I came in to get a screw removed from my tire. Was able to immediately get in for an oil change as well!Granted I wasn't happy I needed a new tire lol. But these guys will never steer you wrong! I ve been going to them ever since they had only one location in Anderson. I refuse to get my oil changed or car issues checked at anywhere else!! Ulmers for life!

Bryan and his entire team at the new Ulmer s in Loveland did a fantastic job on my wife s Chrysler Pacifica. We needed a new oil filter/cooler housing, new spark plugs, and brakes & rotors as well. This was a big job and they were substantially lower cost than the dealership. Most important, they did great work and they treat you with kindness and care. I have referred several friends and family to them already and will continue to do so. Give them a chance at your business. You will not be disappointed!

I first went to Ulmer's for new truck tires. The guys were very friendly, helpful, and honest in evaluating my old tires. I had them replace all four. Because of their good service I went back for an oil change which they did in a timely manner. I recommend them for quality vehicle service.

I've taken my car there recently two different times and service is quick and on time. Getting an appointment is pretty quick too. Service is as quoted and options are made for future recommended services. Folks are really nice people. Prices are reasonable, much more fair than what the dealer charges.

They have had a good reputation on the east side for years. So glad they moved a little further west. I feel comfortable that being a woman they aren't going to tell me something is wrong with my car when there isn't anything wrong. This has happened too many times.

I don t know if I ll go to another car mechanic for as long as I live. The people at Ulmer s are simply the best - kind, honest, and go above and beyond in their service. A special shout out to Ed who is the best of the best!

I found a coupon in the reach magazine and called them for a battery replacement and oil change. I spoke to a very friendly man named Brian and he was very helpful. They came and got my car at no charge and did everything within about 4 hours and even honored the Reach magazine coupon even though I forgot to give it to them. Returned my car quickly and easily and I didn't even have to leave my house. Excellent service and I am very glad I found them, I will definitely be using them again.

I experienced the roadside emergency an hour and a half from home. Had my vehicle towed to their location in Loveland where they got to work on it immediately. Gave me a fair price on the labor did a great job of diagnosing the issue and fixing in a timely manner

I've actually been going to the shop for many years. Had my autos recently worked on since being purchased by by Ulmers. They did a great job on my cars and were very courteous. Doing follow up call and text to make sure I was satisfying. I highly recommend

It was fantastic. Ed Faulkner is best in class. Superior customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable with all automobiles. Makes everything go smoothly. The alignment of Ed and Ulmers is a perfect marriage.

My friend and his family have been taking their vehicles to the Ulmer s in Milford for years. Since they opened one in Loveland, I thought I d give them a try when my check engine light came on. So glad I did! They were very polite and professional. As a single mom, this type of service can be hard to come by. Will definitely be going back!

I love this shop!! They repair quickly and the cost is extremely reasonable! I have gotten several cars repaired. And even received a card in the mail thanking me for bringing my cars to them, which is above and beyond. The little extras show they are dedicated to us!!

The guys at Ulmers were great! I have had several things going wrong with my Jeep and the other shop I took it to would say they fixed the issue yet the next day my check engine light would be on. Went to Ulmers as a new customer and they promised me they would fix all issues AND THEY DID JUST THAT! 10 out of 10! Was a little pricey but was fixed 100%!!! Would highly recommend this group!They even took off the $125 fee I was quoted for th test they run to find out what the issues were.

I want to thank you guys for your accommodating approach to servicing our needs during a very busy time of year. My daughter was heading back to college early when her battery was having issues draining over night. Your Salem location was booked for a few weeks but suggested your new location in Loveland. Great idea! She was out of there in time to make an appointment in Cleveland as planned!!

The best part about it was they have courtesy cars because one of the biggest barriers is figuring out your transportation when your car is getting repaired. Overall very professional, competitive pricing and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

I thought it would be hard to top Ken Marcotte's service and staff but Ulmer's will fill their shoes quite well! I had a great experience: quick oil change/tire rotation, great customer service and a shuttle! Thank you!!

I took my car in last minute for a non starting engine. They confirmed I needed a new starter. Speedy service and clear communication. Very good customer service. A little pricier than expected. They didn t give an estimate beforehand, and gently offered to upsell me on service that was going to be needed in the future. Overall good job.

I called that morning I realized I Needed an oil change . They were able for me to get the oil change that day as long as I could leave my car and that was no problem and they were done in no time !!! super great service !! been coming here for years !!! I could not recommend them enough!

I had a broken wheel bearing and my car wasn't safe to drive home. I dropped off my truck at 11:30 am and they had it done by 5:15. I got home in time for dinner. Great work.

Professional, trust worthy, helpful, reasonable price, timely. He only complaint I had was I was looking for an Ulmerton and all I saw was Firestone. I kept driving up and dow the road. Please change sign or tell customers to look for "Firestone".
