The young tall half blonde/brown hair with glasses, sadly didnt get his name because he had no nametag! He was very unprofessional, almost felt discriminated because I'm a female. Let him know I was doing oil changes on both my cars and I have a shopping list online. He saw 2 or 3 items and literally just guessed on the rest. He picked out the fastest thing he could grab and rushed me along. Then when I say my dad told me to put in his Mobil 1 acct.He said, he has never heard of anything like that! I asked him to get someone else and he went to the back but never brought anyone else to help me, just kept saying I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!?!Well find me somebody that does, it's apparent you don't no how to be professional. Thumbs down for O'Reilly do better! That was my go to place but prolly gonna switch. I will not be talk down upon like a dog.

Worse management team ever coming from an ex employee boss were inappropriate and will not work around home life schedules. I have step kids and was told I can t take a day off to go to their eye appointment or to my step daughters seizure appointment because she epileptic. Was also told that over time pay gets taken away and they just don t want to work with their employees and don t pay nothing at all not worth the job one bit

Earl was the only one who knew what an exhaust stud was and got it ordered . Sad part is when I showed up twice to get them they couldn't find what I ordered. Even after I had them pick my part first. Terrible customer service

I've been here for years. ALWAYS great service!! Every employee I've come across was knowledgeable, willing-to-help and friendly. I've gone other places in the past and felt like alot of people didn't know what they were talking about and I was sold wrong parts that didn't fit my car. O'Reilly has ALWAYS given me the best customer service!

Brandon Shaw went above and beyond when helping me locate parts, obtain best pricing, and order in to the store, anything that we needed. He was professional, courteous and extremely kind in all of my dealings with him. I highly recommend O'Reilly's on Route 28, Milford/Loveland area. I also had great experience whenever calling the store with questions, each rep there was amazing!!! R and G Auto thanks you, and I thank you too!!!

The worker did not seem like he wanted to be there, which is understandable, but he made me very nervous to ask him for help. When I did ask him to look up what kind of windshield wipers I needed he very quickly told me what inches and that I could find them in isle four then walked away. I don t know much about cars and I believe the confusion was apparent on my face but he did not seem to care. What I assume to be the manager made him follow me to isle four where he handed me what I needed, which I m grateful for because I probably would have got the wrong ones. When I went to cash out, he scanned the items walked away, then walked back to hand me my receipt, he walked away again before I could ask him to help me put them on my car. All and all strange because I usually have good experiences at this store.

Not a fan went there because the guy doing the work likes to chat it up with the counter help. I ordered on Saturday I was told some parts were there but others would be there on Sunday. My wife went to pick them up today. They had no clue. After 20minutes of speaking toa driver who asked me ten times what I needed they finally got all the parts. The one part that was missing had to be delivered from a nearby store which tells me it was never ordered. Good thing it was raining today. This isn't the first time. I probably won't be back.

Always gets part wrong then have to reorder causing delays in easy repairs. My friend likes to shop here and he works on my cars but next time I will order from the competition I have never had them get a part right

We live about 5 hours away and came down to purchase a truck, bought the truck and mine ended up breaking down. Lloyd at this location went above and beyond helping us get the right part and even called other stores for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have purchased everything from oil and filters to wiper blades and batteries!! The staff is always helpful and I always leave with the correct parts!! Nothing like trying to put the incorrect parts on your car and having to stop to go back to get the correct ones!! Thank you O Reilly Auto Parts!!

They staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! I know next to nothing about cars and have no tools. I had to change my rear passenger turn signal bulb, and the clerk not only did all the work but even used his personal tools. Excellent customer service here. I wish I remembered his name; he should be commended. But I get the feeling that level of service is normal for this store.

I have shopped at this location a lot in the past having bought parts for every vehicle I've owned from them. Last night I called and asked if they would price match RockAuto for some power lock actuators. The employee on the other end said that they do and to bring in a print of the website. Come today I went in with the wanted paper and I'm suddenly told the same location does not price match.I'm not mad about not getting the price match, I couldn't care less. I care that I was lied to and had my time wasted on a part that I need and still do not have.

Brian, the commercial manager, is OUTSTANDING! We order many parts online, he will swap us to an upgraded part for a savings even though we ordered a specific part number. He knows the store inventory like nobody I have worked with in a long time! Customer service in a business to business situation is second to none! Thank you Brain, for being exceptional!

An employee put my car on the code reader. It gave and emissions code saying improper purge flow. He told me I needed a fuel filter. After discussing this with another auto parts store I found out my car actually has a purge valve that had gone bad. I feel like he did not have enough experience to tell me what was wrong with my car. My problem went from a $300 problem to a $60 problem getting a second opinion from Advanced auto. Car Runs great now!!!!

They always have the stuff I need. Especially when it comes to my 2011 Ford Escape XLT AWD. But if they don't have the part, then I go to U-Pull&Pay to get what I need and I clean it up.

Walked in to locate a rear wiper that I couldn't find anywhere. Employees didn't know I was there as I'm a very quiet person. They were singing Barbie Girl while I found what I thought was the correct wiper just in time to hop out the end of the aisle and chime in with a verse. We all lost it. Sadly the wiper didn't fit and was recommended to check as it is suspected to be a dealer only part. 4 stars for the entertainment though!

Had a good experience. Bought the wrong wipet blades for my truck. The clerk replaced them with the right ones and charged me the same price as I paid for the ones I returned. Nice customer service.

Staff is wonderful. Always knowledgeable. The quickest to get out of stock or specialty parts in the area. Skip Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone and go straight here. Wasted too much time there, always ending up back here. Prices are reasonable and mostly in stock.

Unlike there Competitors they have real parts people instead of just a body to fill a spot. O'Reilly's while being understaffed still took great care of me. Zach and Tommy are my new parts guys. Auto Zone and Advance has lost my business due to the fact they just put bodies with out any knowledge of cars. Ridiculous.

This is the worst place to go. They never answer the phone and when they do they say computers are down and slam the phone down on you. I'm done with O'Reilly auto parts.

The new manager was greatWas quick to take on my questions and had anwsers for everything.Will definitely visit this store again I didn't catch his name but he was the manager on duty this evening at the Milford Store in St Rt 28

Get there before 4.30 pm. Store gets busy and not enough counter people to cover the rush.Product availability even for big diesels is excellent.

Stood in line waiting to purchase 300.00 worth of Marine batteries, guy in front of me already paid and had to wait over 10 minutes listening to a conversation about a car for sale on Craigslist, walked out spend a lot of money at that location.. not happy
