I recently had an exceptional car-buying experience at North Ridge Auto center Madison,Ohio. I purchased my 2017 Toyota Tundra from them, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jeff was awesome to deal with while purchasing a car, I seen one I liked & made sure it was still available. When I arrived the car was clean & in great shape as pictured , this company actually cares about the vehicles they sell & sell cars with good ownership history , I highly recommend checking out there inventory & purchasing from here. 5 stars from me

We were looking for a decent car with lower miles for our daughter. She was just getting around to getting her license and needed a vehicle that would last her through High School and a couple years or more into her college years. Jeff worked with me on getting a good price and a loan on a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze with lower miles that she LOVED! Definitely recommend North Ridge Auto Center!

My first time buying from a dealership. Jeff was was very nice, down to earth, answered all my questions, and made this process very easy. I love my new-to-me Malibu fairly priced & drives nice in town and on the highway. When driving off the lot I noticed the detailing; absolutely beautiful and smells amazing still a week later.. just a couple of things that make a new car so enjoyable!

I have worked with Jeff for many years. Always extremely helpful and they have great options for financing even for people who have had issues in the past. They work with area credit union that can help get you back on your feet! They always have a nice variety of vehicles and care about their customers.

I would definitely recommend North Ridge Auto Center to anyone in need of a vehicle. I haven't bought a used vehicle from a dealer in quite a number of years because of past experiences. My experience with Jeff went exceptionally well and I was very happy with my purchase.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was working with Jeff, the owner about a 2011 Audi A5. We were communicating due over a week via text and the phone. I'm 4 hours away in another state. I was never able to get final number of his car. I was trading in a car a paying cash for the balance. After over a week of being promised final figures, so I could get the cash, I was informed, via text, the car sold. It was a very flip,hey the car sold text. Didn't have the common decency to call me. He hid behind a text message because he knows he dropped the ball. This is the owner people... think before you buy from here.
