I bought a low mileage new looking truck from them in October. That is not Ziebart they undercoat with. They use it to hide major structural damages. I spent $18000. on a truck with the entire frame the consistency of pie crust. Ohio has no lemon laws to protect us from things like this. I am finding that I am not the only one that has had this happen when they bought from here. Please file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General of Ohio. Maybe if enough of us complain a class action lawsuit can be brought against them. Edited to add, you need to make this right. I want my money back and you come get this truck. It cannot be driven. You knew the frame was bad. I am not going away. Ohio does have laws against what you have done to me. Funny how the only thing you respond to is a google review.

My fiance and I originally bought a 2008 Ford but a few days later we had to come back because it had some unknown problems. Queen City Motors was extremely helpful in getting us into a different truck the same day. They made it feel like we were a part of their family. I 1000% recommend coming to buy your car or truck here. I definitely will come here to buy again!

We have been to what seems like a million dealerships in the last week looking for a truck. Mike was incredible and made the process a breeze! Hopefully won t have to be back for quite sometime- but we can t recommend Mike enough! You also get dog snuggles as an added bonus!

I had my eyes on a Tacoma QCM had in their lot, within 24 hours Mike and Gary made it happen. Gary even picked me up from my house for a test-drive. Couldn t be happier with the service. Thanks again fellas

These guys are cool. Down to earth. My boy is more than happy with his truck! Stop by and check it out. Some really nice trucks on his lot. Actually had a good time there. Cannot recommend them enough. After months of looking for a new vehicle, we finally found one in our price range with all the bells and whistles. Thankful for Queen City Motors and Mike and Chris. They were extremely helpful and we were in and out in an hour with our new truck! Thanks again!

We live in TN & found our truck on CarGurus. The deal on this vehicle was so great, we drove 400 miles to get it. It was well worth the trip. Mike & Tina were amazing! They did a FaceTime call with us to do a thorough walk around, & Tina even climbed under the truck to show us everything she possibly could. They are very personable, & easy to work with. They work very well with USAA, & had all the documents completed before we got there. We literally only had to test drive it, & take it home. We noticed they carry a lot of really nice trucks on their lot, too. This was by far the easiest & best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Thanks Queen City Motors! We re drivin the hell outta our new baby & get compliments everywhere we go!

Mike was amazing! Tina was as well. It feels like a family atmosphere. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from them. I love them and my go to place to get a car if you want quality customer service and people who will go above and beyond!!

Mike went out of his way to help me get my car, he got me approved when nobody in NC could. Chris and Tina was awesome too, very nice and genuine people. Worth the 7 1/2 hour drive.

As painful as it was to sell my hot rod super charged Mustang - Mike made the process smooth and i ended with one great truck. And, not once did I want to punch anyone in the face. Unlike the Ford dealer ship on Beechmont I will absolutely do business with them again and Mike you are officially on my Christmas card list

This place is amazing. We flew all the way from California to buy a truck from Haag Ford Sales, and the truck wasn t as advertised, and that dealership was just grimey. We didn t want to waste a trip out here so we looked up other trucks locally and found a beautiful F250 here at Queen City Motors. Mike, Tina and his team are just genuinely good people. They worked with us on changing my loan over to them, and had just made this process so easy. The trip started out hopeful, and was super disappointed after dealing with Haag. But everything happens for a reason and we were led to this amazing dealership. I am so beyond thankful and appreciative of their honesty, and generosity of helping us leave in under 2 hours with our new truck! Now we are happy and on our way home. Thank you so much again for everything guys. You made this purchase easy and painless after having such a bad experience at Haag. You guys are the real MVPs of Ohio dealerships

Paid for a completely rusted out bottom truck needs major work done within 3 months of owing the car every light is on in the dash.Just be careful and mindful when purchasing a car from here just because it looks good doesn't mean it is. And I'm a first-time car buyer definitely won't be back its all smiles and happy when you paying the money but soon as you have a problem with the vehicle then it's a completely different experience. Then look at the owners response 2 weeks later very unprofessional lady saying that she doesn't want to embarrass me on here and if you read it correctly it didn't say that I bought the car 3 months ago it said that the car stopped working within 3 months pay attention if you going to comment on my review at least read it correctly very unprofessional move by you and I can honestly care less about how long and status you have a little under 25 Vehicles available on your website business is not booming and furthermore who would even have a rusted out undercarriage on their lot to be sold for 10 grand and then do nothing about it. Everyone was super friendly and the extra help from the adorable puppies was appreciated! They were able to get me a great deal, a warranty, and do this all on a Saturday morning. After a massive storm essentially wiped out two of our vehicles, we found ourselves looking for/needing vehicles. We recently visited Queen City Motors after looking at their website and reading their reviews. We did not call ahead and schedule an appointment. Showing up unannounced, they were short staffed but friendly. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to look at and test drive. It consisted of about 4 vehicles. Mike and Chris assisted us through the process. They were very patient and helpful while we viewed and drove 5 vehicles, especially being short staffed. You would never have known it by the quality service we received. After hours of spending time there, looking at vehicles, and test driving, we finally settled on two vehicles. They made the whole process seem seamless. Paperwork and all. Their prices were really fair and the service was amazing. Just as you would expect at a small family owned business. When I need another vehicle, I know where I will be going back to.

Great experience it was quick and easy they got me in and got me out fast, great people to talk to and I got one of my other dream trucks I wanted for a while if you go buy a car come to Queen City motors it s worth it and you get greeted by 2 cute little puppies as well amazing experience will definitely go back if I need another car

After purchasing 2 vehicles with this dealership and our most recent purchase less than a year old we have had to repair over $1000 worth of repairs to our vehicle. The first large issues was within the first couple of weeks. Understanding that they cannot predict issues happening to vehicles once they leave the lot we called for advice. The 2 gentleman trying to assist us had us on mute and as we were privately discussing how frustrated we are (not blaming the dealership) the enployee gets on the phone and ask what our problem is and why are we flapping our jaws. Extremely unprofessional. We are really looking for assistance and guidance and possibly ready to trade on in another vehicle with them but not now. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I gave 1 star because our first purchase was not issue but after how awful they treated us just now I wish I could give ZERO stars.
