First off I would like to shout out Charles Diamond. His customer service is Top tier, and honestly I really think he deserves a raise . Normally when you walk in a car lot you don t get that type of customer service in which we received and not only that, he made us feel very welcoming. Not only that but he got us a very good deal on a real nice car. We bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler sport in May from salesman Collin, great guy bye the way. He listens to what your needs are try s to accommodate you. Very knowledgeable and professional. You love your vehicle till something goes wrong, then you re like OH no here go But I have got to tell you they have the best service and service men. They definitely hold up their end of any service agreement! I was a little worried being a first time customer but they definitely proved that they are an upstanding business starting with sales to service! We are Very Happy Customers!

Took my car to get a dealership only part diagnost. I understand it's a dealership so I expected to pay double what your average mechanic would charge.So after $220 dollars am quoted $2200 in repairs one of them being the throttle body so I'm apparently not going to be driving this car any way at this point.So after delivering the bad news the guy looks me in the eyes and says so I see youll be needing some new tires. And quotes me $800 for a set of tires I'm clearly not going to be needing.I decline them. He writes up the paper work and yet again pushes the tires on me. I tell him I'm not going to be doing any tires on a car with a bad throttle body.I keep getting calls from them about those damned tires. That's ridiculous. There's a Dodge dealership in kingsville if your looking for a dealership for Dodge I would go there instead of this place for sure.

Wow, what a BLESSING! This is what keeps me coming back for service.Late Friday my Ram what hit by an oncoming Silvarado , who destroyed my driver side mirror. I did not feel safe driving like that so I called my from at Classic Dodge in Madison. I spoke to Craig in service, who located a mirror at another dealership.Saturday morning, I drove to Bedford, in a blinding snow storm, picked up my new mirror, and called ymy friends at Classic Dodge back and spoke to the service manager Alex.Alex told me he could fit me in at 12:30, but I showed up at 11:30, and was willing to wait.At 12:15 my Ram was ready to go, all done.Thank you for taking my safety very seriously!!I can only hope that management there appreciates you the way I do!!

Took my truck in for an oil change and fuel filter. I was called to come back it was finished. I paid and when I got in my truck, the dash board was it up like a Xmas tree. Don't you think a knowledgeable mechanic would have know there was a problem when he parked it? Now they are saying they aren't responsible and an outside deisel mechanic now needs to fix my truck. They will not fix it. Or pay for it, or pay my lost wages. Even though nothing was wrong when I brought it to them. On top of that, I wasn't told it wasnt taken to this other mechanic. As o went to pick it up and it wasnt there.This is my work truck and I'm now a week without it. I'm losing thousands because of the stupidity of this dealership.

I called to schedule an appointment. After speaking with the. I decided that I should call around. Not a good fit. When I asked about the $170 fee to diagnose the issue. She told me that if they didn't charge me, they would add it to the cost of labor. That made me question what else they could be dishonest about.

Joey Rusyniak the sales manager did an incredible job of taking care of me as a customer. Stress free negotiation prior to coming into the store and taking delivery. Only a Half hour total spent in the store signing paperwork and he delivered on everything he said he would do. Give these guys a chance if you are in the market!!

The sales team and management at this dealership need to work on their professionalism. Poor internal communication. Commitments ignored. Classic is a significant contributor in our Northeast Ohio community. I hope the other dealerships operate differently than CDJR Madison. I ll be buying my next Jeep somewhere else.

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER. Every time I need service or to purchase a vehicle, the men and women at Classic Madison have always provided prompt, top quality service. AJ, Austin, Jessica and all of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and they all explain everything clearly and with full transparency. I live over an hour away and I will ONLY go to Classic Madison. They are honest, fair, and always put their customers first. This is the #1 dealership compared to all others.

Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, my experience working with them, from start to finish, was absolutely fantastic. AJ Kelly was immensely helpful throughout everything and his patience was greatly appreciated.I can and will happily recommend Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to friends who are interested in a vehicle. One day when the TRX or Wrangler 392 is within my price range, I will be coming back here to get one!

