Great family owned and operated company. I've been taking vehicles here since I was a teenager (I'm now 40) and I remember my parents taking vehicles here long before I could drive. I'm very mechanically inclined and they would always tell it to me straight even if it was something I could even do on my own. Down to earth honest mechanics that do great work and won't rip you off!

So unprofessional & rude,fought with owner for getting my vehicle fixed keep saying it doesn't need this or that done even though I had went to other shops to get the vechile looked at & was told this or that part needed fixed. I had to use this shop since a church reached out about helping me pay for the work that needed done. I had multiple appointments scheduled & every time I would drop the car off to be fixed I would call to see if it was ready to be picked up & 3 out of the 4 times after dropping car off they never did any work to the car ,this happened & this went one for over 2 months due to holidays & I guess a vacation the owner took. Every time I had to reschedule to have work done it was always 2 /3 weeks out,witch Was such a inconvenience.This shop is the only shop the church works with so I didn't really get a choice on having them do the work. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone I know. Don't take you're vehicles to this shop to be fixed!!!

Incredible, traditional "grease monkey" mechanics that go above and beyond when working on vehicles. They put a dab of this and that, here and there, while they're under the hood to prevent big repair jobs down the road. Fantastic! (Update) Two years later and still LOVE this place. Best in class!

They fixed our vehicle at a more than reasonable price and in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that they finished the repair work before discussing with us which scared us. We weren't sure we'd be able to afford it when they described the problem but it all worked out in the end.

I had vehicle trouble during the last leg of my road trip and brought it into their shop. They were able to get me in and back on the road in the same day. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, friendly and helpful. If I ever find myself with vehicle troubles in this neck of the woods again I ll definitely use this shop.

We've used Pastors for years...we absolutely trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else. The brothers are totally honest, they'll explain everything in detail (even to the likes of me with little mechanical understanding!) and happily advise on the least expensive way of making any repair and whether in fact its even needed. It feels good to never have to second guess. Thanks Pastors.

Our family has been coming to Pastor's for almost 40 years. We have five cars and they have helped us stay on the road safely. You will not find a more trustworthy mechanic for your car in the Summit County area. They tell it like it is and will not sell you something you do not need!

I hear a lot of recommendations for this place, and I used them once or twice years ago. They did good work. I had an issue with my car not that long ago and I called for an estimate, the lady on the phone said they'd call me back woth one and I never got a call back. So I took my car somewhere else.

Have been going to Pastor's for at least 9+ years. They never cease to amaze me. I recently brought my car in to check a radiator leak and an exhaust leak. They fixed the exhaust and diagnosed a cracked radiator flange with a slow leak. I pulled out my wallet to pay and they said don't worry about it.

My vehicle broke down at exit 19 macedonia so i had to get it towed, the whole driveshaft fell out!. Not only did the tow truck driver confirm it for me but assured me pastors auto was a GREAT spot, good people, straight forward. Would be the first place I would recommend for car repair.
