Stopped in Monday and Tuesday no lettuce for salads finally Wednesday had letuce but wrong toppings stopped in tonite no lettuce again but tried to pass off shredded letuce for my salad and wrong toppings again. I usually stop daily but won't be back now because of utter incompetence. I will spend my money elsewhere and get my salads and other things elsewhere and go back to Giant Eagle for my fuel.

Go thru the drive thru like 2-3 times a week and wait about 20-30 minutes bc no one attends the window, i got tired of it my food gets cold as hell, i finally just parked my car by the window and headed inside BECAUSE IT WAS READY SITTING THERE INFRONT OF ME WITH NO WORKERS TO HAND IT THRU THE WINDOW.

The store was very clean, rob helped me find exactly what I was looking for, hr was very helpful and friendly.

Horrible service. All we needed to do was exchange a propane tank, and there were only 2 people in the store. The people behind the registers had no interest in assisting me. We hung around for 10 minutes, and they did not follow-up or even look at me. Nobody ever helped and we decided to leave. We will never go back.

Don t get me wrong everybody was respectful, But a young man who told me his name was buster was just above good service!. extremely respectful, helped me out and even made me laugh!
