me and that means a lot !!!! They did a great job with my car !!!!

Went there for a collision repair on my SUV. On November 9th, I was at a Kroger off Route 22/3 in Maineville for a few items to purchase. Went to the car to put my groceries in the hatch and prior to opening the hatch, I noticed a large dent on the rear quarter panel. It was a hit and run. Repairs were done at Gerber Auto in a timely fashion. They did a great job. Haven't been to that Kroger since that incident occurred. Never will go there again.

Had 2 cars repaired here per the insurance friendly list. I'll never be back. They use cheap reconditioned or other than OEM parts. Cars were never the same, in a bad way. I'll gladly pay more somewhere else to get my car(s) fixed right.

The other day, my wife scuffed the paint along one of the fenders of her car while backing out of the garage. Today she stopped at Gerber for an estimate to repair it. Tim at Gerber carefully buffed and painted the fender, and then told her it would be no charge! The scuff mark is completely gone.We appreciate it when a business shows this kind of customer service. We will go back to Gerber in the future if the need arises.

Gerber Collision and Glass in Maineville/Landen is top-notch! From the estimate appointment all the way through completion and pick-up, Tim and the staff at the Landen location took care of us above and beyond or expectations! Not only was the work scheduled and done in a timely manner, I was kept aware of the progress along the way with Gerber s online system via email. On top of that, the day I jot the call that was truck was ready for pick-up, I had scheduling issues that didn t allow me to make it in. The amazing staff at Gerber told me that it was no problem, but there was an impending storm projected over the night to include some serious hail potential they then told me not to worry, that they be pulling in any and all cars/trucks on the lot as to protect them from possible damage! That s taking care of your customers! I did pick up my truck the following day, to find it looking factory fresh inside and out! I was just having some minor body work done, but when I got my truck back it felt like it had been detailed inside and out felt like the first day I rolled that bad-boy off the lot when I bought it!It s weird, I hope not to need Gerber s services anytime soon, but if that time comes there s no doubt I ll be a return customer. No need to look around at different places - Gerber s service cannot be beat!Lance (Landen, Ohio)

Went here with an insurance claim. Fixed in a reasonable time and the car looks great. Color matches perfectly and looks like nothing ever happened. Staff was excellent and communicated throughout the whole process.

I can't honestly rate them yet, It's only been a month since the accident and I STILL haven't heard a word from them about my car, no estimate, no damage report,No CALL! NOTHING!!!
