An oil change on my 11 feet box truck cost me $160, which is opposite from the usual average price of $50. Ask them for the price in advance and contact the Consumer Protection Department with a claim. This is stealing, in my opinion.Stuff biased towards foreigners in my opinion, my foreign origin was the reason for the deception

Huge scammers!!!!I came in with busted hub. They messed around little over one hour and couldn t do anything. Then came up with some crazy story why they not able to do a job. And at the end charged me 4 hours of labor. On a question why 4 hours, they said they charging per hour per and person who works at the shop. Wondering why he didn t add wife, cousins and neighbors to the bill.I end up taking trailer home. And it took me less than 20 minutes to take the hub off and replace it myself. So, if you ready to be screwed, I still don t recommend to go there because mechanics not so good there either.

Great service! Serviced my truck on a Sunday and had me in and out within a hour! Changed my two front brake chambers definitely my go to mechanics

First impressions, Very modest, it is a trucking business that has a shop as well.Treated me like they cared about my business and otr driver(me). I went in with a broken drive shaft, instantly took me in and began working on my truck...I'm not finished with our business, just in the hotel but I believe them to be good shop, will update review when finished... Well I am pleased, also put my ticket up and labor price...P.s excellent people, get OTR in and out if parts can be found... I make it a point to give them my business... Owner has a heart like the son of man....

Had them change out 2 diffs the had parts at the shop within 2 hours of me calling them and them looking at everything that was on a Friday just before part houses started to closeSunday afternoon they was finished with the work they have some very knowledgeable techsMake sure to get directions to the location and what ever you do don t pass location otherwise there is a 12 4 bridge about a quarter mile down the road with no room to turn around

Don't go here!!!! Every positive review must be written by the shady owner himself. Worst service anywhere and everybody knows it!!! Way overpriced and they have no idea what they're doing! All I can say is these guys here are the BEST shop I been too. When I get there, they jump right on my truck, they are very reasonable in price. They KNOW what they are doing!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE. They are honest, VERY REASONABLE, and very professional!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not stop here driver's was told I needed to drop the exhaust system just to fix a broken airline,went to hook N haul in Litchfield,OH it took 15 minutes to find the airleak and 10 minutes to fix it I was saved from being robbed drivers find another shop

$725 for changing one airbag on my trailerThey ll latterly rip you off ,so greedy they think if you re truck driver you make $10k a dayPeople you have to be careful don t bring your trucks here

If you are near northeast Ohio I would recommend Ohio Truck Repair. I have been here a couple times to get my company truck repaired and they are fast, friendly & professional.
