Good people to deal with and reasonable prices. I was passing through the area when a pi�on seal started leaking, and they got me back on the road a few hours later. Thank you!!

This was about as odd of an experienced as I can think of as they got themselves into a frenzy about not getting paid after I told the 10 times I'd pay them. Im s mechanic but did not have a pressure washer with me. 1. I knew what was wrong a d asked for delivery of oil to my location. 2. I asked for a power wash and to correct a blow by hose that was put on to long. Nothing special. They tried to go down a road of me needing a turbo which was just put in..So for oil, power wash, and clip a blow blow by 700 bucks. They are running prices up. I'll not go back unless they are more reasonable. If if not a Berlen there is likely still been there. There is too much of this over charging going on. Buyer beware

2007 GMC 2500HD Duramax Engine.We were stranded on the side of the road....I can't tell you how lucky I was to end up in Luckey!These guys were fantastic, all the way from parts, mechanics, etc. They gave me three options of repair parts, one from the Dealer and two others from aftermarket suppliers! Their prices were very fair! Highly recommend them!

As of a techs, guy on the front desk, knowledge, time lines, pricing and quality of their work (I need some time to be sure) I have no complaints. Actually one of THE BEST SHOPS when on the road. BUT WHEN IT COME TO THE PAYMENT, they deserve 0 stars. And this is why I will avoid them, almost sure that I won t cone back. They do not accept credit cards for the Bill amounts over 2k. All other options are cash in forms of debit cards/ electronic checks or wire transfers!!!! And they charge you a fee on it 3-5%!!!! So, they won t release you without cash and they will charge you a fee for it. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! No one told me that when I came in the shop, and I m not blame those guys dealing with trucks because they are techs, they do their job on a pro level, but those office people they are supposed to literally chase you with that information before you even consider to approve the truck works. I feel kind of scammed.

Had my liftgate big nut got loose and lost all the fluid on the side of the road 18mi from this shop. The mechanic came and just raised the liftgate up (not repair but just raised it up and put a chain so it doesn't fall) at about 45mins tops in labor but charged $843 after all is said and done.

We recently called their mobile service due to one of our fleet's engine restart failure at a gas station. Their response was on time and their bill (for the mobile service) was fair. The truck failed to restart and was towed to their garage for further diagnosis, but failed again because the issue would have to be resolved by authorized dealerships. They did not charge for their in-garage diagnosis, and it looks like they are dependable on their workmanship. Also - Tom, the mechanic who was on-call gave our driver a ride to his hotel which we appreciated. Thanks Tom.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

So I went to this location for a cooling fan issue the said we need a clutch fan which they replace.. cost of the repair was $1500 which was crazy because the clutch fan cost $500 at the dealer but we paid and kept it pushing ..couple days maybe a week later we found out the fan broke due to fan guard wasn't install properly which cause the radiator to break called Jerry which is the shop manager which informed me that they have nothing to with this because we should have brought the truck back to the shop I explained to him trucks in NY area and couldn't make that happen.After a couple of days of calling Jerry which was very hard, he became very rude hanged up on me a couple of times, and then finally said they not going to do anything bout it.due to this bad repair my truck overheated which cost us thousands and was out of service for weeks.....Please say away from this companyService: Auto engine diagnostic

This place was pretty much sent like a gift from the Lord, at a time of need, we broke down and had to pay for some work at the truckstop but they still did not fix the problem, as we were riding down the Ohio Turnpike my husband noticed a sign so he called... and the man told him we have no one here right now you come in...(I got you,)so we backtracked went to this place. We were there no more than 10 to 20 minutes and they found the issue, fixed it and charged us ZERO...ALL PRAISES TO THE MOSTHIGH! We just would like to thank them for their services we greatly appreciate it and we will push your services on to other Companies who we work with as well as other drivers. I have been here once before with no issues, thought I found a great shop that I could bring both trucks to with great service. I was wrong, way wrong, we brought in a truck that needed a lot of random things fixed and thought I would bring it in Friday morning and have it done by Tuesday night. They were supposed to put an inverter in the box of the truck so we could use a heater if needed. Well they put the inverter in the back of the cab and not the box. Out of the 6 things we needed, they only got to the inverter which was put in wrong, the back up camera that works and unfortunately the mud flaps that have their logo on them. Then when it came to pay they told us they could only take credit card up to $1,000 and our bill was $1,151.05 and they would not let us leave without paying with a company check or cash. Needless to say, we had to get to a hospital to perform a surgery but they would not let us leave because they failed to tell us this little detail. Attached is the sign about credit cards but says nothing about their $1,000 limit. We now have to go to another shop to finish up the work and get the inverter put in correctly.

