Appointment for 11 am. Checked in, waited an hour, asked for status of my vehicle, which hadn't even been taken into a bay yet. Guy at counter said I was next, 5 minutes. He lied. My car wasn't taken in until almost 2 o'clock. Three and a half hours to get 2 tires put on. I overheard one of the other guys at the counter say they were THREE hours behind with appointments. Customers checking in deserve to know this so they have the option to reschedule, not be strung along, being told you're next. The guys working the counter need to learn better communication skills because being up front with people checking in would have saved them dealing with the irate customers I heard all day. No complaints with the guys who worked on my car.

I bought tires a few months ago and had them installed at walmart and got the road hazard. I got a screw in one and went in 1/28/24 to have the tire repaired. There was 2 guys standing around taliking, i told them what i was there for and i was told theres only 2 of them here today and they were told to only service appointments. Now there were no cars in the parking lot by the auto center and there were no cars in the garage. I said "its a 10 min job, you can't plug it"? They said NO, but you can go to Ashtabula or Chardon and they can probably it. Fine ill do it myself and they pointed me in the direction of the tire repair section. I wandered around the store for 15-20 mins and when i went to the desk to pay, the 2 same guys were standing around talking. Very poor customer service!!

These guys came to the rescue and fixed mistakes made by the Ashtabula location. Friendly attentive staff. Professional and knowledgeable. Accommodated my busy work schedule and restored my faith in using Walmart for tire services. I will most definitely use this location in the future.

Good but always out of the pit stop oil and they upsell you. 3 different times over the last two years this has happened so I guess they never keep that oil in stock.

I purchased a tire and set up an installation appointment online. While waiting in line when I arrived I talked with a lady who had been waiting for over four hours to have her tires replaced and another gentleman telling me how he came in for just an oil change and they had caused damage to his car. After I had been waiting for about an hour I was then told that they couldn't instal the the tire I purchased from them online because they can only do so if I replace all of my tires. I explained just this year I had already replaced all the three other tires on my car. Only option they gave me then was a refund for my tire. I purchased a tire and had it installed the next day at Conrad's.

Complete idiots. They never have anyone at the counter answering phones. We waited two hours for an oil change for one of the service people to tell us they don t have the filter. Workers were rude and ridiculous. DON T GO HERE. SAVE THE ENERGY AND GO TO A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE HAVE COMMON SENSEServices: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I ordered recommended tires online and had them delivered to the Madison location. Set an install time. Got there, and was told they couldn't put them on my truck because what I ordered, which was their recommended size, didn't match the ones on the truck. And that it is their policy they have to match. I wasted half my morning with this and eventually had to go someplace else, which cost me more money, And time. There is absolutely nothing anywhere that I could see that states this, otherwise I would have ordered tires someplace else. The tires that were on my vehicle were only temporary until I could get the new ones installed. I will never deal with this auto department again.Service: Tires

The price was ok. Came in 15 min before appointment. Went over everything. Told them what was wrong and the size tires I needed. I needed to replace two front. Awd and one tire had a small slash. Well some how they put the rear tires. After about 30 min no page or anything. I checked the app and said there was an issue. So I go back. They told me the front tire has an issue and needs replaced. I said I know. That s what I wanted. So I had to resign and go over it all again. Thank god they didn t do the repair. Got all done about 30 min over the hour they said. And all my tires are at a different pressure. Just hoping all is ok. Drives well and they look good. Just nervous about the hiccups we had.

Got a standard oil change and it took a little longer than it usually does but still turned out great. Great staff. Great service.

Bought 4 tires and them installed here install was 4 hours long then left with car within days had leaks finally they took me back and they said valve stem leak and charged me for 1 they should have already changed then less then week later back again for another valve stem leak they scratched and damaged my rims and even put a arrow pointing to 1 rim damage what a joke waiting on store manager to call me back

Love these guys. These guys take a lot of grief from customers, but they're always courteous. Folks, if you want your oil changed in 10 minutes, go to a place that advertises 10 minute oil changes. They balanced and rotated my tires in 30 minutes. Impressive. Nice hardworking people here - actually, I think they're probably overworked. They deserve some recognition. Thank you for making my Sunday morning more bearable! You guys, rock!

Excellent customer service by the guys in the auto service in Madison. My visit was quick, I changed the battery, oil and one tire and I waited less than an hour and the total wasn't bad,.

In Walmart to purchase 2 tires for my 1997 Toyota Corolla. They discovered the 2 that were placed on rear by Conrad's 2 yrs ago were not the same size my car required. After much discussion and checking to be sure they could put the correct size on the car, they determined they could not put the older ones from the rear on the front and the new ones on the back. They were concerned for my safety and after checking with "experts" they concluded they could put the new ones on front and leave the Conrad tires on the back. Just want to thank them for being sure what they were doing was in my best interest and safety. Thank you Auto guys, and will re-commend you to anyone who asks.

New set is painful. One area does the "write up" and a different area does the cash out. I had to ask what was included and what was not since there was no information in the area of ordering my tires. I am a mechanic so I knew what to ask for. I know many people that would not. So you really do not understand what you are getting untill the job is complete and you are paying. I rated a 2 and that was generous. Staff was friendly but was also covering Paint, and outdoors so it was slow.

Got 2 tires put on my car. The young man behind the counter did a great explaining my tire options and set my expectation at when the job would be completed. It was done right on time.

Absolutely Ridiculous.. I was having a low pressure indicator on my car tire, I went in to get it checked.. I was told that there s only 1 tech guy working in there.. please come back tomorrow.. Alright, I went in the very next day and they come up with we are busy and doing only appointments.. Then why the hell did they ask me to come the following day.. waste of time and effort.. go elsewhere

Got a high mileage oil change in July 2021 yesterday Oct. 2021 my engine light came on and it's hard to believe but that same month my mom when to Walmart and got an oil change and her engine light is now light up also very upset I highly recommend the you do not go an oil change done there unless you looking for a problem . %Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Only negative thing I have to say is I didn't get a text when my car was finished. After wandering around the store I decided to sit in the auto care center waiting room. Looked out the window on my way there and saw my car. It was already done. Waisted time wandering

Would not answer there phone lost a $900.00Sale with me. Tried all morning even called the store and the girl switched me over and they still wouldn t answer the phone in the tire center in Madison Ohio

I like this place all what you need put your car and when its done they will call you .They changed the car oil and they checked everything in my car less than 2 hoursI trust them

Came in for an oil change & waited over 2 hours!It was during a busy time but 2hours for an oil change is beyond ridiculous!