Upon stopping by to view available Buick Encores 2022, was greeted by salesperson, Felix Riveria, who was knowledgeable regarding the product. We liked him because he didn't pressure us in buying a new car. He was very helpful & courteous and he was able to answer all our questions. If he didn't know the answer, he would ask someone there at the dealership. Our overall experience was a pleasant one and we would absolutely deal with them again and recommend them to our family & friends.

My friend is too nice and won't say anything so I'm sharing that service is absolutely terrible. Very little communication. Classic use to be such a great dealership to do business with but never again. Negative 5 stars.

I was in a bind with my diesel truck in limp mode and other dealers wouldn t schedule me for over a week even though I just needed a quick computer reset.I called them and they squeezed me in that day and resolved the issue. It was great service and I am grateful they actually listened as understood my situation. Thanks

I came from Florida to get a truck because it was time for a new truck and Florida's prices were unreasonable. I was going to drive it back down to FL in the same day. I expected a long process prior to being able to drive off. Not so. It was about 30 mins in and out. Next time I get a new truck I am going to them again.

After an exhausting search for a new truck near my home in south Denver, I found one here. I called, got connected with Jessica who took GREAT care of me by having all of the loan and sales paperwork done prior to PICKING ME UP at the airport in Cleveland so that I could immediately start my drive back to Denver once I signed everything. Everyone here was great! Highly recommended!

The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to answering my questions and covering the vehicles features. The finance manager Jason, was very personable and took the time to explain the warranties in addition to the documents I was signing. He did not rush through the process at all. The entire process was smooth and painless.

This was our sixth purchase from Classic Madison since 2010. Our salesman Ron isnt pushy and has gone out of his way to find the vehicles we wanted when they weren't in their inventory. The service dept is great. When we dropped in without an appointment with the older vehicle they scheduled us in and got the repairs done in a timely manner. We highly recommend this dealership.

Joe and Oscar are two of the best guys to work with.. went to look at a ram 1500 Laramie.... Beautiful truck.. but with credit less than perfect wasn't able to get it.. But... 15 .20 minutes later put in a ram 1500 express same year just not all the bells and whistles.. awesome people no pressure just looking to help.. recommended classic Madison to everyone.. thanks Joe and Oscar.. We've been customers at Classic since 2005 when we purchased our first Jeep, a Jeep Liberty. Since then we have returned to Classic to purchase our Jeep Grand Cherokee and our Jeep Cherokee. All of our service is done at Classic because they know our vehicles, alert us to issues that need attention, provide careful attention to maintenance and are very helpful and caring. We're happy Jeep owners!

A manufacturer defect that was found in my practically brand new truck was fortunately covered by warranty and repaired by their awesome team of servicemen there at their garage! Awesome work... thought there may have been another issue in the fob engine auto start, because when I got into the truck pressed 'run' not only the auto headlights turn off, but the heater did as well: as supposed to though according to the manual. However when I proceeded to turn the heater dial on I heard nothing, nor did I feel anything...thought I turned up the dial high enough to hear it because in prior vehicles I've owned the heater can be heard even from the lowest setting. Lol I couldn't be more wrong. No electrical problem here: thank GOD/JESUS! The truck interior is so nice the heater and A .C. are silent from their lowest settings, though there is a slight delay in the forced air initially. Good to hear!!!! Great job guys!

Took our car here a few times to fix a problem. Charged us money multiple times, problem was never fixed. Finally thought they fixed it, Paid a good amount! Then it started having the same issues! Turns out the part was faulty! Been without a car for while, and now i am informed we have to pay, again! Even though the part was bad and under warranty! Been taking both of our car here for awhile. Unhappy!

All the staff need to be like Craig! His personality is the best thing about Classic! We chat about our dogs, show off our puppy pictures . Staff go in + out of sitting room for beverages + never say hi. That's really a huge sadness for us clients that always return with our vehicles to be fixed or keeping up with maintenance. . Kudos to Craig.
