I just purchased a Harley Davidson electra glide ultra limited FLHTK. It's a beautiful motorcycle. I was treated very well both on the trade-in as well as the purchase price. They even service bikes of customers who have bought bikes from them. It was a good experience.

Ashley and Phil were fantastic to work with. No high pressure sales tactics here. Both were very knowledgeable about all the recreational vehicles and they have a ton to choose from! We purchased a 36ft Zinger and couldn t be happier with the entire process. Highly recommend!

I purchased a used motorcycle from Roughin' It. Paul, Phil, and Spencer will take care of you like you are a long time friend who just walked through the doors. I really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the dealership. They made the whole buying experience a breeze. They do offer generous test rides on their used motorcycles as well, so long as you have your endorsement and helmet of course. I have found some dealerships do not allow test rides on used bikes. They also have a generous 90 day warranty included on their used motorcycle sales, so you can buy confidently. I am not in the market for an RV or Camper, but it looked like they have a large variety of quality RV's and Campers of every type. If they don't have what you are looking for, I am sure they can find it for you. Highly recommend checking them out.

We bought a new Coachmen Catalina 16bhs. From the initial phone call Phil was extremely helpful but was not pushy. No sales gimmicks. Our deal was a little complex due to trade ins and Paul was awesome to work with. He made sure everything was in order. When we picked it up Frank in service set up our hitch and gave thorough explanations and was very patient with our questions. Ashleigh explained the features and made sure evrything worked and answered our questions thoroughly. We shopped different dealers for almost 2 years and undoubtedly made the right decision going with Roughn' It. We have already recommended them to people we know.

Had a great time purchasing our first Camper. First off they close at 4pm on Sat and we showed up at 3:56. They educated and helped us pick between 5 different units until we landed on the Mesa Ridge. Financing was easy and we are already planning our first trip. Highly recommend Roughin it RV and Camper. Yea, we had a glamping party in our Driveway tonight. Kids insisted.

Just brought my son in, and he bought a 2019 Indian Scout. As always, we were treated more than fairly and got a great deal. Ashley Starr and her crew are the best!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our motorhome. We live about 3 hrs away, and it was absolutely worth the drive (in the snow!) Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Highly recommend Roughin It and we will be back!

BEWARE: Have the unit inspected by a third party prior to purchase to avoid the huge headaches we have had to endure. We purchased a 2018 Coachmen Pursuit. Let me start out by saying that everyone at the dealership is really friendly and nice. They earned our trust very quickly which ultimately became our downfall. The dealership failed multiple times to check out the unit thoroughly. Which will cost of thousands of dollars to fix when we have only had the unit for about 45 days.Being a first time RV owner, we relied heavily on them to help us through the process. It started when we went to drive off the lot in the evening. The dash lights did not work. This should have been a clear indicator that the unit was not checked properly. Upon pickup after the dash lights were fixed, I noticed the rear and side cameras were really bad viewing. The only one that worked well was the one that was replaced. When bringing up the bad cameras, I was told it was a used unit and things will not be perfect. I dealt with the bad cameras and received quotes to get them fixed. Ashley offered to bring it in and they would look at it. My question was why it wasn't fixed during initial inspection. Driving it home and practice driving it around town, I noticed the wheel had to be pointed at 10:00 to drive straight and I had to white knuckle it when driving above 45 on the highway. When calling Ruffinit, I was told that is how the chassis system is prior to 2021 and we live in Ohio with potholes on the road. It would be out of alignment. I just assumed this was correct and continued driving it the way it was. When calling to get quotes, they were expensive and could not get us in. We finally set off on our first long road trip after having the RV for 3 weeks. We made it 2 and half hours before the generator turned off. We continued to turn it back on and it continued to shut off. We left it off. We stopped at a Camping World in Georgetown, KY. They were very helpful and accommodating. They asked when the generator was last serviced. I called Ruffinit and they reviewed the repair order and it said it was not serviced because the oil looked good and it was working. To prevent any further delays, we paid to have the generator serviced, $500 and an additional inspection to find out if anything else was wrong with it. This is when a laundry list of items were uncovered to include WATER DAMAGE in the slide, black tank leak, and bad water pump. We decided to end our roadtrip and drive back to Ohio. We called Ashley, Ruffinit owner, and explained our trip and the items that were wrong. She told me to bring it in for them to check. I asked why wasn't this discovered before we purchased the item. There has been numerous things wrong with the unit since we purchased it. She claimed she stands behind her units. I said if that was the case, this should not have happened to begin with. Why do I need to drive my unit an hour plus for service items that should have been caught before driving it off the lot? As a first time RV owner, I feel cheated and taken advantage of.Trust me, I am all for local businesses as I am heavily involved in the community and former small business owner myself. But, do yourself a favor and go to the big dealerships - Camping World, Lazy Days, General RV, Meyeres (right down the road) as they have a better selection and will help first time RVers.

