First time ever at Sheetz. I found it to be very clean and well maintained. The restroom was also clean. The cashier was friendly. My overall experience was very good

I will never use Sheetz for def or diesel again!!!!! I went to fuel 110.00 in def and diesel and the def stopped me at 4.00 and the diesel never came out and stopped me at .85 then said see cashier .So I come inside and they want me to wait 5 days for a refund and charge me again!!!!!!!It put me behind and made me miss picking up a load right before Christmas !!!!!Then the manager wants to get snippy with me when I'm trying to get this made right.The nerve of Sheetz to not try to fix their mistake and then cost me 500.00 for missing my load .I will be calling corporate to make this right , you can't treat truckers this way!!!!!!!!!!!Edit: I called corporate and Christine Bender got me a gift card to get my fuel and made it right , I managed to still pick up my load . Merry Christmas corporate Sheetz and tha k you for not leaving me out to dry.

Been buying the grande burrito for years when I m on the run , always been a huge burrito fills a guy up , last three times I been there they been skimping on the meat soo badly that I order double to make up for it ordered double and added extras in it , it was soo small the wrap was all triple layers and folded up on one side due to lack of size, common guys if someone pays 9.47 cents for a big burrito and gets something half the size it used to be let s get real people. I understand times are tuff but skimping a little too hard on the meat ordered STEAK, added SAUSAGE as a extra , tomatoes, added tater tots, cheese and eggs total was 9.47 look at the picture where is the meat and tater tots?? This is the third or fourth time this has happened too ..

Best Sheetz around. You all are killin it there. Ryan (I am assuming the first shift manager) must have worked at chick-fila before Sheetz because he has the best customer service in the whole place. I just went through the drive through and he did me a solid with snagging me sugar free redbull because it isn t an option on the outdoor kiosk. Dude is legit. Keep that man working there.

If I could give none I would. Went there at the end of December 2023. Waited 23 minutes at the drive thru window. Watched them walk past a dozen times and not look the way of the window - eventually I left my car at window and walked in to ask why I ve been waiting so long. Got my food in seconds after that BUT not the drinks - again the ignore and walk by for an extra 5 minutesWent again in March 2024 - waited again for too long and when we went up to pay window no one was there- so drive ahead and the worker chastised us for not waiting at pay window. Rude!

We've been there 2x for the food drive through. Both times were slow and the employees were a little short - not quite rude, but not what I'd expect. The food was okay, but seemed slapped together.

They charged me $44.03 for their apple pecans. Didn t realize until I was home. Called corporate they said that their security crew would have to look at the footage. Then the told me someone was looking at the footage on Tuesday when I called. It s now Saturday and I still don t have my refund. Their own system told them that I only bought that item. Check your receipts! Sheetz apparently like yo really overcharged and then make it hell to get a refund

Men's bathroom looked like no one had not been attended to in a while. Floor is nice if it was clean. Almost like they don't respect the customer that much

Worst sheetz ever!! Horrible service at the fuel desk because of untrained staff!The food for take out is absolutely terrible!!! A teaspoon of sauce in the bottom for tossed straps.

The store is brand new...very clean. The employees are courteous and polite. The food selection is immense.As a professional trucker, I was pleased to see that there are 38 parking spaces for full rigs, that are nicely spaced and accessible..plus fuel islands that are well placed. So to say it's truck friendly is a real statement...BUT, one of my complaints is this..it NOT PROFFESSIONAL TRUCK DRIVER friendly in that, if you're parking and want easy access to the store itself... the truck driver is not given that. There is ONLY ONE access point to get to the store, from the fuel islands OR the parking lot. It is located all the way to a point behind fuel island #1's truck rear of trailer would be while in the island properly.Also.. the rest rooms are the furthest from any professional truck business, such as parking and/or fueling, at the far North side of the store.This store was positioned and built in layout with the common traveler or local patron in mind, with Semi Truck business being a lagging second thought.A paved and safe walkway from the leading edge location of fuel island parked trucks would be a good start...or an additional restroom location at the Southern end of the store would be a great future upgrade.Besides all the above... thank you Sheetz, for the new location...it's still appreciated!

I have ordered the carved turkey sandwich on several occasions and I have to say they were all fresh, delicious and filling. Actually the best turkey sandwiches I have ever had. Will be back soon!

Get your gas, get your snacks, get your junk food, get your soda and water, and get your fast food all at once...clean, easy to maneuver, and impossible to miss on the road.

The 2 employees that spoke were very nice though one of them might have been very slow (mentally) or just spent so much time high that s just how he is now. One of the others ( a fatty) just ignored me when I spoke to him. The diesel island was a wreck not joking at all. I said as much to the cashier dude and was to that they knew and had been trying to get someone to go clean it for a while. Obviously you don t have to work if you don t want to here. All in all not impressed better than some worse than others but definitely worse than any other Sheetz I ve been to.

Called to find out if they are a truck stop because of seeing truck parking...Said yes BUT NOT a truckstop, just a store with Truck fuel pumps & parking...No showers, no lounge, no laundry facilities...Not OTR driver friendly, just local or home nightly drivers unless you just want a 10 hour rest break..Can't do resets unless you can go without a shower.AND NOT PET FRIENDLY..Sheetz is good for food, snacks, ice cream but that is all places which if they have room for a truck, they let you park because they are 24 hours but they shouldn't be calling themselves a truckstop until the do research.Hope this helps the OTRs that spend days away from home.

This new location is stellar. Naturally, it's very busy being a new site but still manage to be in and out quick. Staff is refreshingly pleasant and genuine. You're met with more than a robotic-forced "welcome to loves". Couldn't be happier this new sheetz is on my route to work. New favorite site!

They haven't gotten a single order correct at the drive thru. Literally every time they forgot one or more items. The night crew is full of gremlins sharing a single brain cell and are all fatherless.

I stopped in today and it happened to be their grand opening. I was eagerly greeted by many staff members. The store was clean and the kitchen was pumping out orders hot and fast.

Wait at the drive thru window for 10 mins or longer past the order done time and missing sauces I clicked on app so not sure if it shows up or not. It s right by where I live so convenient but may just start using it for gas
