Wow, the people really make this place! Brandon was so awesome! Kind and Respectful. Rare qualities found in youth in customer service nowadays. Give the kid a raise, people are difficult. Great car wash all around. Great deals and sanitation. 10 out of 10!

Best car wash in town!Took my black Tahoe through the wash and it came out flawless. The vacuums are very powerful and there is always spray and clean towels available for use. There is a big sink to wash car mats in as well as trash cans at every station. Area is kept incredibly clean! 10/10 recommend.

We have three vehicles and we have a membership and we love it. We appreciate the air fresheners and all the services that you offer on your lot. I absolutely love how friendly everyone here is! Shout out to Kaleb for always greeting me with a smile and an air freshener, and Liz who helped me dry my car off even though it was freezing outside! I ll be a Mod Wash member for as long as I own a car, the service and experience is truly worth the price.

This is an amazing place. It s a one stop for all of your car care! The employees are never anything less than kind and welcoming and even come to your car to help you dry it off. It s a wonderful experience from start to finish all the way down to the lollipops for kids and treats for doggos. I recommend modwash to all of my friends! Kaleb helped me today and did a great job.

The team at the Madison Mod Wash are awesome. They are friendly, upbeat and value their customer. I have had the manager (sorry forgot your name ), Amanda and Anna all help assist wiping down my car. My brother and I went in one day to see just how good the wash and dry was to the other typical car washes. No comparison. This facility is awesome!When we were asking our questions we were greeted by Anna, who was so nice and smiley. She answered everything we asked and showed us everything that you can do to your car there!Since the first day, all of the staff that I've spoken with have all been so friendly and helpful, even on these cold days like today. Keep up the good work Anna ,felix and the rest of the staff. Highly recommend

Amazing car wash and great staff!!! Truthfully I don t ever use car washes with brushes but this one gets the job done right!! Plus the air freshener that you get is the best Iv had in awhile, they last for about 2weeks! Anna is fantastic, a very friendly face. Always smiling, always a bright ball of energy. 11/10 would have her help me again next time I visit!Update 11/15/23: Once again I had an amazing visit! I was graced with Anna's presence again. She is definitely one of my favorite employees to interact with. I will definitely be coming back again soon for another car wash!

Was here on 12/11/23 and had a great experience. It was easy and quick to get a car wash and used the included service station afterwords with vacuuming and cleaning supplies that are ready for customers to use. Anna was working today was extremely helpful!!

You have probably noticed "Hula Girl" her name is Anna and is a shift manager there. She talked me into the monthly plan, I am very happy with it. I go there now 2 to 3 times a month. It pays to go this route with car wash. If you had not noticed they have rags and cleaning supplies available by vacuuming area, that are very helpful to finish your car off! So a shout out to Giant Eagle for not hampering an employee being herself, happy and entertaining.I just met the other day, the happiest employee at Giant Eagles ModWash. Dominique a lady who despite having to work two jobs has quite the happy disposition. She loves her job at ModWash and loves interacting with people. Dominique keep up your smiles for everyone who gets to meet such a wonderful person. We need more people who we can meet along our trip in life like you.

Went to modwash was blown away by the service and really blown by one of the workers I believe her name was Anna. She made sure I was safe having fun and most of all had a squeaky clean car. 10 stars

excellent customer service. they were very helpful with any questions and even came out and dried off my car for me. i was very impressed. the car wash left my car spotless of any dirt or salt from the roads. i can gladly and confidently say i have the cleanest car on the street now. thanks to modwash and anna. she s made the car wash experience welcoming and fun every time i ve came. i d 100% recommend to anyone.