Wonderful experience with buying a camper, Phil was very easy going, wasn't pushy and even took the time out to help negotiate a price, the owner Ashley was there every step of the way and had everything fixed asap that we pointed out we wanted before we left. Wonderful people to do business with!

My husband and I recently got a camper here. All the campers are well taking care of and the prices are very reasonable. Everyone we talked to was extremely friendly and offered us drinks while we were waiting. The whole experience was fantastic I highly recommend going here if your looking to get a new camper.

I had a major mishap with my camper while I was on vacation...my roof started peeling away while on the freeway, not good. Filed a claim with my insurance and a BIG SHOUT-OUT to Roughin It RV!! They replaced the entire roof and it looks good! I won't have to worry about roof issues for quite some time to come. I really like Roughin It RV, they're a good group of people who do the right thing and they don't pull any punches, I highly recommend them!!

Terrible experience. Bought our travel trailer in late winter/early spring and found out all the flaws and things broken in it come camping in the spring. Not to mention we got our camper to the camp site for drop off over an hour away and found out we were given the wrong keys. When we called they talked to us like we didn t know how to unlock a camper door!!! Didn t even offer anything for our hassle or aggravation!!! Wouldn t recommend them at all!!!

My Wife and I purchased a Camping trailer from Roughin It. Best price in Ohio for our RV and we are thrilled with the condition of our rig. Phil was our salesperson and we can't say enough about him and his professional attitude and knowledge as well as the Owner. We will be purchasing much more from this fine establishment. Highly recommended for Motorcycles and RVs. We will be back!

Update: I was going to let this go, but since RV replied and showed me in a bad light, I must now respond.1. Yes, when I call you back, I did ask if there was a discount, but not on the one awning like you claim, but if I ordered an additional awning for the other side. It had nothing to do with the invoice.2. The reason I am disputing the final bill are the hours for labor charged. Your quote does not say $150 per tech. If you would have just put bulk labor was $1000, I would not have said anything, but since you broke it down in qty (6) hours that is what caught my eye and I questioned.3. I was not combative, I was trying to make a point about the over charge, but you kept talking over me (where I had to tell you I don't appreciate being interrupted when I am speaking). I have the final bill and I informed you that I recorded our conversation.4. I did not plan on stepping foot again on your property, but unfortunately, I had to haul my trailer back the next day so the tech could adjust the awning, because it would not open all the way. I hope that I would not get charged for an awning that you just put on and it would not open. Please do not reply with inaccurate information again, as I have everything documented, and really want to be done with your company.First review: Only reason for one star is the technician was nice. The president, Ashley, charged me 6 hours for only five hours of work. When I got there and they told me that it would be six hours, I pointed out to them that I called them at 11:00 AM and was told that the tech just arrived and they would get started on my trailer. They called me at 3:45 PM stating that the trailer was done and ready for pick-up. I told them in my book that is five hours of work not six. All Ashley kept saying was I quoted you six hours, so that is what the bill is. I told her I understood that was the quote, but you got the work done in less time. I do not want anything for free. However, at $150.00 an hour, may not be a lot for them, but it means a lot of money for us middle class people who work really hard. Ashley was very immature and young, and you could tell by the way it was handled, that she did not have a lot of experience. I had a person with a three-horse trailer ask me where I got my awning, and I told them where and the story behind it. That could have been another $3,000 job, if she would have only did right by her customer. I will never recommend them.

I had a opportunity today to stop off at Roughin'it & Phillip was there to welcome me & the Misses with open arms. We had about 30 minute conversation on Rv's & what not. Phillip is a great guy, answering all my silly questions & sharing his knowledge. Gotta say Phillip, I'll be back, maybe a bike, the Rv or one of those off road vehicles. Not sure yet. Really enjoyed the conversation & appreciated real customer service. U MY FRIEND ROCK!!!!

Buying a camper over 300 miles away from home made me a little nervous, but Jeanette at Roughin' It made is such a great experience. Although pricing is important, friendly customer service and quick response time from the seller are very important to my husband and I when we're making such a large purchase. With Jeanette we were more than pleased and we encourage everyone to shop at Roughin' It!!

I got an excellent deal for the camper that I purchased, and they did everything they could to give me what I wanted and satisfaction of my purchase. They were understanding and patient because I have a learning disability and I would recommend this company to purchase any item I know that you re going to be taken care of.

I purchased a motorcycle 6 August 2019. I traveled 12 hrs to pick it up after an extensive internet search. Bill Bruce delivered a first rate machine, in great condition. Their service was friendly, professional and beyond the call of duty. If they said they were going to do something, they did it. They handled a communications mess-up with my bank with patience and efficiency. We are now considering an RV and wish to deal with RoughinIt.
