The gentlemen at the store are extremely knowledgeable! If it is a rare part, you still get it before the end of the day. They check codes for free and they have always explained the possibilities of repairs for said code. They do not make repairs onsite, but they referred me to Brakes 4 Less, which is one minute from their store. I trusted their referral and Brakes 4 Less did not let me down. The photo shows what I purchased at my last visit. Replaced the sensor myself and saved a ton of money!

This is one of the only places that was open on a Sunday morning when I needed to determine if my battery needed replaced or not. The manager and her associate went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me determine and solve the problem. The prices are very reasonable as well. I am grateful to them for helping me resolve the issue.

Not an easy store to get to depending on which side of HWY 22 your driving from, otherwise, it s your typical auto store.

In my last 3 visits to this store they have brought in some new people. Mainly the short fella with the face piercing that can't be bothered to help people properly, told me they weren't able to get a part in without even properly checking. Checked online and in stock at the store pops up. But I left without placing the rest of my order for $600 worth of steering and suspension parts. Not going to give him the opportunity to mess up anything else with the way he acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I won't be back for a while.

Called another auto parts store. They said 5 days on the item I requested. Timing chain tensioner.. O'Reilly said they could have it delivered to my locL store today at 11:30! I will let you know how the do!

Amazing staff. I have gone here several times and each employee has been quite helpful. Recently this last time I went I had bought my tail-lights off of Amazon but could not get the connectors to loosen to install it. I drove over here and Ken came out and helped me to loosen the connectors and install both tail lights in 22 degree weather (Super Bowl weekend). Greatly appreciate these guys!

Matt is a sweetheart. He will do ANYTHING to make sure the customer is happy down to watching a YouTube territorial on how to replace a headlight for an elderly man. He and another gentleman were charging a battery for me and Matt stayed 15 minutes extra AFTER close to make sure it was fully charged. Batteries are friggin heavy and he even carried it to and from my car. I've been in to this location repeatedly and he is always friendly and calm and collected even when they are busy and it seems no one else is there. Their prices are competitive with other car care stores but I go there because I KNOW they will help me. Great job guys. You are all much appreciated!

I enjoyed personalized buying experience at this O'Reilly's location. I was working on my car, and found my sway bar links needed replacement. I bought these from this store several years ago, and checked their website to see if the same parts were still available. It was still available and even with life time warrany. Of course, I don't have a receipt after all those years. I went to the store, and bought new parts. After paying for them, I mentioned that these were for replacement. The young gentleman asked my phone number, found, print my old receipt and told me to return the broken parts for warranty exchange. So, I came home with new parts, installed them and went back to the store with broken parts. A different gentleman checked my old receipt, and refunded my new purchase. They fully stay with what they sell. It was a pleasant experience.

Stopped in the other morning to get my dodgy battery checked out. Car wouldn't restart for the test! Curt took care of everything in a matter of about 10 minutes and had me on my way. Electronic equipment that he used even prevented my clock from resetting like it usually does when an old battery is disconnected. There is a reason that I've been supporting this store for years. Thanks again.

My wife and I recently bought a car battery after ours went dead. We walked to the store (we live a quarter mile away) and were immediately greeted when we came in the door. When we explained our situation, Hollie graciously offered to use the company truck to drop off our new battery. She could not drive us back for legal reasons, but this way we didn't have to carry the battery home ourselves. We have always had positive experiences at this location, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Was experiencing an issue with my vehicle. The man was very helpful and came out and took a look. He knew right away what the issue was and told me how to fix it. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Had a great experience at this location. Walked in knowing what I needed and asked the clerk who quickly found me two options explaining the differences of each. Very reasonably priced compared to online retailers for the same product!

Let me tell you about my experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts here in Loveland, Ohio.First off the auto parts sales person that helped me probably should have been mopping the floor and nothing more. I told him that I was working on a 2000 Ford E-250 and he acted like there was no such vehicle. Finally when he realized there was he was able to look up the part number for my starter, after some time of walking up and down the same 5' of the aisle and coming back to the computer numerous times to check the number he finally located the starter. I getting back to my vehicle and removing the bad starter from my van, I removed the new one from the box and I noticed that the case was cracked and missing a piece of the plastic housing. I go back to the store to exchange it @ 9:05 and the doors were locked but all the lights were on. I was hoping that the gentleman that sold me a broken starter would actually care about his customer and not leave him stranded in the -3 to -9 degree weather. But who was I kidding? All he cared about was looking out and turning off the lights in the showroom and leaving O'Reilly's customer stranded in the cold!!I believe that a reputable place would hire ASE certified parts associates, and management that would keep there customers in mind. I will be returning the starter tomorrow and purchasing a new one elsewhere.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THERE IS A SMYTH ABOUT 1 MILE NORTH ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE STREET!!!

Much better than Advanced Auto (Maineville). Employees are always pleasant and helpful. A few minutes further drive, but they've got my business from now on.

Ordered window shield for truck, paid for it, got it, was the wrong size. Sent back, try again, wrong size. Asked for refund, they wanted to give me the run around.

Have been to this location on several occasions never a good experience. Employees are rude,slow an not very knowledgeable about automotive field. Have purchased multiple bad/expired products off of the shelves, only to be giving a hard time about returning or replacing products. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Today I went to the Loveland, Ohio store - and the smoke (tobacco smoke) made it feel like I was walking into a Bar in the 90's. That was nasty, and I will not return.