The reason for the 5 start review is because their tech Derek was very helpful and professional. He was able to get me rolling after other mechanics couldn t. No one else was able to figure out the problem, Derek was able to figure it out fairly fast. The company itself is a bit pricey, I wish they would work with us truckers a bit more on pricing. Other than that I have no complaints.

I needed a pull start(starter die)the fee was $266. a nice guys...So I thought wrote me a receipt out for $266. but charged my maintenance account for $844 listing that I got new batteries and cables which is not true at all. Now my company is coming after them for the rest of my money bunch of crooks. I had to go back and edit it once I found out what they did and everybody needs to know. Work too hard for people to be trying to take all your hard earned money.

Extremely quick and efficient, very courteous, friendly and helpful. We were in and out with a blown semi tire to be changed out in 29 minutes from time we backed to time we pulled out. I am definitely recommending this place!

I wish I could give this place a MINUS star! My tire blew out on me. I limped my truck to B&B and asked if I could leave my truck there and was told no because it was too much of a liability... My friend went in when she heard what I had been told and tried to assure B&B I wouldn't hold them liable. The manager then told my friend that if I wasn't a paying customer I needed to move my truck IMMEDIATELY. When my friend asked if I was supposed to park it on the side of the highway or in the ditch she said it wasn't her problem.I'm a reasonable person. I can understand their worries for being liable..... What I'm upset about is that they didn't even offer to fix my tire. I honestly didn't know that they serviced passenger vehicles. But their attitude is what bothered me. Nasty and mean.

Called B & B, told them my rear motor mount bolts came out. They said they could look at it right away. I received an estimate and approximate time for completing the work. They are working on my Century as I write this. Mechanic is knowledgeable fast.Had 1 minor issue they came right out to the truck stop and fixed it after hours . Very pleased with whole experience!!Service: Transmission

I am reading the reviews and it's interesting to see how their "policies" change from one customer to the next. My truck broke down, a guy came out to look at the codes on the dash and read it off over the phone to another guy in their shop and tried to tell us that we need to have a very expensive part replaced. We towed our truck to our mechanic and the part literally cost $.50!!!!! Never go here, bad business!!

I have a 2010 KW and I have used this shop multiple times. The workmanship is excellent. The price is great as well. When I go into this shop with a problem, I know without a doubt that my problem will be resolved. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and it never takes long to get your truck into the shop. I would strongly recommend this shop to all my friends and acquaintances.

I got an oil change here for the second time last week. Oil change was performed on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. They had me in and out in 15 minutes. I was impressed with the speed, availability of materials, and cleanliness of my Jeep when it was returned. I have also had previous work done and servicing on my vehicles here. I would recommend B&B for any type of service. Great prices too and they work out deals if you negotiate!

This place is a rip off. They charged me $125.00 because I furnished my own parts. Also charged me 2 hours minimum @125.00 per hour for a 1 hour job. Also charged $25.00 to use the torch to heat 1 nut on the drag link which they replaced for me. Then insisted that I pay with a credit card and charged me 3.5 percent to use it. None of this was explained to me prior to the service call. My driver said the tech was very good but the company is a firm believer in highway robery. I also had a bad experience with their Napoleon location once but I thought at that time it was just a bad technician.

Placed an order over the phone. Had talked to a couple people and got passed around with Brian and Ben neither knowing what was going on. They said they would bring the parts around front so they would be ready when i got there and i set an appointment. When i got there nothing was ready. The guy in the front with the beard was helpful as were the two that helped me load however it took an hour to dig out, something that should have already been done. Then when i went to pay there was nobody to be found. The front office was locked and closed, so i followed the sign to the back but still nobody to be found. Finally i noticed a room marked office where two portly fellows were sitting playing on their phones, i knocked on the door and they seemed annoyed that i interrupted their personal time with one each other. One directed me too the other side of the building with an eye roll as if i should have already known so i headed that way. The nice lady in the office had no idea what was going on and neither Ben or Brian could be found so i left the money with her and headed out after wasting another twenty minutes. When i got on the road i got a phone call saying i had paid the wrong amount and had to come back. She refused to take my card over the phone so i had to turn around and go back wasting more time. Overall this place is completely disorganized and although there are some good people there, what leadership is there seems to be too incompetent to actually run there business.

This place is a joke. Was told I needed a starter. They put the starter on wrong and then said my motor was locked up. Did not fix the original problem. Very poor customer serviceTruck was down for 2.5 weeks for an ecm replacement and then the new ecm was faulty and had to be replaced and they would have warranty it but I can t afford be broke down for 2 more weeks in the middle of the summer, so I went right to the Cat dealer and they had me a new one programmed in 1 hr and I installed it myselfAlso I haven t been reimbursed for some parts I paid for and returned, with multiple calls to the service manager and he s always gives me the same answer. (The ladies in the office will be calling you very soon) it never happens

They charged us the wrong amount. They said we owed them a 100 more than what we paid... They would not take a debt card over the phone for their mistake. We live about half hour away and had to drive back to give them the extra money for their mistake. Get your stuff together. They didn't even have our order ready for us when we arrived & got ran around from person to person to pay. The two guys in the office did seem to be very attentive to their game on their phone so that's something. Would not recommend.

I broke down on the Ohio Turnpike at 230 PM and called B&B at 238 PM. They called back at 308 PM to tell me wrecker would be there in thirty to forty five minutes. I waited until an Ohio state trooper stopped to check my status at 5 PM. After speaking to the trooper I called to cancel the tow since I had been lied to about time frame. Did not get the name of the person I spoke to , but I told him to cancel tow it had been an entirely too long of a wait he gave some lame excuses about how it takes 45 minutes to dispatch a truck and it was in the process so I could not cancel (Trooper said it was up to me.) and told me to calm down.Why tell me 30 to 45 minutes the truck would be to my location. Why no call to me to verify service. Be truthful and honest and you will have more business than you can handle. Be shady with people you will not succeed. Your customer service department needs work.Good Luck and God Bless

Truck repairs have been a frequent occurrence on our trips across the country and we've dealt with many shops. This is the 1st one that actually was able to get us in-and-out in a timely manner and did not kill us on the cost.I am honestly shocked that the reviews are not much better but I wanted to put mine out there because we had a tremendous experience with this operation including the mobile mechanic "Larry" and the shop mechanic, and the service manager, "Jason ".I know how reviews can impact the customer that is in need and is searching Google. I want to point out that this was our 2nd choice because our 1st choice was a disaster. The 1st company we called was one of those roadside nightmares. I can't even get in to how bad that experience was and that's why this company needs this review because I've read a few of the reviews on this listing and several of them seem illegitimate (whiners) so I wanted to give you this legitimate review so that you can make an educated decision when you are in need of a repair on the road. Thank you B&B for taking such good care of us and being fair in the price.-Jon passing through from Florida. God Bless

I would recommend B&B to anyone who is looking for fast and reliable service with a great price. They were true professionals and completed the work beyond my expectations. Give them a call and ask for Ben. He is a down to earth guy who understands the needs of the commercial truck industry. They also have a nice driver's lounge to relax in while your truck gets repaired.

Had a driver breakdown on a Thursday night and called B&B. We thought the driver had ran out of fuel (turned out the fuel intake line had broken). Service man came out and after many attempts finally got the truck running and to the truck stop. Once I got the total of the bill $534.08 for bringing out fuel and getting truck to truck stop, I authorized a Fleet One Check for payment. A message popped up that check had been used so I called driver and told him not to let service guy go until I could confirm the check was good. Now, I came into work at 8:00 AM and now it is 10:00 PM. I have been sitting and waiting at work to authorize check before I could leave, so believe me, I wanted to get out of work and home more than anyone). After 10 minutes on hold, I said heck with it and had driver give me another check number and authorize it and start home. Imagine my surprise when my driver called to say that they were charging us for the extra wait time. I tell him to call my boss. Turns out they charged us an extra $90.00 for 15 minutes while I tried to make sure that they got paid. So needless to say we will not ever use this business again.

I took 1 of my work trucks there to get fixed because it was not running right. after charging me 100 dollars to look at it they said there was nothing wrong with it. it barely made it off the lot so I had to take it to a different mechanic. it ended up having to bad fuel injectors. do not take your truck there they do not know what they're doing.
